The service at Dough was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The donuts looked phenomenal; visually, they were a treat. However, I was disappointed by the texture and taste. They seemed a bit stale and didn?t have that fresh-out-of-the-oven feel. It was a reminder that sometimes, something can look incredible but fall short when it comes to flavor. A little more freshness would have made all the difference.

Mochinut is different from regular donuts because they use sticky rice flour. It gives the donuts a slightly chewy texture and they are gluten free. Been here many times and consistently excellent customer service. Trey and Alex take great care of the customers. I remember first coming here and didn?t know what to pick. First time coming to the Plano location and let me share with y?all that I fell in love with the friendliness and professional attitude from Trey. I always go to the Garland location since it?s closer to my house but I don?t get the same customer service attention. I rather drive 14 miles to get treated like I'm important and I matter. I've recently moved back to the area and stopped by because it caught my eye. The main gentleman who works there is always very polite by giving you your time to look everything over and quick to answer any questions and get you your goodies! Definitely deserves way more traction because the food and boba plus the quick and simple process of getting what you pay for *and honestly more* is just incredible

Mochinut is such a unique dessert that is definitely worth a try! The donuts are so flavorful and have a really nice chew. We got a classic, churro, and ube, but they threw in a matcha oreo for free! All of them were amazing, but the ube was a standout. The ube milk tea was also amazing! Perfect balance of sweet and nutty ube!

My husband and I love coming to this location. We usually get a 3 piece box but the staff is so kind and always gives us a complimentary one. No matter what time of the day you visit, Donuts are always good and fresh! Flavors are good too, highly recommend the funnel cake, chocolate and strawberry!

It's the staff that really makes a place stand out above and beyond and I am never disappointed when I come here. Not only are the corn dogs hot and fresh but the mochi donut are just as yummy! I've never seen anyone else when I come and I believe he's the owner perhaps but always great attitude, inviting, friendly and overall genuine to me! He gets like 100 stars (seriously)!

Go here a few times a month to satisfy the wife and kiddos. Thr Mochi donuts are my favorite donut type as well. Their flavors constantly change. If they don't have enough on hand to fill an order, they've always made fresh one's on the spot. Boba is good here as well.

Stopping by Mochinut is always a highlight, especially with the welcoming manager always cheerfully greeting us. We come mostly for the kids, but we adults love these little treats just as much. The mochi donuts (aka "poi mochi") are much pricier than regular donuts, however are also tastier and with a moist, chewy texture (in a good way). The decor is bright, colorful, and features K-pop music and paraphernalia. And there's always plenty of seating available.

Perfect for a sweet treat! We got a 6 count and they even threw in an extra. I?ve been to a handful of mochi donut places and this by far had the best donuts. I only wish they had more flavor options to try!

Cute place and nice staff. Both times I visited everyone was really friendly. Didn?t wait long either. Donuts were delicious and soft a bit chewy. I got the blue drink I wasn?t a huge fan of it but still good. Will definitely come back for the donuts tho!

Came here tonight to pick up mochi donuts for the nurses and staff taking care of my daughter at a hospital nearby. The gentleman behind the counter didn?t know that of course, but he threw in a couple donuts on the house and it meant so much! Great service and the donuts here always look and taste delicious.

Mochi donuts are good. But definitely can't beat the Mochi donuts I had from Hawaii. The sugar milk tea! Definitely delicious, I finally had my first those hot dogs on a stick. It's good too. Definitely great for treat day.

Donuts are great but very slow. This is their soft opening though. Waited forever and asked about my order then they gave me my donuts but not drink. They told me it would be out soon. Many behind us started to get their drinks still but not us(we were one the first in line) so I went back up and asked about it and they finally made it. It's doughnut with a twist. I liked some of the flavours. But more so the fact that you can now share a doughnut easily. The shape of the doughnut makes it less awkward. But you do pay 3x the price. Service-wise the staff was Warm and pleasant. Ample space to sit and stand. They also have the extremely spicy fried hotdog, just in case you feel done with sweet. So the other way around.

Location is very open and welcoming. People working behind the counter are very helpful and friendly, and the food smells & tastes delicious. The order taking process moved a little slow and the hotdogs took much longer than the donuts, but that might be because it was the first day. If they can fix the delays with the hotdogs, this will be a great experience.

We drove from Mckinney so we could give them a try. And it was super worth it !!! We loved the atmosphere, the owner is super nice and has the best attitude ever. The donuts are so so good !!! Soft, sweet and yummy the drinks were so good too !!!

I stopped by at Mochinut because I was craving a donut. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a male (potentially the manager) he was very nice and took my order promptly. He ended up giving me a free Ube doughnut which was appreciated since I?ve never had that flavor. Overall I had a great experience here, I?d definitely recommend to try it out if your in the area. The brown sugar boba and doughnuts are amazing and not overly sweet.

The Mochinut staff were incredible! They were so sweet, helpful, and quick with my order. I wasn't sure what to get at first, but Justin was a big help! He was very patient and offered amazing recommendations. It's bittersweet that I've found my new favorite donut flavor knowing that they frequently change them. Amazing place with not so unhealthy donuts. The donuts are primarily made up of rice as opposed to white flour which is a big win for health conscious people who want to occasionally enjoy some donut.

I have been craving for mochidonuts for a while. Went in today just about before their opening time in Plano. The staff is very friendly and kind. They change the flavor of the donuts every 3 days. Changes are posted on Instagram, so it's a good idea to check the content often. Mochi donuts are something special. They have a mix texture a little like a donut and mochi. The mochi donuts are delicious, and the flavors are changed frequently. It is essentially one of the best treats I have had.

Got the mocha, pandan, and caramel churro mochi donuts. I was a little disappointed since they didn't have traditional Asian flavors such as matcha or black sesame. Flavors rotate, but most are non-traditional. The mochi donut itself had a good texture and chew but had a very strong oily flavor that you could taste after one bite. It's like they were fried in old oil. Left a bad aftertaste and kind of ruined the experience. Hopefully just a one-off but not a good first impression.

Mochinut is my favorite spot for mochi donuts and Korean hot dogs, and their drinks are pretty good too. It's dangerously convenient since my job is just down the block, and I often find myself stopping by. Their mochi donuts are always soft and fluffy, and the Korean hot dogs are made fresh to order. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. I always recommend Mochinut to all the patients who visit my workplace.

Amazing experience at Mochinut every time I am there. Alex is always so welcoming and remembers me every time I walk in. Their drinks and their mochi based donuts are always 10/10 as well. I love the corn dogs here. Plenty of tasty savory options. They are warm and you can't go wrong with the mango habanero sauce. I can't rate the mochi doughnuts because I'm not a big fan of them in general. I only come here for the corn dogs. The guy, who I believe is the owner, is pretty friendly and always has a good disposition, but I've only seen him work by himself and I don't know how slow service would be when this place gets busy.

The local is very tidy and well lit, the tv's are constantly playing k-pop as well. The mochinuts are delicious! very good blend between donut and mochi giving the food a nice texture and taste. The staff was very nice and even gifted us a extra donut with out 3 piece order as it was out first time visiting. The boba drinks in a can were a ver new concept to us but its very convenient! The drinks were also very delicious :)

I loved it :) the mochi donuts are soft, chewy, and sweet. i tried most of the donuts and they were amazing! I also tried a whole mozzarella k dog with hot Cheetos on it, and it was delicious:) it wasn?t as spicy as I thought it would be, and it was a little too powdery and made a little bit of a mess. but otherwise, everything about it was good, just be sure to prepare napkins if you order a hot Cheetos k-dog ??

It is an awesome place that has a variety of donuts (actually, MOCHINUTS). The best place to clear out your sugar cravings and especially the BTS touch for the entire place is a huge plus. People take photos with the huge BTS banner to show their love.! Kids love it a lot.! People who got fed up with the regular donuts try these Mochinuts. You won't regret it.

The customer service is absolutely top-tier. The young lady at the front obviously was busy with orders while taking more orders, but she was absolutely the sweetest! Being able to maintain a friendly demeanor while being kept under pressure was impressive. The donut themselves taste amazing too! Overall great experience.

I sometimes forget that this place sells boba and good boba too! The guy that usually works the place is always in high spirits and has great customer service. I?ve only tried their donuts once but I remember them being really chewy and good. I also love the cans that they serve the boba in too!! The only thing I?d recommend is taking the sweetness down a bit with the boba teas, I?m fine with it, but it may be a little overpowering to some people.

Best Mochi Donuts I've had. Great service here as well. The hotdogs are cooked to order, and are delicous. Loved my cheddar hot dog. My wife and kids loved this food, we will definitely be back for more! It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. One bite, and you can tell the impeccable quality of their food.

The drinks were good. Corndogs were good as well, but their menu is lacking in variety. Some of the corndog options have no real flavor to them. Haven't tried the donuts. Other than that, the food is quite overpriced. You also have to pay separately for the food and then the drinks, so on top of the total expense, you are taxed twice. Service wasn't great. Love their options, and LOVE mochi donuts. The only downside is that it is a bit too sweet compared to what Good Time Donut on Legacy drive neat Mitsuwa Marketplace in Plano. Would definitely recommend this place for groups of friends or if you have a major sweet tooth. I haven?t gotten a chance to try their kdogs but can?t wait to try them.
