I absolutely loved my first experience from here! The donuts are a little smaller than your average size, but honestly perfectly portioned so you can spoil your pallete and enjoy a variety of flavor! Sooo that's a huge, YES PLEASE in my book!!! Their chocolate Frappuccino's are very yummy as well, so don't sell yourself short when heading out. Yes, they were pretty good! Just keep in mind these are drop donuts?not traditional yeast or cake donuts?so they?re more like the mini donuts you?d get at a fair. They were warm and fresh, which was great, but don?t expect something like Krispy Kreme or a classic bakery-style donut.

We stopped by O?s to try the donuts but when we got there and saw the smoothies, we opted for fruit smoothies instead! My daughter got a strawberry lemonade and I ordered a peach, pear apricot with a bit of lemonade. Very delicious. They are made with a smoothie mix instead of fresh fruit but the manager let me look at the bottle and they do not contain added sugars. They hit the spot on this hot summer morning. I stumbled upon this donut shop when researching donut shop options for the kids. It happened to be a Friday and they had fresh gluten friendly donuts! It made my day. I splurged and got a half dozen and a lavender honey latte! Just heavenly!!!

The store seemed clean and organized. I ordered online, and the order was ready on time. The donuts were hit, fresh, and delicious. This is certainly a nice spot for a donut and some coffee in the Ghent area of Norfolk. Since this was an online order, I did not interact much with the associates.

Fun place! Cake donuts made to order (so they will be HOT), with many toppings to choose from. Peanut butter chocolate was great, and everything-but-the-bagel was interesting, but IMO would have worked a little better on a savory donut base instead of the standard sweet donut. I ate it right after I got home the crumble topping was dry and crunchy and the icing was flaking off, heating it up did save it from being a complete waste of money but I?d have to say even Walmart has fresher donuts than this.. I?ll revisit but I?ll order something that?s hopefully fresh and not been sitting out in the display case.

I stumbled across this donut shop last month. I had the chocolate reese's donut and it was very delicious. I was in Norfolk again and I had to make a stop by O's to get more flavors. I tried the flavor of the month Reindeer Crunch. That donut was just as good. I wish O's was on the peninsula. You can't go wrong with the flavors they offer. I definitely recommend this donut shop. Was recommended to check this place out from a client at my place of business. Ended up getting a box of 12 donuts, of varying flavors. I came to O's Donuts to pick up a Doordash order around 1:30pm on July 3rd. Upon walking up to the door, it was locked, the store was visibly dark with no one inside. If you all are closed for the 4th of July holiday, at least be courteous enough to your customers and put a sign outside your business or leave a voice-mail stating that you're closed for the holiday weekend. I ordered O's Catering for my wedding... let me tell you these did not disappoint! My vendors and guests were all so excited to try these donuts, I even had people grabbing seconds and taking them home! They were gone so fast, we didn't even try any at our own wedding. The process of booking was amazing. Ally was super responsive, answered all my questions with kindness, and was honest through the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and enhancement to our wedding day! :)

They were so good. I got an assortment of their specialty donuts. I think my favorite was the blueberry cheesecake doughnut. It had a layer of cream cheese frosting with blueberry compote on top they make the donuts fresh kind of like duck donuts. They always have different flavors. I also liked the Hawaiian Sunset and holy cannoli. They also have gluten-free options. They have coffee and this amazing strawberry Matcha latte. I will definitely be coming back to try different donuts.

Donuts are amazing! Costumer service on the other hand has not been great. I have been 3x now at different times of the day and its the same 2 girls working. Donuts were good but the wait was insane. We showed up at 9:25am and were told the wait was about 15 minutes. We didn?t have our donuts and coffee until 10:10am, roughly 45 minutes later. The donuts are good but only one employee working on a Saturday morning didn?t seem like enough to meet the demand.

O?s Donuts is open again! Went here this weekend for donuts and an iced coffee. They had tons of different flavor options. Everything was fresh and delicious and the store is super cute! I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area! I live 35 minutes away, and it was worth the drive.

I gave it one star not because of the taste. The donut taste pretty good. I gave it one start because of the size of the donut (too small) for the price. Also it?s not a traditional donut but more like a cake donut. I was very disappointed and will not go back unless they make traditional donuts and increase size

I do love desserts of any kind so I have joined in on the donut adventures in different cities all over the US and this place is ranked top 3 in my opinion. My boyfriend and I went here for the first time this morning. After deciding the night before that we were going to try this place in the morning all we could think about was, what the dounuts would taste like... well they were way better than we had even imagined!! What made our experience that much better, was the amazing woman taking care of us behind the counter. She was working by herself, juggling several orders with grace, and kept a smile on her face the whole time and gave us great recommendations.

Was excited to surprise my kids before school.. Went in ordered and they started making some warm fresh donuts ( I was pumped ) they then grab mine off the stale heat lamp rack 1 bite and done such a shame that I am probably the first person in the store, I left a tip and then such a let down!!!!

I kind of consider myself a donut connoisseur, I have had all kinds of donuts from all over. I wanted to like these donuts as the worker was very kind, but they were very oil-heavy in my opinion. It was almost all that I tasted. I don?t know if it was old oil or just fried too long but it ruined the flavor of all the donuts for me. Prob won?t be coming back here unfortunately.

The best donuts I've ever had! They have a great array that they can make for you. As opposed to most other donut shops where you have to pick whichever donuts they have available, here they make them fresh for you and they're warm when they come out. This will take a few minutes so be aware of that. You can choose different glazes and toppings to make many different combinations. I bring these donuts to every meeting and exam I have with my PhD committee and they have yet to dismiss me from the program.

Seems like I caught them on a bad day but I didn't have the best experience. Their register was down to begin with, and trying to pay was somewhat of an ordeal. We ordered 6 doughnuts and it took a half an hour. There was a lot of people standing around wait. When we finally got our order the box was covered in chocolate. This was our first time back to O's since they re-modeled and re-opened. The price has gone up, the donuts have shrunk at least half the size and the donuts were cooked in old grease, you can taste it. We are so disappointed.

If you are a fan of cake donuts, then this is a great place for you. They make their donuts after you order them so it is always fresh, but that is not the best part. The best part is you can add toppings or customize your donuts.

The concept seems a little bit gimmicky. I thought there is going to displays of doughnuts and pastries, not some teenager adding the toppings to a pre-made doughnut. It is good, but somewhat pricey. Call me old-fashion I guess, but this ain't for me.

Donuts are great .. service is super slow. I called 20 minutes in advance and still had to wait 15 min. I ordered 2 dozen but due the wait left with 1 dozen. There were on 2 customers in the store .. no lines. Unsure why the service was slow.

Plain donuts are devine! The chocolate with peanut butter drizzle was really yummy. The peanut butter with chocolate drizzle was hard to get down...peanut butter was wayyyy to thick! I almost choked myself.
