Friendly staff. Donuts are huge and delicious. The croissant breakfast sandwiches are the absolute best. The house and vietnamese ice coffee are yummy and effective. Best donut shop around!

This place is a true gem! The donuts are fresh and sweet but not sickly sweet. there are 2 tables so a perfect spot to sit and drink the delicious Vietnamese coffee for a while. It seemed everyone knew this is the best place for donuts because a constant stream of people coming in and out. I can?t wait to come again!

Donuts are always fresh and delicious but the service could be better. The chic with glasses and face piercings is rude each and every time I?ve visited the store. They should consider training her better or letting her go! The owner is very kind and tries to correct the mess she makes with that nasty attitude.

The breakfast is amazing and the customer service is wonderful! I will definitely come back so I can try everything on the menu. Update: It?s 9 AM and they don?t have any donut holes! I was very upset.

I got a ham bacon egg and cheese croissant and a glazed doughnut! Both were super delicious and it was only like $6 for both

10/10! Was recommended by a friend specifically for the Vietnamese coffee & mini Kolaches & both did not disappoint! The Vietnamese coffee tastes strong but is also creamy without tasting burned like others can. The mini kolache is airy & thick & flavorful! The environment is very welcoming & clean, customer service is on point & the items i got were great! Can?t wait to come back & try more!

This is a small but amazing donut place in this area. Everything is fresh, clean, and they do your sandwiches in front to be visible. Vietnamese coffe is out of this world and!!! Do try they jalape?o kolaches, those have a small kick but are amazing and boosting with flavor.

My husband went to pick up doughnuts from here right before we left to go back ro Dallas area. Theseswere not like the typical doughnut place in North Texas. I did not expect much, but was in for a surprise. The doughnuts were much bigger, fresh, not too much sugar. I ordered the cinnamon twist, and it looked like it was made for "The Rock". Please consider opening one in Aubrey or Little Elm, Texas area.

There Sandwiches are made on the spot to order and are super fresh! My family and I come here from a 30 minute drive just for there Delicious fluffy soft donuts and there amazingly tasty sandwiches made with croissants they make daily. Best donut shop in South of down town

Came here for my first time. Overall, great aesthetics! Awesome selection of kolaches and donuts. I didn't catch the name of the individual who helped me, but she was very helpful and friendly! The good was fantastic. Very good Boudain kolache and blue berry cake. My wife and mother in law also enjoyed theres, the bacon and sausage kolache. I will definitely come back again.

Had Uber Eats deliver us some of the lightest fluffy tasty puffs of heaven. The strawberry filled one was my favorite .

This is the best Donut shop I have ever been to. It is a major hidden gem and absolutely wipes the floor with places like Shipleys or Dunkin. The donuts here are so fluffy and soft that it feels as if you are biting into a cloud especially if you get them fresh, but the true star of this show is their kolaches. This is my favorite donut shop in Houston. They are consistent, fresh, fast, and of course delicious! Their service is wonderful. I enjoy the Vietnamese iced coffee and their traditional glazed donuts and crossiant sandwiches. We?ve also enjoyed the boudain kolaches and other treats. Highly recommend!

I ordered a hazelnut ice coffee, a kolache and a a dozen donut holes.. food was 2/5 coffee was 0/5 The donut had an off taste, and the ice coffee was made with tap water I?m sure. It tasted horrible.

My friend referred me to this place for birthday doughnuts and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. The doughnuts were delicious and fresh and came out great for my son's birthday. The service is great and everyone is very nice. Definitely recommend this place. Awesome job!

I'm not sure if you're not to ask questions when it's your first time visiting a place. But I made the mistake of asking if the ice coffee was sweet and was given an attitude instantly. If you would have said we use a store bought ice coffee, ok? Thank you. But to look at me as if I asked you to sacrifice your firstborn and reply with a smart ass "it's all sweet, it carmel", you don't have to worry about me returning. My first and last time here.

When I tell you this place has THEE best jumbo jalapeno kolaches & glazed donuts... I'm NOT even joking. Hands down, way better than Shipley's Donuts. This location is worth waking up out of my sleep (GOOD SLEEP ??) to get out of bed & run up here to buy these. Love it, love it, love it. You must go here. Preferably this location that's on Sabo Rd.

They bake their own croissants for their amizingly delicious croissant sandwiches! I thought that was so cool ??! Dawn's staff is very polite and friendly to their customers, no matter how busy they get. My mouth waters as they make your sandwich upon ordering. Their donuts are also fresh and yummy!

Go here! Opens early. Delicious kolaches, breading is better than the norm. They make breakfast croissants to order so nice melted cheese and slight toasting. Fresh and delicious cake and old fashioned donut. Friendly service

We stopped by today @ 8.50 am and got the assorted colored dozen donuts and 2 kolaches. Food was good, but we were charged $16 and change and was not given a receipt. More than what we had budgeted based on online menu prices. I like their food and will continue to order but will do so on DoorDash. They have cheaper prices on the app.

The staff , especially Mrs. Grace, was very friendly. My food was ready within minutes. I recommend this sweet spot to anyone.

Went in to get some donuts with my fiancee for the first time. The Sausage they use was excellent. Much better then Shipley's or other donut / breakfast places in my opinion. Their cake donuts were amazing. The service was great and the gentlemen even threw in an extra donut or two. Overall great experience and will return. Give them a try.

I hadn't been there in a couple months but I decided to treat myself one morning. I see a new face working behind the counter. Per usual I place my order... Or at least try to. Before I can finish my second work someone walks in behind me and the man working breaks eye contact and goes into a full on conversation with the woman behind me. I wait. Eventually the woman behind me tells him to help me. He does. However before he gives me my order he takes hers, puts it in the microwave has a conversation longer
