RUDE!!! DISRESPECTFUL!! Very inappropriate young lady that was at the drive thru window. On April 29 2025. At 5:20p.m. I pulled up to drive thru window and politely asked if they had a dozen of glazed donuts available and I was told NO in a disrespectful tone and manner. I?ve also asked if there were any cinnamon twist available and how many were left if so. I was told by the you d lady at the window that she was trying to count the cinnamon twist but ?I Interrupted Her?. Now that was very unprofessional a
I have never noticed this place before but I?m glad I have! The donuts are great but the tamales are even better! They come in bundles of five and are hot and ready to go. Overall a great place to get your sweet and savory fix. I would strongly recommend strolling on through for the lunch menu #Tamales!
Always my choice to get donuts from but moving forward I will not be returning? purchased donuts and a breakfast sandwich got home and it had green spots all over it. Called them today and the manger offered no resolve and said that couldn?t have been true no apology or anything! Well that was my last visit.

I have recently been going every Saturday mornings to get donuts. I am always greeted with a smile and I even have a special request for a chocolate covered cream filled because my wife does not like the eclair filling. My order is ALWAYS filled with a smile. Great donuts and great customer service!!!!

I normally visit through the drive thru but on yesterday I went on the inside. There was a older lady that took my order. I said what I wanted but she couldn?t hear me and responded what in a irritated way. I spoke louder and she understood. Before she packed the donuts she picked up a used tissue to wipe her nose and put the used tissue back down! She did not wash her hands! This is disgusting! I will not come here again!
Never been disappointed leaving here except taking a trip down here sometimes and not knowing they were closed! Love the donuts and the Tamales are delicious as well! We just absolutely love this place, been taking a trip here for the past few years. Can?t wait to take another one soon!??
Reminds me of the old donut shop back home in North Carolina.
Every time I go they are out of ham and cheese kolaches. They have plenty of the others. You would think that someone would make more of the ham considering it obviously sells the best. Guess they aren't in business to make money.
I?ve been getting donuts here for years. There are probably 4 donut shops closer to my house, but it is always worth the drive to get donuts here. They are just that much better. The kolaches are great too.
Ordered a custom order of chocolate stuffed donuts oh my gosh they were so good. Plus it was close to closing and they were extremely welcoming and polite.
I placed an order through Grubhub and OMG!!! ??????????. These were some of the best donuts I've ever had. My family devoured the dozen ?? in less than 8 hours. I ordered glaze, strawberry, chocolate and blueberry.
My son has always loved visiting after his hair cut in the barber shop that's on the same strip. We hadn't been in a while due to COVID-19. They're still as friendly as always!
I must say the cake Donuts are pretty good the regular glazed donuts are okay I've had better didn't get a chance to try my red velvet donut someone ate it up for me and it was the last one but other than that the one that I tried was pretty tasty will recommend will come back but the regular glazed need work.

Kinda taste like Mississippi delta hot tamales and donuts really close but not close enough still good food doe better then any other Southern place around the mid south in my opinion!
The older woman with white hair is so rude. Even if I?m nice she always rolls her eyes and stares. I?ve been going here since I was a kid and it?s a shame to see the people not be genuine anymore
Horrible customer service, I use to come here regularly, after tonight I will go else where. The older employee literally rolled her eyes at me, and didn't acknowledge me as a customer, all because I asked if they had any strawberry filled doughnuts. My family and I will go elsewhere.
This was Shipley donuts and I'm not sure when it changed hands but the recipe is different, it just isn't my favorite some of the guys loved it but not for me.
