Easily the best donuts I have ever had!! The apple fritter literally made my eyes water - it was THAT good!! The bear claws, the cinnamon rolls, the filled donuts - they were all amazing!! My grand-daughter's favorite was the variety of iced donuts with sprinkles. The owner, Ms Sophia, is so personable and very friendly and she made sure that we left with a smile on our faces!! You can tell that she and her family put their heart and their soul into every donut and kalache that they make!! They also do

Stopped by for a quick morning ?? snack. I was extremely impressed by just the presentation of the doughnuts ?? Just by looking alone you can tell that his doughnuts stand in their own class. The glaze is different. I had an old fashioned & glazed. They were incredible! He definitely has himself a great secret recipe!!!!
A wonderful little place where the lovely staff immediately greets you with a smile. They offer daily fresh products that definitely taste home made. I skipped the sweets but could never pass on a kolache. I enjoyed the jape?o/ bacon but if you must choose don't pass on the smoked sausage kolache! ?? My husband loved the blueberry donuts and in his words " Better flavor and texture than krispy kreme." The fresh cinnamon rolls were a win with the kids. Stopped here with my dad, who comes here nearly every time he drives through town. The donut holes were SO good, while we were driving away I made him drive back so I could take a picture of the establishment for my memories (and to leave a good review). Can't wait for the next drive over here!
Go early or you will be limited in your selection of some of the most excellent tasting donuts I?ve ever had. The coffee is freshly ground and is so good. Bear claws, ham and cheese, custard filled, old-fashions, plain glazed, are all worth trying once. Quick and polite service is a nice aspect as well.
Fantastic kolaches! Just what we were hoping to find as we hit the road headed to Houston. The Prasek sausage was delicious! Wish we had bought a few extra! The doughnut holes were light and fluffy with just the right amount of glaze and not overly sweet?perfection! The woman working at the counter was a delight to meet! We ate everything without getting a picture of the donuts or the kolaches but I did get a picture of the sack?love this sentiment ????
The Odem Donut Place is such a nice and sweet place to pick up a sweet treat, or even breakfast. My staple was always a sausage and egg croissant with chocolate milk. Always friendly service and a nice, small town atmosphere.

Awesome I know I have never had donuts this good ??in all my life! I would like to have Crullers 6 of them tomorrow friends coming in from Brownsville so don?t sell out before I get there also 6 Apple fritters so amazing! I hope I can get up early enough I had surgery and mornings are very hard. This is the best place!!!
The lady was very very nice! Amazing donuts and the budan kalche was so good, so much flavor and perfect amount of spice. Prices are very cheap compared to other places in the area. Will be coming back here again next time I pass by!
Don't come here if you're on a diet. Don't come here if you're worried you're going to eat a dozen donuts in one sitting because they're fracking delicious. Don't come here if you have good customer service and nice people. This place is awesome, the lady that runs this place is nice as all get out, and sweet to boot! Their donuts are delicious. Seriously, some of the best donuts I've had. Highly recommend this place!
I?m totally addicted to their ham, egg, and cheese croissant! I have no idea what kind of pepper she uses in her eggs, but it gives the egg sandwiches the best taste EVER! The donuts are light and fluffy and they have the best customer service! Thank you for being part of our little town!
This place is great and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I only get to stop by when I go out of town. I'd be here every couple days if I lived closer. I love their apple fritters, bear claws, breakfast croissants and old fashion donuts.
Best donut shop in town...REALLY! OK...ONLY one in town but they're still amazing!! We tried them shortly after moving to town. Service was friendly, efficient & courteous. Donuts and other treats were delicious. Even if it weren't the only one in town, we'd still get our donuts here!!

We love going here. Not only great donuts, but somehow, Sophia remembers our names and greets us by name every time. I don't know how she does it because I have a hard time remembering my wife's name, so I just call her Babe.
Love this place. Went past it on my bike a few times before stopping in and trying out their food, and I am so glad I did. The owners are super nice and welcoming, and their food is amazing. It's now an essential stop whenever me and my friends go cycling through odem. My recommendation if you are unsure what to try when you go into try the boudin kolaches. I get one every chance I can and save it for a post cycling snack.
Not all donut shops are the same. This is a good one. Give them a try and you'll agree. Breakfast Croissants are great!
Melt-in-your-mouth donuts that do not coat the roof of your mouth with grease like most donuts. The owners are kind and friendly. Best apple fritters and blueberry cake donuts around.

The kolaches and donuts are amazing. Open very early, but good luck getting someone to actually come to the drive thru window. Lately I pull up and sit for 5 minutes wondering if anyone is there.
My family ordered donuts and a croissant sandwich and everything was delicious. The lady that helped us was so sweet! I highly recommend making a stop here!
Dan and Sopia are great. Always remember our names and our kids names. Everything we have had here has been great. They are always smiling and friendly even first thing in the morning.

My family & I are lucky to live in town, but it doesn't matter if you live in town or are just passing through they always treat you like a neighbor! They even have a drive-thru for convenience.
