Customer Reviews

I go to get some pan for myself and coworkers and this is what I get ? More breading than the stuff they put inside, For the price yea no that?s crazy for me never again. If there was an option to put NO STARS that is what I rate this. NEGATIVE!

Great pastries and pan dulce, better than expected and worth the extra cost. I would give five stars but we showed up 1/2 hour before closing and they would not make any coffee drinks. Another customer walked in and asked for coffee but was turned down otherwise they would get 5 stars because the lighted sign on the window was on saying ?Coffee?. If one is paying for a premium product then told no to the other half of the service then that?s an issue. Who doesn?t want coffee with their premium priced baked

All my bread was old not fresh the lady kept saying it was just made. I been to lots of bakeries here in the areas I know what's fresh and what's not. Anyways I paid a total of 17.70 for old bread everything was stale.

I bought $16 worth of pastries and the cinnamon rolls were molded badly on the bottom! My husband did not realize until he took a bite! Entire bottom was molded! Drove all the way back to return and didn?t even comp my coffee for the trouble! Never will return!

The conchos had dents in them like if something smashed each one. Tasted okay, wish they were a lot softer. Also the lady at the register did not know any english. I assumed she did and started asking her questions which just resulted in an awkward stare.

I'm surprised that this place is not full of people because normally the places there is to breakfast are burger companies and here you can have bread beaked right here, good and filling sandwiches, nice and warm or cold coffe. Will come here a lot

Our donut was really hard, dry and not easy to chew at all, the bakery its beautifully organized and clean but at least the $2.50 donut needs a lot of preparation.

Great service, great bread, great atmosphere. Definitely my go to bakery in the RGV!

The owner was extremely nice really great customer service. I recommend trying the new mazapan conchas which are delicious. Overall great experience

The lady laugh at every question we ask her took everything as a joke and the promotion they had , buy a drink you get a free pan dulce she skip us but a other person all fancy dress up came and she right away offer them the deal . Worst customer service sad ??

Great customer service. Some sweet bread is very good but the empanada fillling is lacking. Conchas are very good. Location is very clean and well lit. I like the plastic see-thru containers they use.

If you want to loose a teeth go there, pastries were hard or old, I can't tell but won't recommend it at all, we asked the lady if they were fresh she said yes but comon you know when something is either old or not well prepared.

Great customer service, bread is fresh and delicious! Probably some of the best bread I've had. Thanks!

Should have read the reviews, as I normally do..I would have never stopped. I live 6 hours away and always like to take some pan back home. Spent $30 didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I realized how hard and stale the bread was. Flipped over a pastry and it had what looked like the beginnings of mold, we went immediately back inside and was told the bread was fresh. It's NOT! I'm not looking for a back handed response on how you will improve when there obviously is a problem at this establis

Great bread and super good chicken salad sandwich 100% recommend. They still have reviews from the nasty bread of Paris bakery so don?t be deceived by the bad reviews.

When this place first opened up everything was so fresh. Bought a bread and it was molded threw it out didn?t bother to go back. May be old bread my not but will I go back no there is also a sign that says 10.99 per pound know that?s really high price. But ain?t mad everyone has to make their money. But for sure I won?t go back not such a good experience.

Walked into Paris bakery expecting crepes and a coffee selection but to our surprise it?s an upscale Mexican bakery with concha?s and all the breads of a reg Mexican bakery. Price are high but The bread wasn?t bad in taste but I felt fooled by the business name. I would. It visit again. Please like the comment if this review helped you.

Their bread was just as pricey as the other locations, but their coffee was freshly ground and their cookies and cream shake was really good. It was A LOT nicer than the one in Mission. Plus, the staff is friendlier, in spite of being so much younger. ????

I love Paris bakery, but this location has terrible customer service, and their bread is a little stale. I gave them three tries at different times, but I had the same experience. For the price I am paying, i expect to have that good Paris bakery soft bread. Sorry Paris Bakery, you're still the best. I just won't visit this location anymore.

Very cute little spot with lots of options

Clean place and good prices. Got 9 pieces of bread for $12

The Paris Bakery is one of a kind! Delicious coffee, cappuccino, latte, plus sweetbread made with butter to french your senses in! Pastry is weighed not sold by the pieza. Run, do not walk to this place if you haven't been there!

Just moved to the Valley and am already in love with this bakery. The pastries are 100 times better than the Mexican bakeries in Kansas City and Wichita, and the price is so much more reasonable. We've lived her less than two weeks and have already been twice.

I mean is not a bad place, just extremely over priced, I did buy some bread and it was very good, just the price is a little too high for my taste I bought 1.5lb of sweet bread and milk, and it came out to 18 or 19 dollars, almost 5 dollars for the milk. I will say I could of bought the milk somewhere else, but was very tired so just got it there.

The caf? lechero was delicious. This location is different from the others. They also offer sandwiches for lunch. I had the one with ham. Delicious!!! The bread for them sandwiches was very good and made it taste delicious.

I LOVE their conchas - they're a little bit smaller than most places, but the perfect size for me to enjoy without feeling guilty. They offer the most common pan dulce items along with some delicious pastries you don't typically find at a panaderia. The Cafe Lechera is amazing too!

I don?t see anything for smoothies and their website was taken down and their grub hub link is messed up. This place needs to get their stuff straight

My favorite place to get pan dulce. They are so clean and have such a beautiful setup. They also offer mini conchas which are so cute for weddings/baby showers etc. Every experience has been absolutely wonderful!!!!

It's got a great vibe. It's got nice big windows for the sun to come in, the coffee is great, it's just sorta pricey

Awesome food. This is the only paris bakery that makes koloches. They are excellent t and the best in the area. Paris bakery is one of the best panaderias in the city. It is rather expensive, and they charge for a box and of you pay with a card.

I am really pleased and happy of the bakery but my only Is there is I was walking in the Paris bakery I was pleased happy are the pastries but my concern is the young lady was absolutely rude didn?t look like she was really happy to work at the Paris bakery Caf? didn?t look like she wanted to help us in my perspective as bad vibe on her my family know we?re no longer show up to this location anymore if you?ll like you had any good energy and there and employees seem very irritated by is coming in to order I

Went to buy a rosca de reyes yesterday at this location , the roscas were $40 and were supposed to be filled with cheese , once we cut it , there was no cheese to be found ... very disappointed to say the least, i had very high expectations , had i known i would have gone to HEB and buy a rosca for $12.99

Como de dice ?overpriced pastries? ah yes pan dulce sobrevalorado. It?s just ordinary pan dulce not even that good I mean it?s ok but I?m my opinion does not merit the price.

Super expensive ,and above all super rude ladies . With an attitude. Most of the bread they advertise is missing.

They try to pass old bread like make same day, is not the first time. You ask" is the bread from today? They answer yes" false... why they have to lie.... and is expensive...

One of the best places to go get food quality pan dulce for sure u better go and get a taste of your own!!!!

Guys let's be honest. This is not a Paris bakery?? Paris has never seen cakes like these ??

Should be called Reynosa Bakery instead. Arrived seeking to obtain a pastry gift box for the employees at the nearby hospital. Nothing Parisian about this place.

First time here, really good sweet bread, so it definitely wont be my last time either. Employees are friendly and courteous.

Prices were higher than the good panader?as and the sweet bread was subpar. I?ve had worse but i?ve also had much better.

First time at this location of Paris Bakery. I bought conchas they were soft and delicious. Great courteous customer service.

Everything is too expensive. You can find the same quality or better in any other bakery in the valley.

Way too expensive. With what I paid I could've gotten more @ another local bakery not charging for name. Bread not as good either.

I love this bakery! Missing the Oreo conchas ??

Great customer service. The bread and chicken salad croissants are delicious.

I ?? it all the bread is so fresh and soft ....u can leave it for 2 days and it's still good bread not hard ??????

Great tasting bread not your typical Mexican bakery, A little on the expensive side though.

Everything is delicious. The chicken salad croissant was great!!! Highly recommended.

sometimes some of their sweet bread will (not always) be fresh but will (always) be expensive

The conchas are delicious. Always hot and fresh. Because they are so good a lot of people.

Coffee is awful, watery, no flavor, bread very pricey.

I love their conchas. They have other treats but the conchas super tasty and soft

Great pastries, coffee and service. Will definitely be back!

A bit pricey, I paid $14 for 5 pieces of bread

Overpriced and we only like the conchas. Staff is super friendly and courteous, great job everyone!

It's OK, some good sweet bread ?? ??

Excellent products..sweet rolls the best

Only a 3 cuz it's pricey but tasty...

delicious. Conchitas melt in your mouth a little pricy though.

Great place, tasty pastries

Great Mexican pasteries!! Rico pan Mexicano!!

Tiny pastries of poor quality and they try to pass on the credit card company feed to you!

Clean area good food but pricy
