I definitely think you should make this a stop on your way to/from seaside heights if you can! We stopped on our way out around 830 am and there was already a line. It moves quite quickly as they have multiple people working the windows. It?s not a sit down place. You order at the window and take it to go. This is one of the original donut shops in Ocean County. Their donuts are amazing from the frosted, glazed and old-fashioned. They also have an awesome apple fritter. Its a stand out side line and you order on the porch. The ladies there are friendly. I take my dog with me and they usually give the pup one .

Stopped in today for a childhood memory. These donuts are one of my absolute favorites. I would?ve given you a five stars, but I?m not sure why the lady working there today stacked iced donuts on top of each other. They are now all breaking apart because the icing is sticking to the other donut. Maybe an iced donut should lay flat in a box. ?????????????????????

Ob-co is over an hour drive from where I live and I can honestly tell you that it is worth the traffic on the GSP. Now, you have to get there early because this place sells out quick. Once a donut sells out, that?s it for the day. The donuts are fresh and much larger than the chain store donuts. And they cost much less! Great variety of flavors and they have an apple fritter that is the size of your head. You haven?t had a donut until you have an Ob-Co donut.

I just wish they were open all day. Instead, they open at 5am and close when they?ve sold out their only batch of the day. You could show up at noon and find it closed if it was a busy day. The doughnuts taste home-made. This is really refreshing since almost all food in the US tastes artificial.

Well was a customer for 30 years plus but since being sold have seen many changes and cut backs and things that are nit what made opcos great for over 50 years. I think I have found the Best Boston Creme in NJ... This donut is massive and full of creme. Once the donuts sell out for the day, you are out of luck. The lines start early here and for good reason. Everything looks so good and people leave with bags and bags of donuts and other baked goods. This is a must stop if you are down the shore.

Heard this was the place to go to for donuts. Arrived at 9:30am and they had about 2 donut options and a couple crumb cakes. Completely disappointed. Service wasn?t very friendly and prices are high. The crumb cake was decent but I wouldn?t go back after this.

I use to remember my dad getting donuts at Ob-Co about 30 years ago when my family had a shore home in Seaside. We used to rave about their donuts back then. I recently moved back to Toms River and had to stop at Ob-Co. The donuts are just as delicious as I remember them. And they are not stingy with their fillings. The jelly donuts feel like they weigh a half a pound with all the jelly inside. Absolutely amazing donuts.

These keep getting better each time I go. I wish they were just a bit more greasy. My favorite ones are the cream/cannoli filled and lemon. I also like the cinnamon sugar croissant! Growing up, we would stop here before heading to the beach. When I lived down here I bought them as a special treat for my family. We live in Maryland now and haven't been up this way for years. We ordered about 7 dozen donuts and the process was so easy. Every one of them were fresh and delicious. We have gone back more than once for our parties. I have been buying donuts here since the original owner. Yes, I'm that old. The current owners, (which I hope are permanent) have kept the tradition of simply the best products in this area. Now they have three or four young ladies in there and they don?t wear gloves and they handle your donuts with a piece of paper which causes the fingers to touch your donuts and then they handle cash within the same transaction. This place has such a great reputation for having great donuts but there customer service is no longer the same unfortunately.
