My son & I have been searching for a good donut ?? shop since we moved here in July. We pass PT Donuts often so I thought to stop by one morning. We LOVE them! They taste the EXACT SAME as the donut shop in our hometown. Our picture is missing some because we were eating them in the car ??. The cinnamon roll is soooo good heated with milk or coffee. What I do not like is that they close early. Donut Taste: Sweet Size: Medium (regular size) Dozen Cost: $11
They need to trim the tree in front of the location because without gps it is not visible...almost seems like a hustle factory becsuse prices were not favorable..food could have been cared better as well
Waited in a somewhat long car line just to finally get to the window and be told we don't have anymore cake donuts barely 9 in the morning. To be honest I don't think the glaze one I did get to me did not taste that great. This was my first time there and my last. Make more donuts if your gonna be in business as a donut shop I think
I have made several trips to PT?s. Every visit has been exceptional. Great service. I love the options of the drive through, especially when I am looking a hot mess. lol ?? You have to get here as early as possible. They do tend to run out early because everything is soooooo goood! Donuts are great, customer service is always terrible and I?ve been multiple times. I was told this morning by a very annoyed woman that she didn?t have time to make the chocolate donut holes to pick something else. The fact that they didn?t have them wasn?t the issue, her terrible attitude and clearly being annoyed towards me is the issue. I?ll drive a bit further to not be treated like that.
The kolaches tasted spoiled by 1pm when we stopped by. We came to exchange next day and let them know whats goin on. The woman were so rude and yelling infront of my kiddo and the other kid that was in the shop. The grandma of the other kid had to intervene and told her to not treat me with disrespect but she didnt stop. She refused to sell me a new kolaches because she stated i was too picky based on how I chose her food. This woman has really poor customer service, behavior and attitude. I would drive in
They have the best donuts! So soft and fluffy. Breakfast sandwiches and burritos are also delicious. Salsa is amazing! Plus they have a drive thru!
Poor customer service ,they don?t listen ,all the time missed something in box,everytime we go in morning 8 to 9 they said they don?t have donuts if we ask to make it they make faces and never make it ,the women is so rude ,never listen ,I don?t want to give even 1 star

Now I know why I like donuts so much. These were the best I have ever had, glazed donuts, glazed bavarian cream donuts, and long johns. They were so light and fluffy and soft (and gone in no time!) The perfect Saturday morning treat or every morning for that matter. I will be back again and again...

I decided to pick up donuts for the family this morning. I chose a variety of donuts so everyone could have their choice. I think that for our family the most popular was the "old-fashioned" cake donut. But it's also difficult to beat the glazed and chocolate iced donuts! The donuts here seem a bit smaller than some places but they pack a lot of flavor into them. I really like using the drive-in to pick up my donuts. Love everything here! Eclairs, jelly filled, donut holes, kolaches, burritos, croissants....it's all delicious! Even with the line out the door and drive thru wrapped to the end of the parking lot, they are still fast!
If you want donuts from this new owner/place of business make sure to come before 8am during the week. My husband and I both work from home and come up a multiple times during the week for breakfast. They are always out of our request by 9am. The previous owner never had this happen and if he ran out he would ask us to hold on and would get us the requested. Not sure we will keep returning to this store as they are always out of what we are looking for.
One star only because I have to customer service is bad some young guy in technical attire had the worse attitude no smile no good morning looked like he hated his job he was sitting twirling his hair around the donuts I just walked out and said NO THANKS
So here's the thing. If you want donuts they'll have donuts. If you want good and fresh donuts, that will totally depend on when you get here. They don't keep making donuts it would seem as by 8 they're usually out if the most popular items with no hope of making more. I've had donuts from here that I never asked, but tasted a day it more old, delicious and sweet, just kind of stale. Now my rating isn't against the facilities themselves, which are what you'd expect, nor the employees, who have been nothing
Best doughnut shop in north Texas! The employees treat you like family - always smiling and friendly with everyone who comes in (or drives through!) and theres always a great assortment of doughnuts as well as breakfast burritos (bacon is the best!), Kolaches, Croissants (I get a ham, egg & cheese every time!), and muffins. My kids always look forward to stopping by on our way to school every Friday morning.
Second time ever going here( only because my donut shop was closed this morning ). Had a bad experience the first time with hair inside the jalapeno blanket ... this time the bacon egg cheese burritos .. so nasty my kid wouldn't even eat it a waste of money !!! The staff was friendly though but they need better stuff .. don't think I'll go back .
After 2 years of visiting this place, PT's quit carrying the brisket colache. That's really not a problem for me, just a little disappointing. Telling me that they were either not ready or had run out of the brisket since the end of December is. When I confronted the guy behind the counter about that, he was very rude and dismissive. He explained that he only works weekends and didn't know or care about it. Oddly, he's the exact same guy that's been feeding me that lie since they quit carrying the brisket.
I have to give 1 star for how they constantly fail to plan out enough donuts for a day. It's Saturday, a weekend where the possibility of having more customers is real, proven by the fact I sat in line for 20 mins, and yet they don't make enough donuts. Imagine my irritation when after waiting 20 mins I finally get to them for them to only have the donuts that only a select few of the population likes... at this point I rather drive to dunkin donuts off 380 from now on.

This is my favorite donut shop. Their boudain and kolaches are delicious. The measure of a good donut shop is the glazed donut, and their's are perfect.
