DING DING ??? FOODS READY this dineresce restaurant serves up all the bells and whistles. Delicious bells and whistles that is. They even let me get some lip numbing medication for my canker sore while i was waiting for my food! I felt treasured. The food was served warm. There was a gentleman watching a video of a tractor on full volume in the establishment which I enjoyed and I think added. Memories have been made! Thank you and good afternoon!!! ??

Caught a wicked case of food poisoning for the first time in my life, 30 minutes after I left. I don?t blame the restaurant, I think there?s one really careless cook that is sliding under the radar and isn?t as good as the other cooks. They do breakfast really well but I notice an extreme quality change depending on who?s cooking that day. Love this place but cross your fingers and hope you don?t get whichever cook was on the line at the time.
went and sat down more than 30 minutes before close (3pm?) and they refused to serve me?the usual waitress (who is excellent) wasn?t there. usually a great spot, but this irked me
I had to visit this place 3-5 different times before finally catching open hours. think the hours end at 5pm on weekdays and not 8 as it says on the Google profile, and earlier times on the weekend. Try calling ahead before you go? I had a Boston creme here that was pretty good. It?s cheaper pricing than buying from a Dunkin? Donuts so there?s no reason to go else where and I?d like to say it?s black owned but I?m not sure. It?s very diner like inside.

I knew one day they would mess up my order. Today is 7/21 and the time I received my order from the store was roughly 9am. Anyway, the waiter was rude by saying ?what you want?? The cooks didn?t season my food at all. They also Undercooked my bacon. I will not order here any more. Also I will be reporting them to food safety. You never know where people work. Will be getting this sandwich analyzed
Overpriced for bland food. I miss the old donut shop... this place is living off of the history of the old shop. They keep it up... that place will be replaced with a Starbucks in no time.

We all know the little white in the egg once crack .. ask for it to be removed and owner told me, we don't do that here. Mexican don't like people of color specific them short man.. Kelly makes the place welcome. On that note I'm not supporting this MEXICAN COFFEE SHOP no more.. Mexican people don't even go there to eat that should open eyes.. The short owner doesn't belong there if he doesn't like the customers.
The name is not longer Nostrand Donuts. With the name, also is gone a business defined by excellent customer service where people used to feel like home. Where the workers knew you and would get you coffee without asking how you liked it because they just knew them. A business run by a respected, lovely, sweet, generous, customer service oriented family, was the key for their success. I very much miss them . The ownership has changed and the new owner is mean called my friend and I fat in order to get us to buy two donuts. Was rude all around offering free donut and taking it back, saying donuts were warm but were in refrigerator and cold.
This used to be my favorite spot for YEARS. Unfortunately, there are new owners and they just so happen to be VERY rude. I wanted to order one single donut. The owner kept trying to get me to buy 10. I said I?m ok. He proceeded to say ?You?re big. I thought you would need two.? We decided to walk out. They proceeded to speak disrespectful things under their breath. This business is trash now.
Order Belgin waffles they were cold when I got home and I lived down the st from them the eggs were ok bacon ?? was nasty couldn't even eat it

Does not follow clear instructions written in the notes on Uber eats order. I wrote to separate the meat from the pancakes and send in a separate container. They still placed the meat on top of the pancakes in the same container. Very bad customer service.
This is the best! 13 donuts to the dozen. Donut holes 10 for $1. Excellent homemade donuts. Try the old fashioned. Coconut is a treat. Good chocolate frosting. The setting is great, right out of 1950's New York. Friendly service. Everything takes a little bit of time, but you will get the same attention when it is your turn.
Food is great especially their honey dip donuts, they are always so fresh. They have a lot of breakfast options and their home fries are great too. The service is really fast and friendly wether you dine in or do a quick takeout order. Love this place
THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU THINK IT IS. The sign is different and the donuts look like those donuts they sell at a deli thats been sitting in the case for 4 months. Nothing special. I fed my donut to some pigeons. May as well go to the Dunkin around the corner lol. This was my sign to stop eating these damn sweets in the morning smh
I've been going to this donut shop for 45 year. Great donuts, fresh and tasty everyday. dunkin donuts can not compare to these donuts. Munchkin are to die for. Moist. U cant have just one or two. No fancy donuts here, just your regular old time donut shop.
Good little donut shop in the heart of east Flatbush. In a world of Dunkin donuts it's refreshing to have an affordable donut shop in the neighborhood. The donuts are just as soft as dunkin but not as sweet and without the after taste. Though not as much variety as other donut shops I found it to be enough for our family. Did I mention the cream filling is DELICIOUS and I'm not normally a fan of cream filling. Overall I really enjoyed the experience here and would definitely return. FYI a dozen goes for und

this is not the same business anymore. used to be a cool diner with fresh donuts and a wavy counter and lots of people. now it has plastic wrapped pastries and a sad, straight counter
I ordered an egg white omelette with white American cheese. Instead I got egg whites with American cheese and the older white lady had the nurve to tell me that's an egg white omelette. She was making fun with the chef which I didn't think was funny saying next time egg white omelette with onions and peppers. I distinctly told her that whenever any customers says omelette the hostess should know what it is and that it consists of onions, peppers, tomato, green peppers. I used to love this place and go every day but this year they hired two new workers who have HORRIBLE customer service. They are SLLOOOOOWWWW. And they ignore me every time I am there even though I'm super nice to them. :(. I had to stop going there.

They are rude. When I ask for my sandwich turkey bacon with ketchup and pepper and a little mayo on a roll with a running egg. The man is arguing with me how I should have my egg I told him I like it that way. When I get it I get on white toast and nothing on it never going back to this place

I have only been there once for coffee the prices were good coffee can cause you $2 and better some people cannot afford it I can and I enjoy a good cup of coffee. Downstate cafeteria coffee is excellent.

Maybe they hiked up their prices but it didn't make sense that I paid $18 for 2 western omelette platters, that's the most I've ever paid for a omelette platter for the area smh
