This is my second time coming. Both times they welcomed us as soon as I walked in, friendly staff. Freshly made to order food. Menu with a ton of options. Their claw machines aren?t a scam like most businesses ?? such good boba and the food is DELICIOUS. Clean bathrooms, plenty of parking and friendly, bright environment. Will definitely be back a bunch this summer with the family.

The staff are super friendly. This is my first visit and they were extremely helpful and had great suggestions. I got the potato with mozzarella rice hotdog and a Dubai mochidobut. Yum!!! Definitely coming back to try the Ramen bar another day.

Just had my first visit to Mochinut. They didn?t have any national donut day specials, but I couldn?t have had a better experience! I should have gotten the name of the big guy behind the counter because he was GREAT and I?ll be back! Got one lightly drizzled with strawberry sauce which my wife loved because it wasn?t too sweet for her. And I ate the Dubai chocolate which was nice and rich. ??

I like the ambiance but the americano I ordered tasted burnt. Few people can taste these subtle differences in coffee quality. The mango boba I liked though. The floor was sticky, it would be ok if I could walk around it but most of the walking area around the entire store was sticky, not a fan.

My husband and I like coming here for the hot dogs and boba tea?they?re always good. However, our experience on Sunday, March 9, around 7 p.m. was frustrating. The two girls working had the music blasting so loudly that I couldn?t even hear them while trying to place my order, even though we were standing right next to each other. The place was cool because it gave you that Korean convenience store aesthetic and loved the Japanese themed toy claw machines. I ordered two bobas and some large mochi doughnuts. Edit: 8/16/2024 If you are looking for their Korean hotdogs, don't come after 9pm. Hours say 10am to 10pm but they close the fryers at 9 pm. Probably so they can close faster... I don't know. Very pleasing experience! Maine was very nice, he shared what items were popular and waited patiently as we decided what to get. The atmosphere was very welcoming and fun! The food was delicious! So we loooove doughnuts in our family & wanted to try this place out. It is very pleasing to the eye from the outside to everything on the inside. It is decorated very nicely. They had a lot of choices to pick from. There were a few empty cases, so I think you have to arrive early to get the full menu. However, there were still plenty of things for us to choose. We ended up with a box of 3, strawberry funnel, chocolate, and carmel (I think). They also had a variety of drinks you could choose from.

Food was good, staff was kind. When you walk in the door, the smell of cleaning products (smells like Fabuloso) smacks you in the face. For me, it ruins the entire experience from the start. Same Miley Cyrus song on repeat was obnoxious.

The food here just wasn?t good. No one liked what they bought. It is pricey. One person commented their doughnut was hard and chewy. There was a decent amount of seating here and ample parking as it is part of a strip mall. Given the amount of dessert options in the area, we will not venture back here.

The girls that were working tonight at this location were absolutely amazing. They were super helpful and super pleasant. My first experience at Mochinut was a win! I was so excited to try it after seeing the advertisement. When I first walked in, I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful open space. The display looked delightful, I didn?t know what to order. I ended up with a caramel churro doughnut, the corn dog with mozzarella and potato, and a milk tea. Everything was super good, I really enjoyed the experience. I walked out doing the happy dance and will definitely be back to try the other flavors.

First time trying Mochinut and umm WOW. The red velvet donut and grapefruit peach boba tea were so impressive I thought there?s no way this weird looking hot dog was going to be as good?. Finally checked it out and was very pleased with everything and especially the service. We got the 3 mochinut box to try them out (two churro and one cookies and cream) and they were so good, sweet but not too sweet so it had a really nice balance. We also got a strawberry mochinut ball for my daughter and that was really good as well. My favorite thing was the mango peach refresher/ it was delicious, a little sweet but it balanced well with the mochinut. Will definitely return.

I visit this place often because my kids love the friendly staff and the family atmosphere. However, my last visit was disappointing. The employee who took my order made a mistake with my coffee boba, which I usually ask to have brown sugar around the cup. He also made me feel uncomfortable by staring at me inappropriately, and I saw him smoking outside the entrance before we came in. I first received a strawberry milk a few weeks ago. It was delicious, and I keep going back for more. This was the first time I had the strawberry jellies. I like the strawberry Boba best. This donut had a beautiful, glossy glaze that immediately caught my eye. The dough was soft and light, with a perfect balance of sweetness. Finally got to try Mochinut after watching all the tiktok videos. I tried the potato half and half corndog, and the regular half and half. It would have been really good if they had not put sugar on the outside. I was craving a savory corndog and the sweetness threw it off. I also got the donut with the fruity pebbles. The cereal on top was kind of stale. I would like to try it again and ask that they not add sugar to the corndog.

Stopped by on Saturday morning, 15 minutes after store hours say they open (10am). Door is locked with multiple people waiting outside. No answer when we called. Finally made eye contact with one of the staff inside the locked doors and they just shook their head and mouthed ?no?. If there?s an issue with staffing or facilities, at least post a note on the door. Lazy customer service.

The food was bad! They were out of everything and I went on a Sunday evening around 6p, they close at10p. They messed up my order and took for ever to get me the correct order back. Ordered potato mozzarella and they gave me original mozzarella. I asked to have it corrected and they charged me agin for the one I originally ordered and paid for.

This place is a filthy embarrassment. The garbage was overflowing and my wife said there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. There's sticky things on the glass that haven't been cleaned. If they let us see this, I can't imagine the horrors or what we can't see. The girl that took care of us seemed nice, but there was a guy in the back that did nothing to help. The place was mostly empty so it wasn't because it was busy.

This location is dirty and stinky! There wasn?t a yummy donut smell in the air at all. If it wasn?t for my kids, I would have turned around and went elsewhere, but they just had to have it.
