The happiest donut display case I?ve seen in San Francisco. Every pastry is perfectly crafted. The Cinnamon roll is huge. Their Veggie omelet is tasty; definitely worth the price. Serving size is important.

I tried the donuts and some other pastries. Really fresh and I was impressed with the glazed donut, especially for this price in comparison with other bakeries around the West coast. The donuts are ok, but nothing special. The ambience is ok. Everything was a bit dated and not really nicely decorated. We were given more donuts in the bag than we had ordered. These were also charged. When we realised this after we had opened the bag, we wanted to return the donuts that we hadn't ordered. The lady took the donuts back but refused to give us our money back. She was loud and extremely rude to us. We felt cheated and will certainly not visit this place again.

I wouldn?t say this is a *must* but then again, maybe this is the bar in SF? I definitely didn?t hate it! It?s always great to have eggless breakfast options + hash browns with almost everything? I?m into it! I had the Avocado Bacon Cheese sandwich with hash browns and a Vietnamese coffee with oat milk. The avocado was the equivalent of a butter scraping; super light. It?s a great place to have breakfast in the North Beach area of San Francisco. I ordered some Chicken Chilaquiles and was surprised with the flavor. The place was packed, but in my opinion it was worth the wait. The only thing I wish it was better was the coffee. I felt that everything else was great, and was disappointed with the coffee. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for breakfast, brunch or just donuts. They close at 6:00PM.

Stopped by Christmas Eve and picked up a variety of donut holes for dessert. I also ordered a cheese, egg, and avocado breakfast sandwich which was yummy. Service was SUPER friendly. They also serve breakfast dishes so I plan on returning to try it out.

I ordered a breakfast cheese, egg, sausage croissant?one of the best I have had in SF. The lady was amiable and professional. The croissant had Great flavors and stayed hot as I ran three blocks in the rain back to Portsmouth Garage. I ate my food so fast that I didn't take a picture this time around but it was a great breakfast.

Open 24/7! I?ve always admired this shop for its fresh donuts and chill atmosphere. Huge windows for people watching. There?s always really cool looking locals here enjoying a cup. Lotto tickets and scratchers sold here. You can get hearty American breakfasts. They have about 7 different coffees to choose from, refills are $1 for small and $1.50 for large. Donuts were only $1 for the glazed. I paid $7.25 for a large coffee, medium soy latte and a donut - not bad.

I had a bagel and a coffee but the bagel had a piece of paper. When I complained to the staff they just did not have anything to say. Not even an apology. I?m so disappointed.

A hidden gem for sure! Super solid, straightforward breakfast and good donuts and pastries. Always hits the spot and I'm a regular whenever I stay in Chinatown ????. Nothing too extra and overwhelming, just a simple quality breakfast in a calm setting.

The ladies working there are super sweet. Food is great except that the french toast was meh.

Kids enjoyed the donuts, other food options are limited (no omlets or oatmeal --menu on Google maps is old, and website inaccurate). Drinks were quite hot so took a bit to cool off and be drinkable. The sizes of drinks was also not clear.

I came here for fresh and healthy breakfast, which was a disappointment. Pity, the menu shown here is outdated. Oatmeal is not provided anymore. Donuts were fresh and tasty, but served on plastic plates. Coffee is decent, so I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a good coffee. Service was quite bland. Overall the setting and atmosphere were noisy and rugged.

Service was bad. Server never got off the phone while serving me. They barely acknowledged me.

I love this donut and coffee shop! I?m not much of a sweets person but I normally don?t have the self control to turn down a dozen donut holes when I stop in for an espresso, even if I save them for later. Everyone is always really nice when I stop in and the other part that I really like is that they?re open really late and also super early for whenever you get those cravings!!

Went there in August 2015 three mornings in a raw with my family. Good breakfasts with very good prices for SF ! Bacon, eggs, coffee, fresh juices, pancakes they have everything to start a good day !

Do not use Apple Pay here! Paid for my bagel on Apple Pay , apparently it didn?t show in their system. I showed them the transaction on my phone that the money was taken, the lady was extremely rude and continuously bad mouthing under her breath . Spoke to another person, this man has the nerve to say he looked at the cameras and I never tapped my phone. Terrible Service!

I came here a number of times. They have a lineup of several kinds of donuts as well as breakfast sandwiches and burritos. I haven't been able to order one of everything yet, but everything looks so good. A combination of what may be regulars and the less frequent. It's one the line between Little Italy and Chinatown. I have tried the donuts and breakfast here, and both were good. Donuts are made on the premises and fresh. Breakfast was OK. It can get quite busy here in the morning. The dining area seems to double as a social club for elderly locals buying lottery tickets. There is outside seating.

I've enjoyed stopping by here in the morning whenever I'm in San Francisco. They have a nice selection of fresh donuts and great breakfast burritos. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast.

Located just outside of Chinatown where the regulars engage in a morning repast, it has the full gamut of tasty treats you'd expect. Best breakfast in North Beach, hands down! The staff here are so kind and patient, especially with out of towners like us. We loved everything we tried from here, if you're in the neighborhood, make it a priority to stop by and try the Apple Fritter!

This place is awesome! Great donuts at a great price. Amazing pastries. Also had probably the best breakfast sandwich I ever had here... just a bacon, egg and cheese on a fluffy croissant. Sandwiches come with a side of crispy hash browns as well. Top Notch! Will be back often.

Good donuts, definitely not great donuts. Donuts here are on the pricey side. Got a bakers dozen for $14, so a little bit over a buck apiece. Open 24 hours which is worth 2 stars all by itself considering how many businesses are NOT open 24 hours in SF. Donuts and pastries taste good which is the bottom line. They serve Peerless Coffee which is a bit weak for my taste, but is a decent cup of coffee. Great place for super late night snack fix, I recommend this business

Good for coffee and donuts. Use to open 24/7 but since the pandemic they close at 6pm. There is a big following of folks buying lotto tickets and noise level can be loud. Their donuts are above average but their coffee offerings is great.

From out of town and low on options last night, I was really thirtsy and only wanted drinks encased at the front. But assuming I also needed to buy donuts to even be considered part of a "line" or even a person by staff, especially the cashier, all he said was no and went to the back for some reason. Thankfully, I left because I could finally get back to my car.

Ae here with a colleague 3 weeks ago. The breakfast and coffee were terrific, but the Danish was hands-down the best I've ever had. Outstanding little gem of a cafe in San Francisco's financial district. Can't wait to come back again!!!

I chose this place because I was starving in that moment but I would not go again. It is so expensive for what they serve. My club sandwich was very good, but my husband asked a croissant with eggs and sausage and it was so bad. PLEASE don't eat the sausage here. Well, maybe if you are American you will like it but if you are French: n'achete pas ce croissant avec cette espece de saucisse (sausage), c'etait horrible ! The donuts seems good!

Always a great selection of pastries.....no matter whether your a fan of plain cake, frosted, fritters, kreullers or eclairs, this place is stocked to the 9's every morning. And if donuts aren't your thing, the cook in the back makes a plethora of breakfast dishes to your liking. As far as breakfast and donut shops go, this one is a gem.

Great breakfast options, donuts, croissants, danish, made to order breakfast, fresh fruit and bagels. Prices reasonable for San Francisco. A place where many locals eat. Good coffee. They also have the best carrot cake and make deli sandwiches. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had an egg, cheese and Turkey on roasted wheat sandwich. While it was a bit more money than I think it should cost, it is an excellent breakfast sandwich. And the coffee is good too. If you are in San Francisco, look it up. I do recommend it.

This is my favorite donut shop in San Francisco. I've eaten hundreds of glazed donuts from here. I've also taken a few dozen donuts to the office. Every one of those donuts was excellent and very satisfying. Day or night there is an international crowd of locals or construction workers grabbing a bite or playing lotto. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Even if you have to walk past another donut shop or two the trip to the edge of the FiDi, North Beach, and China Town is well worth the trip.

the service is a joke, instead of serving the customer, the man stares at the phone. Ordinary woman. ordering two breakfasts, the man obviously made a mistake because instead of listening he had his nose on the phone. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Huge advantage of this place is that it's 27/7. You can just come by at any time and have some coffee with sweets. And I think they have wi-fi too. BUT ?Be careful, since they always open there tend to be lots of homeless people hanging around and inside of the place too! So it's not very clean.

I'm a big white guy and the little old China lady shooed me away while mopping the floor. Good breakfast menu and hardy enough to fill me up. Did I mention the large guy, 225 lbs? Coffee is good (not Starbucks, but cheaper), donuts have always been good. Unfortunately, they don't give the free donut w/brkfast anymore. A good joint that I will continue to visit when I'm in town and recommend as I have for the past 3 years.

Nice environment and decent price. Ordered an Americano and it was dilute, ordered an omlette sandwich and the cheese was processed (like Kraft) and I think the bread was store-bought as well. Didn't taste like anything. The boston cream doughnut didn't have much taste either. A comfy place to sit at breakfast time though.

At 6am the lady behind the counter was cheerful and super friendly. I had eggs in 5 minutes and watching a whole series of regulars come in for food and a chat. The decor is simple and old but ignore that and come in!

Grest breakfast sandwiches and orange juice but now it seems like the eggs and anything kept in their refrigerator had that nasty dirty old fridge taste. The thing I love about it is that it's open round the clock. So getting post nite out donuts is easy. And those donuts are solid. Along with the pensioners looking to strike it rich at the lottery there are sometimes european coeds or off duty strippers so there's always interesting characters there.

Amazing 24 hour cafe, donuts and bagels where you can chill drink coffee and hang around when you really need one, also they have breakfast and lunch though those are on morning to afternoon hours. Seriously amazing place to check out.

A local gem with a huge variety of pastries and breakfast options. Conveniently located on Columbus (close to Chinatown, North Beach, and FiDi) and has stayed open for business during COVID. I always get donuts for the office here!

The chocolate creme donut was probably my favorite, although the server could've been a little nicer about getting it for me without me having to wait five mins. Not sure whether he was texting or what behind the counter. Anyways, the filling was creamy and dreamy, and I'm already fantasizing about another to start my day. I stopped in for two donuts. We threw them out. It was maybe the worst donut I?ve ever had. Maybe they are better when they are just made, but if they are ever that bad, don?t sell them. Dry, not very flavorful, and cakey in a bad way.

It doesn't look like much. But its a great place to grab a quick and cheap breakfast. The "Healthy Option" omlette is great option. Donuts are also not bad. It's cheap and decent for the price.

Meh. I went there waited in line for 20 min. There were only 2 workers and about 5 people ahead of me. I ended up leaving. It was a cl@sterf@ck of waiting on people in line and folks dining. No one knew what they were doing.
