unfortunately the donuts (except for 2) were already sold out before 9.00am. The staff wasn't that friendly either. Luckily they donuts were good but I needed more and now had to look for another place. I would definitely make more and try to be a little more friendly.

They?re unfortunately closed half the time I go, but that?s cus these donuts are so good they sell out fast. Get here early and get em while they?re hot. Well worth it.

Went 2 weeks ago and have been back two more times since then. Fantastic raised and cake donuts. My family loves the custard and vanilla creme filled. I enjoy their maple glazed cinnamon and the nut covered raised and glazed donuts.

Went for the first time today. These are 100% the best donuts I?ve ever had, and I?ve had a lot of donuts from a lot of places over the years. Everyone there was super friendly as well.

I was very impressed. I live in Mentor, my local store was closed and I drove out to Nik's. I would gladly make that drive again. The girl working even made a special request happen for my wife. Some of the best donuts I've had. 5/5 would recommend! I will be back!

$20 a dozen? Any gold in them? Compared to cheap Dunkin (and not so good) donuts, I am sure your quality donuts are much better and worth the visit. But for $15.50/dozen at The Mad Batter Bakeshop with some of the best donuts in the neighborhood? Sorry but your price point bothers me. I will probably pay a visit per my kids' request anyway.

First time ordering today. I placed an online order for 2 dozen mixed doughnuts. Bummed after opening to see over 3/4 of the doughnuts were just rainbow sprinkled. Not much of a variety at all after seeing how amazing the photos looked online! I will try again, just bummed for $20/dozen! Am I suppose to pre-order?
