We always look for cute new dessert spots to try after a dinner date. Well, this was it tonight! Service was top. Greeted from the moment we entered and immediately informed us that we can try out any flavors they have. We went with their piccolo size and got to have 3 flavors each. The best part is they also sell pup to go cups! We will be back :)

AMAZING! Hands down best Gelato I?ve had in SA. Every flavor is delicious, I loved the Ube and Coconut Cream but the Biscoff and Wedding Cake were also great! You have to try this place out!

Excellent ice cream and desserts available here. We visited for spaghetti ice here often. There are many different flavors of ice cream that changes daily I believe and the ice cream and desserts served here are made fresh. The chocolate chip cookies are excellent as well. We will definitely return here again and try other menu selections and would highly recommend that you visit this establishment.

My second visit to this ice cream shop was just as satisfying as the first! The ice cream tastes delicious, and the quality remains amazing. During my first visit, I had a great experience! The Gelato was great and staff was friendly. The facility is very dirty and not being taken care of...during our visit we used the restroom and there was huge hole in the wall near the toliet that was covered with just a sheet of film. You can tell the floors are not cleaned (grim built up) and vents are full of dust.

My favorite place ever!! The flavors are always amazing and super fresh and I am always so impressed by how wonderful the staff are! I drive a hour just for this and it?s so worth it every time. I have gone twice in a weeks time and both times were great. The first time I tried the cherry swirl, dark chocolate and rocky road. This time we tried pistachio, almond joy and dark chocolate since my daughter really liked it the first time. My bf had a cookies and cream shake that was so good he drank the large in just a few minutes lol. And we shared a cookie with tons of chocolate and it was so gooey that we got chocolate everywhere. What a wonderful gelato place. Gelato was thick, creamy, and decadent and the affogato was perfect. Affogato is one of the best things ever created, you have the bitterness and warmth of the espresso surrounding the cold, sweet, and creamy gelato. If you scoop just right, you'll have a microclimate clash of texture and flavors on the same spoon. OHHH BABY. Service was great, the interior was extremely clean, and my daughter loved her little unicorn ice cream creation.

Their pistachio gelato is 5 stars! I tried their affogato and it didn?t disappoint . All their flavors can be sampled prior to buying and it?s easy to blend flavors to come up with something delicious.

So many choices, but I recommend pineapple or strawberry ... there's nothing saying you can't have both! Nice staff, and they happily offer samples if you're having a tough time choosing. Clean place in a really nice area with a few restaurants and shopping options.

The gelato is fine. Not great. I love chocolate - especially chocolate ice cream - so I'm disappointed that this is a flavor they just couldn't do. They had a lot of other options. Maybe you'll find something you'll like. I'm disappointed they don't offer a decaf coffee or espresso. Huge miss.

The Gelato here is very flavorful and creamy! There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and they can be combined as well. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice decadent treat! The customer service here is excellent as well, very friendly staff!

Delicious gelato flavors! You can get multiple flavors in one cup. The large can have up to five! Love the marshmallow fluff toasted topping! We tried a few sorbets in one cup, but those got eaten too fast for a pic. Then the mama Mia apple pie, that one was to die for, just delicious! Then we had to try the rocky road. Also tried a few samples. They change their flavors often so if you see something you want at least get a sample to taste. Yummy! ??

I'm always addicted to their Italian Gelato . It's so so good!! They have many variations of flavors, even sugar-free and sorbet, Not to mention the delicious, candy, cookies, and Belgian waffles. Delicious gelato - so many flavors to choose from! Every flavor we got was just what we expected: mango, pineapple, coffee, pistachio, coconut, amaretto, tiramisu. Waffle bowl was crunchy and not too sweet - just right. Staff were super attentive and overall experience was a five-star experience. Can?t wait to go back!

We were in the area for dinner and decided to stop by for dessert. We hadn't been to this store at this location so we were keen to check it out. There were so many Gelato flavors to choose from! This place was recommended to me and the staff were all friendly they have so many flavors and they tasted great however after eating about half of my cup there was a full hair strand in it wrapped around the ice cream. Stopped by for a quick dessert after shopping in the Quarry area. I didn't expect much as have been to many gelato shops and had similar experiences. I?ve only been here once. I had the raspberry gelato & it was amazing!?? Prices are high, I had a small & it was @$6-8? Not sure on the exact price, but it was pricey for a small. I liked that you can get a sample before you decide on a flavor. Parking in this area isn?t good. I was parked at trader joe?s, because I needed groceries & then I walked over. It?s very small inside, not much seating area, but you can sit outside too.

The place is so nice where it?s located. You can sit inside or outside too. They have a lot of flavors and you can try each of them before buying it. I loved their tres lectches cake. I tried tiramisu too. It was okay. I ordered the gelato doughnuts with texas sea salt icecream. It was really good. I recommend this place.

The spaghetti ice and gelato are divine! Really nice gelato shop with lots of flavors to choose from, they also have coffee and espresso. We had a large plate of spaghetti ice to share with all our family, it looked just like spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatballs on top! Soooo Good! My son in law and I also had the Affagto. I had never had it before, it is two scoops of vanilla ice cream, then you pour espresso over the top. Yummy ??! We will definitely go back!

I walked in with no expectations having no idea what this place was. I left with absolute magic and a full stomach. This the type of place that makes you want to try everything they have. Here you will find reasonable prices, great service, and exceptional quality. A real treat especially in the Texas heat. The gelatos are smooth, creamy, and flavorful. I also tried a gelatte. It was tasty, I stuck to subtle flavors like vanilla and caramel, definitely enjoyable when you need an afternoon pick me up.

This place has THE best Gelato! And their beverage choices are also above average. I had their tiramisu and black cherry Gelato over a bubble waffle... soooo delicious. And the best part was that I filled out a little slip of paper with my order for the waffle (they take a little longer because they make them fresh) and didn't have to wait in line or feel like I was holding anyone up from ordering. Everything about this place is great, from the staff to the gelato to the variety of specials like the macaron gelato sandwiches and gelato donuts. Highly recommend coming here to satiate your sweet tooth. I had a bunch of samples and they were all great, which made it harder to choose. Ended up picking three scoops along with the bubble waffle which was great.

The spaghetti ice took me back to the 90s in Germany. They will spaghetti any flavor that doesn't have cookie/candy/fruit pieces/chunks. We tried many flavors and they are all very rich. Recommend!

We had a great first time visit to this gelato cafe! The flavors we tried - mint, hazel nut, and root - which were all delicious. The customer service was exceptional, as the staff took the time to explain all the options available. The seating both indoors and outdoors made for a comfortable experience. The indoor lounge area with ample sunlight was a wonderful touch. It?s a perfect spot to enjoy some gelato ??.

I LOVE it here. The service is great and they have so many delicious sweets to choose from. I got the chocolate dipped waffle cone with Amarena black cherry swirl gelato. They freshly dip the cones in their own chocolate tap. Getting a dipped cone elevates your gelato experience because of that perfect chocolate filled cone tip you get in the end. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant surprise to fine a very good espresso in this Gelato shop. They also have a macaroon Gelato sandwich for the gluten free people.

The interior of this place was very modern. There were definitely plenty of gelato options. I wasn't sure if it might have been just me, but I didn't like a few of the flavors and ended up with a scoop of 3 different sherbet. It was tasty with being a true Italian ice cream. The staff were nice and patient while we got to sample the flavors.

I absolutely loved this place. Gelato is Italian Ice Cream. It's creamy, sugary and delicious! This location is really adorable, I loved the interior of it. The employees are very friendly and attentive. The Gelato is fresh and made daily from what I understand. I had been to a different location of this same chain. This one is just as delicious! I highly recommend this place. Reasonably priced and no more expensive in my opinion than your average Baskin Robbins, but significantly better!

A high quality gelato cafe with a ton of choices, including coffees and vegan options. I had a hard time deciding but ended up getting a cup of butter pecan and amaretto chip, both of which were delicious. They had cookie dough gelato sandwiches that looked amazing but I had to resist them, this time.

When I lived in Germany I loved to get spaghetti eis. I haven?t had it in years and then I heard this place made it. They did not disappoint! The spaghetti ice looked and tasted amazing! (The ?meatballs? are chocolate hazelnut and the ?breadstick? is a sugar cookie.) I?ll be back!

The cookie dough gelato square is amazing! The lavender French macarons are delicious, as well. It's a good thing I don't live closer or I'd be a frequent visitor, which wouldn't be great for my waistline. There are so many gelato flavors I want to try next time I'm in the area. The ice cream reminds me of NY! It has rich flavors. I ordered a small cup of chocolate ice cream and coffee ??. Both were delicious. Even the smallest of the cup has a generous serving. The cinnamon ice cream tasted delicious- almost like horchata. I am glad we found this place. Now we know when on the area. They close late!

Awesome gelato here. We fell in love with Affogato's and the ones they have here are very good. They also have a lot of different flavors of gelato and spaghetti ice cream too for the kids. We'll be regulars at this place.

The Gelato is great, I usually go there 2 a week. They have gelato sandwiches, coffee and sorbetto. I get the piccolo (small size) on a waffle cone. I get up to 3 options of flavors but I get 2 flavors. Their customer service is great. They do catering ????.

Sooooo good! The Gelato was so creamy and chewy. I had dark chocolate and matcha and it was really tasty and creamy! The mocha is also not too sweet and very good ???? Also recommend the Italian soda (blueberry).

SO GOOD! Ice cream is my all time favorite dessert and Paciugo did not disappoint. I had the large size but only chose two flavors, lavender and blueberry and pannacotta. I didn?t think anything else would go with that combination but I didn?t regret getting only two flavors because they were both delicious. I also got my dog ice cream to go and the staff was super attentive, packing up his little ice cream in ice and keeping it in the freezer as long as possible. Can?t wait to visit again!

The gelato here was great! Anytime we vacation we like to have gelato so that we can have the affogato. We all loved what we picked. No complaints at all. It is in a busy shopping area, so you may have to drive around for a parking spot.

This is one of the best gelato places I?ve been in the states. They had tons of flavors and had the authentic, pistachio, tiramisu, etc. I got the regular? size and could add 4 flavors, but decided on dairy free pistachio (so good), taro, and chocolate hazelnut. They gave me a great portion for the price and allowed me to try many other flavors before choosing. I also ordered a caffe latte, which was amazing!

Best gelato I've had in San Antonio, by a long mile. I had the hazelnut, it was smooth, perfectly creamy, flavored to simple perfection. The interior is very cute, though not enough seating for the constant stream of customers piling in all day on a Sunday.

Super fun shop! They had clasics, fun flavors, and an entire row of vegan friendly flavors! Sadly I can't remember the name of the man behind the counter (he had a hit in backwards working the night of 12/13/2021) was amazing. Delicious, creamy Gelato in like 40 amazing flavors! But the best of all are their macaroon Gelato sandwiches!!! Incredibly indulgent dessert - the gelato is so creamy, and the macaroons have that perfect light chewiness. Not pictured, but they also have donut/Gelato sandwich (pressed and heated like a panani), as well as bubble waffles with gelato!!

The coffee and wedding cake flavors are my favorite pairing. The staff is always very hospitable and quick. They are always smiling. I appreciate the good work and atmosphere they create for the customers. I often recommend this place to ppl I meet as well as friends and family.

Although they have dairy options, this is a wonderful place to get plant based gelato and sorbetto. I loved the pistachio coconut and the chocolate sorbetto. The service was quick and friendly. There are tables to enjoy your dessert outside on a nice day. I would definitely recommend it!

They had so many different ice cream flavors and they all tasted great. They had a good deal of sorbets and a couple alternative milk creams, and the service was good. They also had great prices; the small had so much ice cream for a fraction of the price of a normal 'fancier' shop. There were also a bunch of coffee shop type drinks, so it would be a great place to study to work.
