Mrs Renison's Donuts

Stopped here on a recent trip to Marysville, and they were one of the only donut places open before 9am. The lady at the register was super helpful and courteous. I bought a selection of donuts and those peanut butter mountain tops have to be my favorite out of them all. The donuts were so fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back when I visit again.

The absolute BEST homemade delicious donuts in town. We have bought donuts there many times over the past 23 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Please don't change your recipe.

I?m not even exaggerating when I say the only 2 donuts I?ve ever gotten here, on two separate occasions and more than a year apart, both had hair IMBEDDED in the donut (so I know it was not mine) It could be a weird coincidence, but it just screams unsanitary to me and I wonder how many of their donuts get hair in them.

I went to the drive thru yesterday, sign out front said open & it was about 6:15am n someone walked right to the window n turned & walked away. I went down the St to McD's n spent my money there. Been going for donuts for yrs & yrs n have NEVER had that kind of RUDE non service before... WOW!! ????

I go into Marysville for work often, but wanted to bring donuts in for a birthday, and found this place! They were delicious! The drive thru window made everything a breeze!

I thought the donuts were okay, my favorite was the plain original glaze. I didn?t really like the cream filled ones too much. And the older lady who served me didnt come off as that friendly. I do like that it?s convenient and has a drive through. I?ll most likely be sticking to just the original glazed donuts

If they were anywhere near Good, they'd either be Der Dutchman in Plain City or Longs Bakery in Indianapolis, Indiana. I bought some and ended up throughing 4 of them out to the Animals, hope none got sick

The lady on the sign doesn't look happy and has a case of RBF, but she should be smiling as this place has got to be pulling in serious money. The place was packed on a Saturday morning, and the drive thru was slammed. The raspberry filled donut was good, but pretty small for the $1.20 price. Been there and tried it.

They have a small counter to eat in, love that, but also a drive thru. Mrs. Renison's used to be THE place for donuts. They have really started to slip, and it's a shame because now there is more competition in town. The original glazed used to melt in your mouth, now it hardly has any glaze on it. We frequently stop at 8:30 or 9am and they are already out of many selections. If you don't have choices, you'll condition people to just shop elsewhere.

CLASSIC! Perfect glazed donuts and a surprising variety of types for a relatively small bakery. After first visit in several years due to being out of town will be making it a must stop in future. Still actively managed (and owned) by same family for decades, we had the glazed donut holes (sold out of the glazed donuts) and the glazed lemon filled--Both exceptional. This place used to have the best glazed donuts in the Midwest. They were square, light and fluffy. I could eat half a dozen in one sitting. They've recently changed they're recipe and now their donuts are round and all of the fluffiness is gone. They're very dense now - almost like cake donuts. Also, it seems they're sweeter now for some reason - and not in a good way. I won't buy donuts here anymore unless they go back to their old recipe.

I had donuts from here for the first time today and they were absolutely delicious. I'm newer to the area and missing fresh donuts from back home that I'd get from a place that has been in business 50-60 years where they actually make the donuts not like Timmy's or the grocery stores that are just frozen and then tossed in the oven. I'll definitely be returning and reccomend to everyone to visit this wonderful little donut shop and support a local business keeping a dying tradition alive.

The glazed donuts are little fluffy pillows of deliciousness my boy?s favorite.

Unfortunately it seems like they've changed the recipe. They used to have one of the lightest, most tender glazed donuts I've ever enjoyed. Now it's more like something you could pick up at the grocery store. I probably won't be back.

I thought the donuts are delicious. You can tell their handmade and the atmosphere is nice the ladies at the counter I really nice to you. I would give them a try. Specially, the cinnamon roll rolls are delicious.

Mrs Renison's has the best donuts I've ever tasted. Even if you don't live in Marysville, it's worth the drive in just to try these. I highly recommend the raspberry filled powdered donut!

Chocolate glazed devil cake was one of the best, if not the best, donut I've ever had. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was charming.

Called and ordered 4 Dozen donuts and asked for a combination including the deluxe- ended up paying $70 for cake and glazed. No filled or bear claws!!! Unbelievable- called and they said sorry we must not have had any others - open at 6am and called at 6:10 for a 6:45 am pick up! What a joke for a company that has been in business for so long with a good reputation

Almost always would say that Mrs. Renison's make the best donuts in Marysville but on my visit last month the donuts were oily and tasted a little stale or like they had been fried in old oil. I went again last week and was relieved to find that they were fresh and tasty again!

We?ve been here on 2 separate occasions. The first time my kids and I were warmly welcomed in the door so we could see everything they had. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Donuts are literally the best I?ve had. The 2nd time I ordered from the drive through. Fast friendly and efficient. Great donuts and great service.

In a world where donuts have gone "corporate" like everything else, Mrs. Renison's is the real, small-town deal. Donuts like the ones I ate as a kid in the '50s... and that is GOOD!

Sinful how good the donuts are, when my wife is not looking I get two of their donuts called turtles, usually gone by the time I get to the parking lot. The help there is great also because if I happen to got there by myself they don't tell my wife I had two donuts. Really great, My favorite donut shop.

Stopped in just before noon today. Dissapointed to find there were only a few donuts to choose from. The employee was not helpful and seemed to be in a hurry to close the door for the day.....No cream filled donuts, only cake donuts. I like to support small business, this one I would not recommend.

Small shop, inside a small eating area it also a drive-thru. The lady that helped us was patient and nice. The glazed, the powdered and the doughnut holes are very good and tasted fresh, absolutely the best in marysville. Jessica

Local business, local donut goodness. My sons and I stop here are least once a week for breakfast. Good selection of donuts and a decent cup of coffee. Always local folks hanging out chatting in the mornings too. It's a great community business.

We rarely go out for donuts, but when we do we usually go to Mrs. Renison's. The last 2 times I've gone, including today, the lady at the window has been absolutely rude and crabby. I gave her the benefit of a doubt last time and chalked it up to her having a bad day. I'm sad to say they have lost my business due to her. This morning she was just as cold and rude. Plus at 9am they did not have any chocolate donuts of any kind, glazed, cake, or anything, which is what my kids always want, yet they're open

Have to get there early to have a selection of donuts otherwise you?re left with hardly any to choose from. Walked in at about 1030 and they hardly had any left. Donuts were not great and soft. I think Jolly Pirates donuts are better.

so yum! they?re made fresh every day, so if you wait until 10am, they won?t be as warm and gooey- but still great! def recommend going as early as you can!

The original glazed are great. Better than KK in my opinion. The rest of the selection? Hit or miss. Definitely proud of their fried dough squares at $13.99 a dozen.

I take my son here once a week in the morning before school. They're always friendly and happy to see us. Donuts are incredibly delicious. Won't find any like it in town.

I have gone here since I was a kid. Their donuts are amazing, people are so nice and they always have fresh donuts. I now take my son there and he loves it.

Great donuts if you can get what you want, problem is they never seem to have the ones i want when i arrive. They are open until noon but run out of the good donuts long before they close so i end up leaving empty handed.

The donuts here are amazing and the staff is wonderful. I've had a few different people take my order and they have all been very nice and have known the answers to any questions I've had about the donuts.

Doughnut was fresh but highly disappointing. When I think cream filled, I definitely think more than a mere MAYBE 1/2 tsp. No icing hardly. Was basically a plain doughnut with no flavor

What a RUDE woman at the drive up window today! I'm pulling up from behind a vehicle at the window, It wasn't noon but she "greets" me with "I'm closed and late to pick up my son from preschool. Is there something I can Do for you?" Well I guess not unless you can change your attitude! Poor customer service!!! I'll get my donuts elsewhere!
