Oh! Donuts

Gave me raw bacon in my kolache. Not to mention it was frozen halfway. No glaze on my donuts. Wrong milk. Gross. Never coming back or ordering to go.

This is the most delicious breakfast I?ve had in a long time. It?s the perfect balance of sweet, savory, cheap, easy to eat, satisfying? I don?t even know what they?re called. I drove 30 minutes across town to get them again the next day.

They sent the wrong order and by the time it got here they were closed. Didn't get a receipt either, so can't tell what went wrong. I tried them once. There are too many other competent donut stores around to do so again.

Thank you Ms. Kim. Got a special order of colorful donuts done quick on a short notice and they were perfect for a birthday brunch. She even added some donut holes as a gratuity. Great experience and friendly staff will come again.

Yikes! Go somewhere else! I had went to this donut shop for the first time. I ordered kolaches and donut holes. BOTH BURNT! The kolaches wasn?t THAT bad of a taste but the holes were scary nasty? I was also greeted by the lady rudely. It was was if she was dreading someone coming to buy donuts. Maybe she was having a bad day or so but didnt need the attitude. I will not be going back, id rather travel extra miles for another donut shop. Please spend your money somewhere else.

small selection of donuts, they always forget what you ordered and still charge you extra. I placed an order for 3 donuts and 3 kolaches was charged for them but only received one of both. grabbed a drink and was charged wrong price. low quality ingredients, the chocolate glaze smeared all over the bag, didn?t have any left when taken out of bag.

Out 8 something in the morning and out of most donuts. Just pig in blankets galore. Why I won't be back... I was the only customer inside, 2 others in the drive thru. Lady and kid come in and start talking to them and place money on the counter. Cashier serves her before me! And they walk on out like it's nothing. No tip left just for that.

Walked out with 4 jalape?o kolaches and 6 old donuts that looked like they?ve been sitting there for a couple days, total came out to be $30.00 I?ve never been to a donut shop so overpriced as this one it?s insane. Their selection isn?t good they are very limited on types of donuts?. Just don?t waste your time imo.

Love The Donuts, Pretty Reasonable Prices I Mostly Buy The 1 Chocolate Donut And A Dozen Of Chocolate Donut Holes For A Total Of About $4 Pretty Good Price, Cashier Lady Is Very Kind We Havent Talked To Her Husband But Im Pretty Sure He Is Also A Nice Guy, Would Recommend!

I went here last Tuesday with my wife. The donuts are some of the best we have had. They do not make them like your average place. The coffee though is amazing. If you love good Columbia coffee. This is the place with a great price!

My kids and I love this place. We eat here every Friday. The food is fresh and the owner is such s nice person. The staff is always friendly and patient especiallywhen kids can't make up they're minds. They have s variety of products which is unique for a donut shop. They even have lunch items. Crazy right? Definitely a 5 star place.

Not 100% sure they serve the freshest donuts all of the time. I've went in at 5am and got donuts that taste like it got left over night. I've learned after my first couple visits that you really have to look for the good donuts in the display case otherwise you'll get burned. The woman owner is the sweetest lady on the planet and the store is super close to my house so it's a 2 stars with hopes they serve only the freshest of donuts. Love you

Great little place. Easy to find. Staff is very friendly and nice. The prices are reasonable and clearly marked on the outside of the building and inside. Very clean and inviting dinning area. They have a nice selection of sausage rolls and all kinds of donuts. You can even choose what to fill on the empty eclairs.

Dunkin' Donuts in Krispy Kreme would go out of business if this place had more locations. Best donuts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Ok donut shop. Donuts are tasty when fresh. Service is questionable. Staff is not able to handle a morning rush between in store at the counter and drive through. Two people are often working but only one register is open causing a wait for service. Definitely not a place to go on a Friday morning.

Worst experience EVER. I spent around $30 bucks. Requested a Mix of donuts, coffee and sausage rolls. I ended up getting 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 glaze mix only After asking if I could get a different variety, owner was annoyed and rudely told me it would be more money, I asked to at least have 1 strawberry. Had the worst experience. I wanted a box of mixed and wouldn't take the one open on the counter the lady got mad and charged me for 24 donuts instead of mixed boxes.. I used to love the place. Horrible service who pays $50 for 2 boxes of donuts. When it was just the guy it was great service. They wont get my business or my familys sadly..

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE HERE! I went this morning in hopes of getting a couple things for my coworkers. We waited patiently in the drive thru for 15 minutes and still had no one come up to the window to offer service. The Best Donuts in Arlington....quite possibly the Best Donuts I?ve ever had. It doesn?t stop there, the staff is genuine and friendly, and they will even remember my name. Well, I never do negative reviews, but this will be an exception. Yesterday I placed an order through Doordash (the service that Doordash provided me was good, the problem is this place). I tried this place because the website said cheap donuts. Not so cheap if I usually order a dozen donut holes half chocolate and half glazed and was told no they couldn't do that so I had to order 2 dozen to get what I wanted so can't say that made it cheaper by any means. I can say I probably will not go back.

Overpriced, unaccommodating and was overcharged - and after going through the whole process of going through each item to find the overcharge and wasting my time, not even a sorry about it. Patio outside is locked up, so you can't sit there. Out of the five things I ordered, only one was edible. Oh - and the sausage roll had a huge hair in it.

I have lived across the street from this place for 3 years and I will drive across town to get my donuts. Everytime I go to this place the staff is extremely rude. The donuts are not that good to be running off what little business u have coming in. Horrible customer service. Never going back there again, owner was very rude and proceeded to attend other customers when he claimed he was waiting for us to roll down our window at the drive through when he not ONCE opened the drive thru window but apparently we need to read his mind to let us know he?s ready by just standing by the window.

Horrible...I paid just over 6.00 for an orange juice and an egg only croissant. The egg was flat and still frozen in the middle and the croissant tasted stale. I also bought a blueberry cake donut which was dry. I paid an extra 1.10 for the donut experience ??

Fun decorated donuts here: no unusual flavors or anything like that, just all the basics with fun decorations. Try the feta/spinach pastry when thy have it: it?s damn tasty.
