Moochi

I'm at the mall where all food court places open at 10. I go to Mochi a little after 10 and nobody is at the register and there are no donuts in the case. Finally someone comes out from the back and says the donuts are not ready but yes, they will be ready in 10-12 minutes. I sit and wait and wait. No donuts and nobody bothering to even come out to the counter for more than 5 minutes and then disappear in the back(, (obviously still working on the donuts). As visitors to Syracuse, we decided to come to Destiny USA as it is such a big mall. To add to the experience, we also purchased their Fun Pass. We decided to use a voucher on Moochi, located in the food court, since it sounded quite good that you can claim a moochi donut or original rice dog PLUS a special drink! We opted for their strawberry moochi donut which was soft and chewy, not too sweet, and had good flavor. For our specialty drink, we ordered the Moochi Matcha which was so cute! The drink was aest

The food is as great but the service sucks! And rude. The same lady were helped me out before wand given me a military discount. I asked her if they have military discount today and she said no even though she knew that they do. She just don?t want to do it because being lazy and pretending she didn?t know happy it. What a shame especially as the boss of the store. This would be the last time I go to this place. I don?t deserve to get this treatment as the customer.

I?m a hard person to please when it comes to food service since that has been my profession for over 10 years. But for a spot in the mall this place was 10/10. Service was great! I had a request for just a Mango Fruit Tea with boba. That?s not an item on the list just Mango Passionfruit Tea. But (I assume) the manager came out and tried filling my request. She even gave me a sample of what she was able to put together. I loved it and she even said ?Next time you?re here, I can make it for you.? Super friend

Food was fine, but the service was pretty awful and EXTREMELY slow. Almost 20 minutes for two teas when they're not busy. Definitely not doing that again.

Get your camera ready! The food looks so fabulous! They are definitely Instagram ready. The donuts are chewy with light topping. Cr?me br?l?e brown sugar fresh milk drink is delicious and creamy. It?s a little too sugary for my personal taste. I also ordered the Cheeto hotdog. It?s basically crushed spicy Cheeto covering a large fried mozzarella on a stick.The size is huge.

The lady at the front counter was extremely helpful & kind In helping me choose a different good tasting drink, I got the Oreo Boba ??. Was just too Pricy $8.50 than the other ones I go too at the mall.

The best bobba tea, my favorite is the cr?me brulee and the Cheetos rice con dog

The food and drinks were good but the service was not great. They did not box the orders in the order that they were placed so the person after us took the last donut of one of the flavors we ordered. I think they need to box up the donuts as you are ordering them so you actually get the ones you want. They have them on display for a reason, to show what they have left.

Great service and taste

Had the oreo strawberry drink. It tasted good but there was hardly any in the cup. It was 2/3 full of ice. For what I paid that's horrible value.

Got potato half and half hot dog (half cheese half hotdog) and yuzu citrus tea. It was delicious! Pretty impressed with the mall food court

Sales model not the best. I used their self-serve terminal for 3 doughnuts that are in the display only to be told after that they were already sold! I wasn't the only one either as they were refunding customer after customer. Why not let people know before they pay that there are none left? Luckily there were 3 "basic" flavors left..

Everything was so good. The mochi doughnuts, waffles and the rice dogs are so delicious, support this place please keep them open! The staff was so friendly and they worked very hard. Food is also very eye catching and pleasing to look at.

I like fruit tea very much, moochi's fruit tea always surprises me, there are many special choices

I don't Like Most Donuts, but the ones here were amazing. The Rice hotdogs were also really good. Overall, the food was amazing.

I watched employees use disgusting rags to wipe rims of the cups and then serve them to us. They seem to have no sanitation water upfront as they just rinse out the cups and then use them again. I watched a donut fall and a worker put it back on the rack. Same with drink cups.

This place rocks! Great service and great food. The half and half ramen corn dog was out of this world, and for the mochi donut. Pillowy, soft and delicious ??

Rice hotdogs are good, but horrible service. The 40 minute wait time for 2 of them, shut off to the side and not knowing how long it will be is awful
