Olivia?s is the first donut shoppe I started going to when I moved into the area. I have visited many times during the years and even though occasionally I will go elsewhere, I always return to Olivia?s. It has been the donut shoppe that I have given my business to the most by far. I?ll tell you why. Ironically, I am not much of a donut eater, although occasionally I will eat one. I?ve been a loyal customer at this donut shop for years, mostly because they have some of the best kolaches in town. Unfortunately, my latest visit left a sour taste in my mouth?not from the food, but from the customer service. The staff member I interacted with was dismissive and made some unnecessarily smart comments, which felt disrespectful. As a long-time client, I expected better treatment. Best Kolache Doughnut shop in Pearland. Super clean, great staff, excellent tasting food. My personal favorite is the Bacon, egg, and cheese croissants. Don't walk, but run to this little gem.

Great pastries. We ordered Kolaches, chocolate and sprinkles donut, donut holes. We enjoyed every last bite. Service is extra fast in the am. We like to stop sometimes before school starts. Give them a try! Look forward to next visit. Food is exceptionally fresh.

These donuts are amazing! I ordered a dozen of minion decorated donuts and they came out perfect for my sons birthday cake I received numerous of compliments. They're delicious and do not get stale over time . Their shop is clean organized and cute. Staff is super friendly and have GREAT customer service which is a plus for me.

I tried this place after seeing high reviews posted on Pearland Eats. Olivia's lived up to everything that was said about it. The donuts and donut holes are sweet as can be. The sausage and cheese kolaches are savory with a nice bread that pulls apart. Finally their breakfast sandwich hit the spot with its egg and ham combination. If you are on the west side of Pearland be sure to stop in here.

Just tried this donut shop for the first time today! Everything was excellent; from the chocolate coconut donut, the biscuit breakfast sandwich, to the Chappell hill sausage kolache. On the list for next time is the breakfast tacos. This small, local establishment has a nice feel inside, with pleasant employees behind the counter. We'll be back soon!!

As someone that loves donuts, I've gotta say Olivia's didn't disappoint. Excellent glazed donut. Not too airy, good sweetness, a nice solid bite. Same can be said about the blueberry cake donut (2nd fave), the Choco cake glazed, the plain, the sugar, and the cinnamon crumb. 100% best donuts, kolaches, breakfast sandwiches and croissants on this side of Shadow Creek Ranch and Pearland. Highly recommend trying their Bacon Maple Donuts. They put real bacon, cut up small and freshly cooked. We always call ahead if we're ordering a few of these donuts to make sure they're in stock and they'll cook more if selling quickly. Last but not least, the staff working the counter are so fast and friendly! I take my daughter there to pick up donuts often and it makes her day!

The staff is so friendly and that?s what makes a donut shop for me! And on top of that, their food is amazing! I just moved from Louisiana and their boudin kolaches are on point (spicy and mild). All of the donuts have been a huge hit and their breakfast sandwiches are always great. I love that when I order a dozen donuts they always ask if it?s for adults or children and fill the box accordingly. It?s the little things like that that make this my favorite shop!

Love this place! Everything is good here - from croissant sandwiches to kolaches to donuts and twists. I think I have tried almost everything here as I go here at least once/week. Also, when I was pregnant, I bought boxes of several different types of donuts and tried them all. Place is always packed, but lines are fast moving.

The best donut shop in town! Staff is friendly and service is fast. Toddlers love the cookie monster donuts, but be sure to get there early if you have to have one! ok donut shop nothing out of the ordinary. ham cheese kolache was 1 piece of cheap sandwich ham rolled up in a bunch of dough. didn't see any of the fancy decorated donuts just regular sprinkles and such. chappel hill sausage was tougher than i remember and very little cheese in kolaches

This lady took the time to cuss my grandmother out and call her racial names, after my grandmother made a simple suggestion on a neighborhood group chat. I give this place 5 stars on the donuts, 3 stars on the staff and friendliness, 5 on the cleanliness, 2 stars on the kolaches, 2 stars on the bfast sandwiches and 2 stars on the coffee. If you want great donuts and lots of variety and kid friendly options, this is the place. I think they make all of the kolaches and bfast sandwiches the night before or early in the morning, because they taste old. My kids won't even eat them. But they have the best donuts and most friendly staff in Town.

Best donuts in the area! I especially like the old fashioned donuts. The coffee isn't very good, or I would give 5 stars. I've seen them brew fresh coffee on top of the last batch without dumping the old coffee first. That may be why it isn't very good.

Great option for donuts in SCR and at nearly half the cost of some of the other competitors. Took my two young daughters in today and they made a custom (yellow iced) donut for my two year old because she is OBSESSED WITH YELLOW. Chapel Hill kolaches were very good! I highly recommend!

We've been here plenty of times before, but today they really hit it out of the park. Every donut and kolache was fantastic! Old fashioned, blueberry cake, apple fritter, custard filled, jalapeno kolache - each perfectly fluffy and delicious.

We used to love this place. However, it is a victim of its own success. If you show up after 8 on the weekend there is a giant line and no product. Thomas the owners says its because he has new employees and they can't keep up or get the orders right. I am looking forward to some competition from Krispy Kreme and Snowflake donuts. Just went by today with my wife before they closed. We had the spicy Louisiana Boudin Kolache, Chapel Hill Kolache, and Apple Fritter. It's very apparent that they put a lot of love and care into their food. Highly recommended!
