Lovely experience all around! There?s no posted or printed menu. When you sit, they let you know what is available for the evening. Tonight was a cucumber salad (veg, with those delicious tingly peppercorns) for an app / side, and for the main the option was beef or veg noodle soup. The hand pulled noodles are vegan friendly, and for gluten free folks there?s a rice noodle option. If you are vegan you can do the veg soup with tofu, hold the egg. Pretty cool spot. You can watch doughnuts being made. Noodles aren?t being served just yet as they are just reopening from the flood. Come give these people all your money so they can finish reopening and become a delicious pillar of the community.

They really have a magical thing going on here and you would be well served to come eat here. The flavors are amazing. The staff are really cool. The servings are more than ample. And after you finish your noodles they give every customer a fresh sugary delicious doughnut :)

Some of my favorite hand pulled noodles I?ve ever had. The chili oil could be bottled and sold it?s so good. I wish other reviewers hadn?t already spoiled the ending, but, yes, there are the most mouth-watering doughnuts as dessert! I had no idea and it was such a delicious surprise :) Marshall continues to reinvent itself, and this is a great addition. I love that they give a discount to locals! Came for the noodles, stayed for the riverside sunset.

Noodle Hole is MAGICAL! The ambiance, aesthetic, warmth, love...and spectacular noodles! I got the beef noodles for the first time, and OMG they were absolutely PERFECT! I cleared by bowl! And being greeted by superstar Hallee makes you feel like you're on cloud 9! You also get the best donut in the world as dessert! Go for the exquisite food but stay for the show! The Noodle hole is a magical spot! I live right across the bridge from them and decided to stop in and the food is beyond a 5 star!!! ?? The fresh made doughnuts to the freshly made to order noodles is magical experience that make your tiny taste buds dance! Oh and their kids are amazing and are a ray of sunshine! Love my noodle hole

WOW! What an amazing find. The food was out of this world. We tried all ramen options, and the broths were all mind blowing. Food and restaurant had great energy. Small restaurant and little staff added to the ambiance. Locally sourced food when available too. We had a little bit of a wait, but well worth it. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Amazing shop, noodles and people! Beef noodle soup was delicious, loved seeing the owner throwing the noodles by hand. Layout of the shop reminded me of my travels through Asia. We will be back! ??

What an experience! Best Ramen I've ever had. Authentic with their own twist.

I live in Marshall and I?m so glad that Hole Donuts opened noodle hole. Donuts and Ramen are two of my favorite things to eat. The donuts are made to order and melt in your mouth and Holly is so sweet. You will not be disappointed. If you?re visiting Marshall you need to stop in.

The noodles are incredible, and it is obvious that there is care in every thing the owners of Hole and Noodle Hole put their creativity into. Cannot wait for it to reopen! Plus?. Donuts? they are incredible : simple, fresh and perfectly executed.

Great experience. I got the rice noodles and they were wonderful. I will be back for hand pulled though! The owners are kind and care about making an enjoyable experience. The small space is nice because everyone has a front row seat to the hand pulling! It is nice to have a quaint experience where there are only a few decisions that have to be made (noodle, broth). And they even let you have your doughnut if you don?t finish your supper!

Great place to hang out for breakfast or dinner, I have yet to try the noodles but the donuts are very unique, fresh, and tasty!

What a great shop! The fresh noodles (made to order!) and soup were so savory. You?ll want extra bits of each of the savory toppings and free add-ons. And the doughnut? Friend, I know me fried dough. And this was a top-tier, change-your-tongue experience. Get. Some.

What a one of a kind vibe dude! They know what they are offering you and you will DEEPLY enjoy it. Even with your noodle bowl they also still finish you off with a freshly fried doughnut at conclusion. Shout out to Ryan and Holly for offering such an intimate dinning service and tasty noodles to boost! And thank you for Joshua also holding it down in the other side of the kitchen!

Drove 35 minutes to eat here. Walked in, wasn?t greeted or acknowledged by staff. Stood there for ten minutes or so. Tried to get the attention of the girls behind the counter to no avail. The most off putting vibes ever. We were two feet away and they just ignored us. Left and walked up by the road to Zadie?s. Completely different experience. Fast service, food was excellent. Will not be back

I absolutely loved the experience dining at noodle hole. The ambience felt like something out of a cozy cinema and the food is made with so much TLC, you can?t help but feel warm and nourished afterwards! I dream of the donuts with ginger.

Delicious!! Had the rice noodles, but coming back soon for the pulled noodles. Best doughnut I have ever had! Looking forward to my next visit!

Update July 2025: Still 10/5 stars on everything! First time visiting again since Helene, and somehow they've gotten even better. Ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, they're as friendly as ever, and they got a few more seats. Not only are they fresher than any other noodles you'll find in Asheville, but since they do all-inclusive pricing, they're cheaper than any other noodle spot around here. This place is spectacular. They could charge 50% more and still have a line out the door. The food is incredible, they?re knowledgeable and can accommodate allergies and dietary needs, and the workers are so stoked to be here. Parking is limited, seating is limited, there?s often a line out the door, but once you get a seat it feels like family.

AMAZINGGG!!! So cool! Hand rolled noodles in front of you! So willing to accommodate allergies! Donut with your meal. Ahhhh!!! So good!
