They had a makeover! We haven't visited in a few years and made it back for a sandwich and of course coffee. As always, the Vietnamese coffee....sweet and yummy. The breakfast sandwich.....also yummy. We didn't get donuts but they looked AMAZING. So many options and very creative. I can tell a lot of time and effort went into those donuts. Definitely stop by!

Stopped by this place for the first time today. I like their aesthetic. The doughnuts were fresh and really good. We tried 3: blueberry, chocolate twist, and mochi pistachio. Each one was good - would def get the first 2 again. For coffee, I asked for a basic latte which is funny because that is literally the name of a drink there. Found this place while doing a food delivery. Once I saw the Hot Wheel doughnut I KNEW my son would love it. Took him after school and we were blown away. So many great looking Doughnuts, I had the smores and it was fantastic. Staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

This place is just yum, I?ve been coming here for about a year and their service and quality has stayed consistent, love their breakfast sandwiches and coffees so good, even the teas are so good, the ube Vietnamese is so good, they do now have milk alternatives which is great! I stopped by the Painted Dough at the Indio Food Truck Fridays and was genuinely impressed. The gourmet donuts were gorgeous looking?each one like a little work of art?and even better, they were delicious tasting. Wide variety of options, I especially love the mochi donuts and the specialty ones, like the bacon maple, and cr?me br?l?e! I love the logo and the vibe is really cool, perhaps I came on a bad day because all of the chairs were stacked and it doesn?t seem like a place that you would hang out at. Maybe that was intentional, but with such a bright/ youthful logo, I would capitalize on this being a relaxing spot for young people. This place has the best donuts!! They are beautiful and taste so great! We brought six of the mochi and sox of the fancy donuts. They give you a free donut when you get six. I tried the biscoff but the churros and funnel cake also looked amazing. There are cute donuts that kids will love like hello kitty, car and rainbow. The drinks were also amazing. The fancy donuts were amazing! They all tasted so good. There wasn't one I didn't like, which is a plus because no matter which one you eat, you'll like it. This place has some great donuts! Also the ice coffee was really on point. Will be definitely be coming back when I need to get my sugar fix. The burger was okay. We checked out the Painted Dough because I won a half dozen doughnuts from a giveaway The IE Explorer was doing. When we got there we had such great service from Mary. Was patient as it was our first time. We got great flavors and the doughnuts were very moist. The toppings were yummy. Got 2 creative donuts, the matcha mochi donut and the regular chocolate log to compare between the variations. The mochi donuts weren?t great though, kind of felt like I was eating rice cakes ( but if you like that then go for it) . One suggestion for the buy 6 n get 1 free deal should be more flexible. Get the cheaper one for free instead of only getting the same grades. Stay away from the fancy section. Not worth it. I was mad when my friends boy took a bite off one of the blue looking ones. And throw it away in the trash. After I tried the one with apple and cinnamon cream one. I took a bite of each just to try. And they end up in the trash.

My husband didn't care for these donuts, he said both the ones he had were basically the same. I think that was the problem, he didn't get variety. The 2 I had - oreo cheesecake and caramel apple - were SUPER good. The only thing for me is the apple one didn't have a great donut to filling ratio but it was still really tasty
