Momo's Donuts

Best donuts. Wish they had few gluten-free varieties. I make a gluten-free apple fritter with fresh granny Smith apples when I have time and offered to drop a few off for them to try, so maybe in the future. Best place for unique yummy sugary goodness. Their prices are really great!

Yesterday I went for the first time ever and the lady taking orders at the front didn?t engage with me and kept speaking Spanish to her coworker. I felt like an inconvenience to her and her conversation. I went there because that?s what my friend had suggested and honestly in surprised he suggested there now. Yes, y?all might make good donut (wouldn?t know because the kids got donuts and me and him got pig in a blankets) but the experience is also included in the customer service too.

First and last time going. Just moved here and was looking for a donut shop; was told by my neighbors of this place. I don't know if they just don't know how to prepare for a busy weekend or what but there was only overpriced options left when I arrived and none were that good. I spent almost $15 on ok donuts. Delicious kolaches - I loved that they offered different flavors. I tried the jalape?o and the cheddar. Definitely hit the spot with my kolache craving. They have an array of other specialty donuts. The cinnamon rolls were bite-sized and the small kiddos loved them.

Mouth watering, and yes beautiful work!!! They have a glazed donut filled with strawberry and sweetcream that is heaven in your mouth!!!Those sell out quick so you gotta get there quick. Quite a drive from Dallas but worth it on occasion. I've been dreaming of the Butterfinger Blast since I had it. The icing was well balanced and not overly sweat which is rare. They were out of kolaches but everyone who came in asked for one so will definitely try one next time.

I used to love this place,but it is has gone downhill a lot lately. Donuts are very mediocre dry and way overpriced. Almost $10 for 2 tiny pigs in a blanket and 2 dry donuts. Love this place! Every item I have tried has been amazing!! There are weekly changes to the specialty donuts. My husband?s favorite is the maple bacon! The staff are super friendly!

Never ordering here again, I had ordered a Homer bacon donut on doordash, only thing I wanted, and they replaced it with the nasty strawberry covered one with sprinkles, without even letting me know. Isn't the first time this has happened either.. Yall have great donuts other than this one, but poor customer service.

Donuts are great... Always have been and always will be. Pro lem today was I took my 9 year old granddaughter in to get donuts before school. She ordered herself. The lady helping her decided to stop listening half through the order to talk with another adult. Of course she got half the order right well half wrong. I let her know how disrespectful it was and she really didn't care. Sorry I will miss out on the best donuts in town due to poor customer service. Enjoy.

Yum! First time in today, got a bunch of different kinds and they were all delicious! My favorite though was the jalapeno kolache - soooo tasty. Second favorite was the strawberries and cream. I've never had homemade whipped cream on a donut and it was delicious! They were crowded, had to wait in the parking lot. Worth it though.

I usually come in the mornings and the Hispanic lady who wears the face mask is not very friendly. She always gives dirty looks and acts as if she is reluctant to help. One morning she had me wait for about 3 minutes before even greeting me while she watched a video on her phone, and she also never hands me the bag just tosses it on the counter and I have to stand on my tiptoes to get the items. The donuts are ok and I haven?t had any other problems from the other workers only her specifically.

This place used to be awesome. Since COVID, this place has gone downhill. Some of the staff just don't seem to care about how to package the donuts. I got three donuts the other day, and all three were put into one bag. When I got to where I was going, one of the donuts no longer had any glaze on it.

Update- 6/23/20 The quality of the food has gone down. I used to live for these pigs and the last three times I have gone they have been extremely greasy. Impossible to eat. The donuts are delicious... when they have them. Almost every time I order their "daily specials" online, it says it'll be ready in an hour. I stop in from time to time to get donuts for the people at work and this is the place that I would recommend. This place is 10 times better than any chain donut shop. To reply to one of the bad review comments they will warm up the pig in a blanket if you ask them. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Great job and keep coming up with new donut concoctions.

At Momo's it seems as though the recipe has changed in the last few months - the donuts just do not taste like they used to. Perhaps they are using cheaper ingredients? Their donuts and pigs are amazing. Just a heads up, If you are unable or refuse to wear a mask they will ask you to leave. You can order online and they will bring your food to your car. Had this happen to me a few weeks ago and the manager kindly took my order then I waited in my car for him to bring it out. Huge variety of donuts. Their donuts are very delicious. There're other places where their donuts have a weird disgusting taste of metal and old oil. That's why I choose this place. They also care about keeping ppl safe by providing masks to wear inside their facilities.

Donuts are ok but far from fresh, showed up when they opened thinking that everything would be fresh out the oven, the pig in a blankets aren't made daily. She put them in the microwave to heat them up, when I got home one was cold like it has been in a refrigerator.

I've been coming here for years, and the donuts are always amazing! The donuts during the week are great, but on the weekends, they have specialty donuts that will absolutely blow your mind. I'm getting a sugar high just thinking about it!

Placed an order a week ago on a Monday for a special day and time on Friday. Resent order on Wednesday the way that they requested me to. Got a message on the morning I was to pick up order that they missed my order and couldn?t have it ready until way after time needed. We received horrible customer service. The young male employee that was working on Wednesday March 25th 2019, around 9am, had the worst customer service. Not greeting the guests upon entering the store, and ignoring the guest until he decided to stop what he was doing to grumble over and be very sour / unprofessional in service.
