All bagels are vegan, they have an epic vegan menu, and the non-vegan donuts are labeled "NV". So many great options and kind staff. 10/10 recommend.

I stopped in on a run to grab a bagel because I couldn?t pass up this menu after hearing about it! The bagel itself is no NY-style bagel, but it does the trick, especially with their incredible sandwich options. I had the sandwich with seedy fig jam, melted Brie, sausage, and egg. I can?t recommend having this with a jalape?o bagel more. The kick added a lot to the beautiful array of flavors and textures. It was a pricy sandwich but the indoor/outdoor seating, quick service, and quality ingredients are wort

Carnitas sandwich with a jalapeno bagel is a must. The secret sauce on the chopped cheese is the most overbearing mustard on the planet. Ask for it without the ?secret sauce?.

The service here is always amazing, the atmosphere is great, but the food?. Never ceases to amaze me. I like to try new items just about every time I come here and I am always very pleasantly surprised by their mix of flavors and original taste. The donuts (even vegan) are always delicious. I?ve also tried many of their fun bagel sandwiches?each so unique and flavorful! This time I tried their carnitas tacos?so yummy!! I?ll add that I am super picky with tacos and these were phenomenal. Their menu is so ver

We ordered the Dr. Seuss Green Eggs and Ham and the Baogel, and a variety of donuts. The bagels were okay, but they did not amaze me. After a few bites I felt the need to check to make sure I had eggs on mine (my wife says the egg stood out, though). The bagels were flavorful and creative, soft, and filling. The price was good. The donuts were interesting. The dough was cakey, but we found it lacking the savory, sweet, fatty punch you look for in donuts. We really loved the orange creamsicle donut. Overall,

I have gone here for years, they have the best bagels in San Diego I have had. Especially when they are fresh. They are well known at this point for their doughnuts and as a person with a dairy allergy this place is my NY resolution killer, they are great. But today I had the Dubai chocolate pistachio doughnut and I melted into my body. I went to a place of bliss and the room around me dissolved, time and space disappeared and I found a place where self was entirely composed of savoring flavor. Go get one

I love Nomad?s specialty donuts! They have really fun flavors. I was hoping to try their cider donut last month but I missed out. I ended up getting the raspberry rhubarb one instead which was delicious. I also tried their special wine and cheese macaron with is amazing. It?s really easy to order online and pick up too.

Donuts are as advertised. Great vegan options for my son with egg allergy. Very tasty and wide variety of flavors. Also pick up some unique breakfast sandwiches (not pictured because we ate them and were that good!) Check this place out with complete confidence!

Donuts were fine. Coffee wasn?t extraordinarily. Service was very good.

The best bagel sandwiches ever!!!! And amazing service. I had an incredible turmeric iced latte as well. The perfect pick-me-up spot

This place is delicious!!! The best bagels I have had in years and I was just in NYC!! The vegan donuts are amazing and I don?t love donuts!!! I will return!

Their donuts aren't my thing but I'd give their Montreal style bagels 10 stars if I could. Best bagels in San Diego! I highly recommend the Island Boy breakfast sandwich, it's so unique and amazingly Delicious.

Some of the best and most creative and unique donuts I?ve ever had! Excellent Vegan selection. I just try a bagel-breakfast sandwich recently and it was incredibly tasty & satisfying! The green sauce was delicious! I can?t forget to mention their coffee, which is also high-quality & delicious!

Truly the best vegan donuts and vegan breakfast. My kids are allgergic to eggs, so this place is the best. We go almost every saturday before hitting up the zoo. it's the BEST!

This place has the best bagels?and bagel sandwiches?in town. They do Montreal style, so they get the wood fired treatment. They?re perfect! Donuts are great as well, and the seasonal selections are thoughtful and innovative. The chewiness of the donuts is not my favorite in the city, but the flavor is on point. GO HERE FOR BAGELS, even if you?re not into donuts!

Stopped into this jewel when my daughter and I noticed there was a line. We have this theory, if a place has a line especially early in the morning then we must try it. The line was out the door, so we just waited. The parking was not good but we got lucky and OMG was it so WORTH it. We ordered the breakfast bagel sandwich and MY LORD was it heaven sent. The bagel was fresh, they are made right on site. You can see the baker taking the bagels out of the oven. The donuts were also AMAZING!! You better get

I don?t think anything will ever taste as good as the vegan shawarma. That changed my life and I?m sad I don?t live in San Diego to eat it more. Excellent vegan options, incredibly nice staff

Great little spot someone turned us onto. Service was excellent and super friendly staff. Food was great and the fresh donuts were amazing. Gotta check this spot out if you happen to be in the area.

This place had great donuts and good customer service. My breakfast sandwich was filling. If you like donuts this place is worth checking out. Not sure if they had all the seating removed or if it was temporarily off limits. But there was absolutely no where to sit. Kind of silly the venue was filled with guests patiently standing in a cramped isle with no where to eat or sit. Also no napkins available. I?d recommend checking this place out but don?t plan on eating on site.

Had the basic egg n cheese with sausage on an everything bagel. Average at best. The sausage was over cooked and dry. Bagel was meh. I'd rather go to McDonald's.

Nomad used to be amazing? it?s still very tasty, but the bagels are not what they once were, which is sad, they were the best in San Diego. The last three times I?ve gone the bagels were undercooked, not just a fluke. Service has slowed down too, everyone is friendly, but there?s no urgency. I don?t know what happened, but the bagels are just so disappointing now, and I?m probably done giving them another chance

Nomad has some of the most delicious bagels and their cream cheese is A+. Donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always top notch but the Za?atar bagels are a stand out for sure! Staff is always friendly and efficient!

Nomads is a San Diego institution. On weekends there is a line, and it is well deserved as the bagels and donuts are amazing. And now they have a new breakfast menu with some fresh and inventive dishes. Highly recommended.

Best bagels in San Diego! Love the creative menu and monthly donut flavors as well. Check out Nomad for amazing breakfast sandwiches, bagels, donuts, and food specials. Wonderful vegan options too. :)

Nomad donuts was AMAZING! We got several donuts and a Zaatar bagel which was so good. The donuts were awesome. There was a short line to get in, but it went really fast. Masks required for entry which was great. Tons of vegan options as well. This place will definitely become a regular visit for us.

Peach cobbler September specialty donut. So delicious! Vegan donut. Today's selection had over half vegan options.

Easily the best bagel I?ve had in San Diego! Wow the rosemary sea salt is next level good and the cream cheese selection is awesome. This place is a must visit for breakfast.

I just had one of the spicy shroom bagel sandwiches and I cannot believe how delicious it was!!! WOW! The bagel was perfect texture and so easy to bite into with a soft chewy center. It was also really big, perfect to share or eat alone. Loved it! I also had an Ube Coconut donut and it was soft and tasty with the perfect level of sweetness. I will definitely be a return customer!

Delicious bagels sandwiches. They are not NY style, but work fantastic for sandwiches. The staff is kind and clear in their communication. They helped me figure out good food for my plane ride, and good food for now. I?d recommend the Thai sandwich with Tofu on a Zara bagel. And their Rosemary Salt bagels in general. Also, they now have yummy waffle fries.

I very rarely go here only because it is on the other side of town. Love the bagels most of all, the best. You won't find these in the store. The donuts are really great, gourmet style. You have to try this place at least once. Ask for the chives and ham cream cheese.

Can't say how awesome it was to find vegan donuts that tasted amazing. We got the cream cheese guava and mex hit chocolate, and some non-veg options, ube taro coconut and cinnamon sugar. The ube taro coconut didn't taste like anything unfortunately but the cream cheese guava and cinnamon sugar ones were so amazing. Wish we had one back home.

NOMAD has interesting fun flavors! So I happened to walk by this place and decided to check it out. Wow donuts with fun flavors, and Oh meee oh myyy the bagels were so amazing! Ya just gotta go. Check out my pics!

I love this place. The donuts are so delicious and they always have unique flavors. The bagel sandwiches are AMAZING! I usually order online direct from them and pickup, they have a curbside option and you just text when you're there. They have some indoor & outdoor seating as well. The environment has great energy. It's not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. Sometimes they have special events, we got the valentine's special last year and it was so good, see pic. I recommend following the

Not long wait. That's about it. Donuts were bland and have very little flavor. Base dough was very thick and once cooked, very oily. You can taste the oil just as much as the flavors. Could barely distinguish the difference between maple, vanilla bean, and guava donuts due to oil and dough flavors overpowering. Don't see the hype with this place. Similar to donut bar, poor base dough trying to be masked with flavors. Wife and I did not finish eating them.

AMAZING Doughnuts! They have unique flavors, and I love that there are just as many vegan doughnuts as regular ones. Fast and friendly service. Great location. I'm visiting San Diego and bought a patch to sport around at home. :)

On a first visit last month, thoroughly impressed with the donuts, less impressed by the savory food. Good (traditional) texture on the bagels, made in-house, which are boiled then baked. Great selection of donut types, flavors, and styles-- my biggest problem was resisting being greedy. The least impressive doughnut was the chocolate traditional cake style, a little too dry. The vegan donuts seemed to have similar bases. The most unusual I tried was a pistachio topped, cherry-filled number. Yum. I enjoye

Pretty donuts in interesting sounding flavors, but the (regular) donuts themselves are meh (we didn't try the vegan ones). They're too bready, thick, and chewy to be a good yeast raised donut for me and their cruller style donut didn't have any crunch (which is kind of the point of all of those nooks and crannies) but was kind of soft and soggy instead. Plus all of the ones we had were a bit oily like they had fried them in oil that wasn't hot enough. And $10 for 3 donuts is a bit on the expensive side. On

Their donut dough is unique in to way. They do have a variety of vegan donuts too. It $3.00 per donuts because I bought 6 vegan donuts n it cause me over $18.... But are their donut unique, it debatable.

They close at 2pm on Friday, got there a minute before 2pm, I was happy that the door was open but the girl that was cleaning asked the girl by register and sadly she said it's closed so I didn't get to try any of the donuts?? so better luck next time... but there's a construction going on Illinois Street right now where it's difficult to get closer to park so I guess leave ahead to have time to park and walk there...

Came here for the first time and was recommended the Egg Tasty by Ralphie. I sadly don?t have a picture because it was gone before I had the chance! Everything on this menu sounded delicious, but this bagel is only out for a limited time, so try it while you can! I will definitely be coming back, and I can?t wait try these bagels with their garlic and herb smear at home :)

I gave this establishment 3 stars because they were out of drip coffee. Coffee and donuts go hand in hand. I bought 3 donuts. Maple, mango and lilikoi and a guava. The mango and lilikoi was the only donut that really had any taste. I also purchased a Diego scramble. It was yummy. Especially the potatoes.

Always a fan of Nomad, even in it?s new location. Beautiful donuts, beautiful people, beautiful North Park. Vegan options abound! Even vegan cream cheese or Miyokos butter for bagels. Good almost any day, earlier the better.

Hands down the best donuts in SD and my personal favorite anywhere. Super creative flavors, from classic to indulgent seasonal donuts, without being complete dense sugar bombs. Even people I know who don't like donuts love Nomad.

The donuts are light and fluffy. Not too sweet which I really liked. I got the ube, s?mores, strawberry rhubarb pie and watermelon lime. All four are really good!

Hands down the best donuts I have ever had. They put Voodoo and all the other "specialty" donut shops to shame. However do not just go with donuts in mind. Their bagel sandwiches and new breakfast offerings are first class!!! I work down the street and stop in a few times a week. No better place to get breakfast or something fun and different. If you are lucky enough to be there on a day they do their Donut Scotch Eggs get one!!! You won't be disappointed.

I?m not sure what changed at Nomad, but it?s not the same experience that it used to be. Breakfast sandwiches are still good, although I?m bummed they got rid of the black and blue. $15/sandwich is pretty steep but at least you?re getting g something tasty for your money with the sandwiches. The donuts were bad. Flavors aren?t noticeable at all, textures are off, crumble toppings are stale, and everything tastes like old fryer oil. Just not the quality that would be expected at the price of $4-5 a donu

Amazing customer service, food, and drinks ?? they finally are selling their donuts again and they are so worth it! We pre-ordered the day before on their website, and they had it ready once we arrived. We also got the House-cured Salmon and Fadi bagel for breakfast. Will be coming back often!!!

The new B'Rad Sandwich menu is awesomeeeee!! I had the Montreal Smoked Meat (with Jackfruit... yeah Jackfruit) and the Super Smashed Burger (with vegan patty) over the last two days for lunch. Both bagels were the bomb. I can only recommend any of the sandwiches to meat lovers and vegan diet people!!! Oh and pick up a donut on the way out

?Hash and ham? sandwich on an everything bagel ? the messiest and most overwhelming sandwich experience I?ve ever had. Delicious, sweet and savory. Pure chaos on a bagel

Friendly staff, donuts taste pretty good, and their iced Mexican mocha with whole milk is one of the better ones in San Diego. I had the "egg tasty" bagel breakfast sandwich and that was delish!

Vegan options are available. Variety of donuts traditional or specialty donuts. Not big on filling donuts but the citrus mango donut I enjoyed.

Did you know Nomad got their name from being the only fresh, creative, mood lifting donuts for miles and miles in the 1800?s when all the oceans dried out and the only thing left to do was bake for survival? Just kidding. But I wouldn?t be surprised if their donut recipes were smuggled across whichever border has the best drugs (don?t answer that) and mixed discretely into the donuts we know and love today. Maybe it?s happenstance, but I never fail to be in a good mood when I visit this place. Cheers to the

Best vegan breakfast burrito I?ve ever had. Very filling, flavorful and well balanced. If you haven?t tried them yet, you need to! This has been my favorite spot for years and it never disappoints. They have amazing options for vegans and people with food allergies.

Opening day. Quite the crowd but service was good food was delicious interesting flavors of doughnuts. Come quick they tend to run out quickly if they do they have a big choice of other flavors though.

Excellent donuts! Great Bagel sandwiches! I even enjoy a bagel with only cream cheese. Hard to go wrong here. We walk from Normal Heights to enjoy this place.

The name should actually be Nomad Bagels. The restaurant has the best bagels outside of New York. Made fresh daily on the premises, you need to arrive early before your favorite bagel is sold out. Selection is limited but vary from the traditional to the exotic. Their bagel sandwiches are outstanding, and the reason why I go there. I have never been disappointed with any of the sandwiches that I have ordered. And oh, Nomad's lattes are so much better than Starbucks, especially if you are in the mood for som

I?ve been in California for less than 24 hours and made it a priority to start my day with vegan donuts from Nomad Donuts. The Ube Taro Coconut donuts were possibly the best donuts I?ve ever eaten in my life. And although I strictly drink dark roast coffee, I tried their medium roast and it was exceptionally good. Highly recommend Nomad?s, especially if you?re vegan.

I was blown away at the quality and fair price. I got a lox bagel that had to be the best quality salmon I?ve ever had. Delicious soft bagel, fresh greens. And the donut was huge and soft. My new breakfast go to! Plus I love the vegan options.

Nomad has never disappointed me! Unique, delicious menu for vegans and non-vegans to enjoy, impeccable vibes, the friendliest service. This place is my go-to treat!

Bagels are so good. The rosemary sea salt is outta this world. Highly reccomend the tasty menu and fun donuts.

Very underwhelmed. Donuts very pretty. Lacked flavor and dry. The cinnamon/ churro was under cooked. Very expensive avg$1.50 a donut. Bagel sandwich was over toasted - outer toasted not inside. Long line but staff try to get you out quickly. Staff is also very friendly

An outstanding quaint shop with charming decor, friendly people and a memorable atmosphere. Nomad Donuts is an elite experience. The donuts are uniquely delightful and delicious with lovely flavors of coffee to compliment them. Your options are copious; from the donuts to the bagels there are so many good choices to praise. I highly recommend this business to anyone who appreciates the luxurious craft of artisanal baking.

Stopped by to try some specialty donuts for my family from out of town. I was very excited to showcase some of California's artesian foods. Unfortunately this donut shop has degraded over the years. We got the cannoli donuts that are typically their best seller and found that they were incredibly doughy. Nothing worse than undercooked donuts. When I say undercooked I mean straight up dough.

Best donut shop in SD! Is it worth it to drive 20 min and be at their door at 7 am? 100% yes! Is it worth it to wait every month for the new menu and flavors? 100% yes! You can not go wrong with any Donut/Bagel/Sandwich/Coffee from this place. Just go early and go again and again and again PS: make sure to follow their instagram account

Some donuts were good, some were just ok. For $20 for 6 donuts I would expect better. I dont think I'd go back. The Raspberry Jam Pistachio had too much jam inside.

Great service, great donuts, and absolutely fire bagels. So far, the best in the neighborhood! Their scrambled eggs are cooked really well and when you ask for ?extra toasted? they ACTUALLY toast it enough.

Love the donuts and bagels here! Highly recommended if you're in the area. ????

These are such good donuts! The super soft, melt in your mouth type. And the flavors are great! I tried my first vegan donut here (the blueberry jam chai) and it was just as good as my husband?s not vegan donuts.

They have so many unique flavors for doughnuts! The bagels are legit also! Definitely need to try if your in the North Park area!

Donuts were great, but the bacon cinnamon roll changed my life forever and I am no longer the man I was before eating it. I don't know how I can go on without having Nomad as my local bakery. Oh and the chilaquiles with chorizo were also straight fuego. 6 out of 5 stars.

Very chill amd helpful employees. Good 90's jams on the stereo. Mouth watering donuts and bagel sandwiches. My chai latte tasted like fall in a cup. They close at 2pm so get there before the best donuts are gone!

This place has the best bagels and bialy! I've had Bagels everywhere. I'm giving it five stars for the bagels because my soy latte was terrible (milk was cooked into a sludge) and the interior is ugly.

I am a huge yeasted donut fan and these were fluffy, just the right sweetness, and perfectly puffed all around. Chocolate orange, vanilla, maple, coconut mango, and chocolate! I arrived about 45 minutes before a Sunday close time of 2:00pm so they only had these left. I really wanted to try the filled donuts but alas, I was too late! But thank goodness I arrived before 10 more people arrived after me. Also, thanks to the barista for throwing in 7th donut gratis without my knowledge ???? ??

First donuts I?ve had in San Diego and they did not disappoint. I think I accidentally ordered a vegan donut (I?m not vegan) but it was nevertheless one of the better donuts I?ve ever had. The dough has a very chewy texture, it?s unlike any donut I?ve had but very good. There are many many unique toppings/flavors it?s hard to not want to try them all. Coffee was great and so was the breakfast bagel sandwich. As a newbie to SD I?ll definitely be returning.

The donuts at Nomad are good. They are flavorful and best if warmed up when you get home like all baked goods. I like using a toaster oven or air fryer.

Do you want a delicious vegan donut or bagel? This is your place. And now you can get delicious burritos too?? Just wonderful. You cannot go wrong at Nomad.

Awesome donuts! Good bagels but over done. Vegan sandwich was good too. The drip coffee was horrible though! Tasted burnt and watered down at the same time.

Love their bagels. I stop regularly when I'm in the area for the vegan bagels made with tofu instead of eggs. The vegan cream cheese is delicious as are the other vegan choices. Their house made lox is great too. Plenty of meat options for you carnivores.

Really amazing vegan options in the North Park area if you?re vegan! Staffs friendly - unfortunately with COVID the wait times are a little longer because they can only allow a few people in the shop.. and if you arrive later in the morning the line can go outside and you?ll bake in the sun. Recommend wearing a hat or something to shield you from baking. . The wait is totally worth it, though!

The place was very busy at 8am. Fast ordering, fast delivery, both w a very friendly staff. Was in time for the cinnamon rolls w bacon as the first batch came out the oven. Like a croissant and cinnamon roll had a baby w bacon. Yummm! Also had a half dozen assorted bagels and 4 donuts to go. Acai, old fashioned vanilla, raspberry cheescake and one other.

The brisket bagel sandwich was delicious! Very good quality brisket with great flavor. The donuts were very good!

Is this place overrated? I think so. The donuts were not that tasty. I give them credit for creativity but taste overrides creativity for me. We visited late in the day and most donuts were sold out. There is not a lot of parking choices. We circled the blocks a few times. We ended up parking in a residential street and walking. The walk to Nomad was an experience, a lot of interesting people hanging out in those streets. Nomad Donut is one and done for me. I probably won't be back.

Seeing the reviews and pictures of their donuts, I thought it was a safe bet that these would be good tasting, good quality donuts. That evidently is not the case. I ordered a half dozen, 2 of each of the apple cider, cinnamon churro donut, and blackberry rosemary varieties. Both the churro and apple cider were lacking extremely in taste, the most coming from the cinnamon sugar on the outside rather than the dough. On top of that, both those varieties were abnormally moist in the centers. The apple cider ac

My how things change... Was taken to the OG location a few years back with the promise of donuts that would change my life. That was a well founded promise! Back in SoCal and we decided to take a bro trip to the new location. Pros- Breakfast sammiches and bagels are on point ??very tasty, well priced. Coffee and full Espresso bar ?????? Cons- The Donuts. Lackluster foundation, missing any and all of that lovely fried, fluffy donut taste. Soft mouth feel, not fluffy, just soft. Chewy, like it was a humid pi

The bagel sandwiches here are THE BEST!! I have braces and the bagels are so soft the sandwiches are easy to eat with them. ALSO, the blueberry cake donut is amazing! The people know me by name and everyone is very friendly. Pic: destroyed bagel sandwich

Being from NJ, I have struggled to find a decent bagel in CA. Nomad does the bagel sandwich justice. They even have Taylor Ham. Highly recommend.

How can donuts be anything but great?! The donuts at Nomads are big and fresh. The icing flavors are super unique and bright. My favorite were the cake donuts. I had mocha chip Nutella and pumpkin chai. So good! The mocha was hands down the best one I ate... and I wanted to eat more.

This place is a donut dream ?? !!! I had the rue bard coconut almond donut, and the Pooh bear latte with caramel.... And it was just.. WOW!! ?? Tasting even more delicious than it looks! ????
