Usually I am not a big fan of donuts but I got this morning from Pana to bring some to my office . These are absolutely the best donuts I have ever tasted. So fresh, so soft ..yeast was yummy! Apple cream and cinnamon Crumbl were my favorites, also Boston cream was so delicious enough to spend some time to write this review during my office work hours! Thank you!
Great place for donuts and coffee. 1st time this pana donut. But everything was great. I always get the ham and provolone cheese croissants they are pretty filling for breakfast
The donuts are fantastic and the service is friendly. I?ve tried everything from the chocolate iced chocolate cake to the toasted coconut, filled, apple fritter, croissants, etc- the glaze yeast is pure heaven. Coffees hot and passable. Well worth a repeat visit.
Was not sure what to expect but boy am I glad I found this place! Amazing donuts the kind that we are used to: glazed, jelly, long johns with creme filling, pretty much any type you can think of is here. Other places you have to show up right when they make them at 6am or they just don?t have regular styles. Not here! We walked in at 1pm and their case was packed! Full of amazing sugary goodness. My husband had made it his mission in life to find the best Boston cream donut. Pana is the only donut in town he will eat. We have been to every pana location in town and they are all excellent.
Saw that this was finally opened and decided to go try them out. I remember when this place used to be a drive up dry cleaner so it?s obvious that the parking lot it?s still set up unusually. The interior is clean and spacious and you can?t really tell that this place was anything other than a doughnut shop. I was so excited to have another donut and boba tea place opening up in Carmel because the choices here are limited. They have done such a wonderful job with the space. It is open and inviting with lots of natural light. I got a Boston Cream donut. The dough was light and airy and tasted very fresh just as you want a donut to be. The upgraded building looks amazing, there are nice nooks to enjoy your food, natural lighting and a clean interior. The staff are very friendly and the menu is large and easily visible. I had the traditional milk tea with a bacon egg and cheese bagel and I took two sprinkled donuts for later enjoyment. The milk tea was delicious, perfect taste and sweetness. I don?t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. From the very kind people who work there, to the cleanliness of the place, to their amazing donuts! This place Hands Down makes the best donuts I have ever tasted and I have been to many. They have such a huge selection. Pana also makes sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch. Tried this for the first time. WOW, this was the fluffiest donut I have ever had. I got a chocolate iced with sprinkles. It was SO good. I cannot emphasize how fluffy it was. We will definitely be back.

I consider myself a bit of a donut snob. Pana makes the best doughnuts I have ever had. It is obvious the careful attention to detail they put into their recipes. When you think of a cream filled long John usually you think of heavy and way too filling. Nope. Light, fluffy and delicious! 10 out of 10!
Happy to see that the Carmel location is now open! Pana donuts are delightful especially the maple filled donuts. They have a variety of cold beverage, coffee, tea and sandwich options. The English toffee cappucino was delicious. Nice wide open cafe seating with power outlets. The only negative is that they close at 6pm and no wifi available. (???????)
Great customer service, when waiting in line they have a number of team members servicing customers so it's a short wait. They also gave a free donut to my daughter and myself as well. The seating area is great and the donuts were fantastic.

Delicious donuts and milk tea! All of the sales ppl were lovely and recommended the buttermilk cake donut, which we loved! So glad that this location opened into this area.

Came in on 10/13/24 and purchased two Bostom cream donuts. The donuts were alright, but I was surprised neither one of them had the cream in the center. It was really disappointing and makes me reconsider going back to the Carmel location.
