Customer Reviews

It wasn't the service that was bad it was the food. As an asain trying this place for the first time I was very disappointed. First lets talk about the boba, I know it Boba is supposed to taste like in this. Boba was hard, It wasn?t warm and it tasted terrible. The corn dogs I had for the first time, but I could tell it was just too overwhelming with the greasiness, and there were little things on the dog that looked very funny and not pleasing. and oh my goodness, the donuts were absolutely terrible. I don

This place was just ok. I feel like it could be so much better. We wanted try ?Korean corndogs? and found this place while vacationing. The food was average, and the service could be better. They kept forgetting things in our order. Then they messed up the order of the people who came after us also. The dogs were decent, and the donuts were good. The building is cute, but again, could be better kept up. Everything behind the counter seemed really messy and chaotic.

I honestly have NO complaints. Friendly staff, clean store and amazing food!! If you haven?t tried the fruity pebble dog with all cheese.. it?s a game changer!! My sister loves their doughnuts too! This is a delicious hidden gem!

I have eaten here twice now. The first time I ordered a boba tea, donuts and the potato mozzarella. The boba tea was so painfully sweet I couldn?t enjoy it and the boba pearls had a rough texture. The donuts were very dry and stale. I had hoped they would be warm and fluffy but were definitely more like day old donuts. The potato mozzarella corn dog was delicious but considering what I spent on this meal, I was disappointed as a whole. I ordered a second time and just stuck with the corn dogs. After taking

Overall everything was good. I enjoyed the Korean hotdog because it was fresh, but I think it could have fried a little bit longer. The donuts were good as well, but I just wished they had more flavors. The building was clean and I did get there right when they opened.

Next time I will go earlier in the day. The taste was good but the mochi glaze was mushier than expected but they were probably amazing when freshly glazed instead of just before closing. Would try again for sure.

Mochinut is incredible! The store is always spotless, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The mochi donuts are a perfect balance of chewy and sweet, and their Korean corn dogs are to die for. Every visit is a treat?I highly recommend this place!

I really wanted to love this restaurant located in Panama City. My family loves boba tea, corn dogs and donuts, so it sounded like a wonderful culinary Trinity! However the reality did not live up to expectations. Everyone enjoyed the corn dogs! The donuts received mixed reviews with some of our crowd thinking they were just too sweet even for donuts. If your palette leans towards liking really sugary Foods then you'll probably enjoy their donut choices. The brown sugar was good . The reason we gave a lowe

Matt and Mortan were genuinely so sweet! They really care about their customers and their craft. So happy there is a mochi donut close to home now. The raspberry and churro donut are ??. Definitely will be back to try the Korean corn dogs!

We had been wanting to come here for months! Unfortunately the donuts were cold. We were expecting a Krispy Kreme freshness but instead it felt they were made hours ago. The sweet potato boba had a very strange flavor. Didn't taste like an Ube-like drink at all. The Cheeto hotdog was very good. The potato dog had very very thick batter and overall lacked flavor. Underwhelming experience food wise. Service was amazing though!!!

This is a must try place. The mochinut texture is chewy awesomeness. We also tried 2 milk teas and 2 of the fruit ades and all were delicious. Al and Martin were so patient and helpful while the 5 of us (3 kids) struggled to make a decision because it all looked so good. The dining area and restrooms were clean as well.

Went to TikTok and all I typed up was Korean Corndogs and this place popped up. This was a 25 minute drive to our condo but well worth it we had to come back twice. The Korean corndogs were amazing! The donuts were doughy and delish. The boba teas were amazing!

I walked over from Best Buy to get a little treat and it was such a quick trip in and out. We?ve been there before even when it was busier and the staff is always polite and they help recommend stuff based on what you like which is also helpful. They also have the cutest little set up in shop it?s hard not to take pictures when you?re in there. Highly recommend.

Lots of kinks to work out. No sense of urgency in any of the employees. About half of them just seem to be wandering aimlessly. Took about half an hour to get from the door to the register to order. Then it took 45 minutes after we paid to get the hotdogs. The air was out so it was hot in there. Everyone had red faces and were dripping sweat. They definitely need a better system in place for frying the hotdogs. No way it should take that long. I know the place is new and things will level out in time. But f

I recently visited Mochinut in Panama City , and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of baked donuts filled the air, making it impossible to choose just one. The variety they offer is incredible, with both classic flavors and unique, creative options. I got the mixed flavors and it was sooo yummy ! The staff was friendly and quick, even during a busy morning rush. The shop itself has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay all day. If you're a donut lover, thi

The food and Thai tea bubble tea was really good, the staff was also very friendly and helpful. It?s such a pretty store inside, I even bought some cute keychains!

Absolutely love Mochinut! The donuts are super unique?soft, chewy, and full of flavor. Every time I go, there?s a fun variety of flavors to try (the ube and matcha are my favorites!). The texture is unlike any other donut?crispy on the outside and perfectly chewy inside. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and everything looks as good as it tastes. Definitely my go-to spot for a sweet treat!

Server was friendly and gave great recommendations. He created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The store looked clean and tidy. The donuts were displayed well and labeled. We went at store open so there were lots of choices. Only downside was the mochinut balls were not ready yet and the flavor choices sounded really great (est 30 min wait).

KrazyDog Combo was Ahhhh mazing!!!!! Sooo good! Tea was just the perfect amount of sweet without being too much. Dogs were cheesy and crispy. Great food and atmosphere!

While there was quite the wait for the corndogs ( roughly 1 hour) the food was really good. I can't really take a star off even for the wait since some orders were multiple people ordinf multiple corndogs and the line going almost out the building they easily got backed up. I hope with time as the initial waves of a new restaurant craze dies down that the order times get a little faster since I would love to come back and try other flavors. I'm super excited to have a place like this open up in town.

Hot dogs were delicious, mochinuts were delicious, boba was delicious! The potato hot dog was hands down the best. Thai tea boba was extremely sweet, but still yummy. Note that the hot dogs were made to order so there?s a small wait, which I?d much prefer to soggy breading and cold cheese in the middle.

Food was delicious! Service was attentive and kind! The restaurant itself self has definitely seen some rushes that haven?t been cleaned thoroughly. There is food all over the floor and the photo section is VERY dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our experience but I think it?s important the workers are more attentive to cleaning.

Very friendly staff and clean! I loved the texture of the potato hot dog and the sweet Thai chili sauce is a nice topping.

The gentlemen waiting on us was so patient & very helpful!! Both men working were so kind. 110% costumer service!! They even explained what things tasted like. I couldn't say anything bad about this place. Thanks for making our time trying it out great!!

Finally made it into Mochinut to try out their offerings. It was certainly interesting and like nothing I?ve had before. First, I was greeted by the friendly crew of 2. Had the place to myself. They explained the menu items and I ordered a coffee flavored boba, potato original (1/2 hotdog and mozzarella) and 3 Mochinut donuts. I thought the hotdog was pretty good. Came with 2 sauces - ranch and a spicy chili-type sauce. You have a couple options there. The boba was good. Probably order a chai tea next time.

First time into Mochinut and I had high expectations coming here from Denver. I was pleased to find that not only were the donut flavors very fun and tasty, but that the boba tea I ordered was customizable to my dairy dietary restrictions. The customer service was great and I could tell the staff were very knowledgeable about their products.

My daughter enjoyed the menu. It was something special she looked up and wanted to go to. It was exactly what she expected. Good food and small but pleasant shop. Thanks

Really nice. Loved the Hot Cheeto and Fruity Pebbles. Matt and Morton were very nice. Great service.

I visited Mochinut on the first day it opened and was the third customer from the very end of the line. I waited for 3 hours to order donuts for my coworkers and it was worth it. I could have gone home but I just moved to Panama City after living in Japan for 5 years and really wanted to try a Mochinut. I frequently stopped by Mr Donut (MisDo) in Japan for their mochi donuts ?? otherwise known as the pon-de-ring. They were my favorite donut as I love the chewy mochi texture. Despite the fact I was amon

The corndogs are very good and definitely worth trying. I?d recommend not getting the doughnuts if you visit later in the day because they weren?t fresh. I?m sure they would have been allot better when first made.

This place is spotless! The cleanliness really stood out to me, and the staff was so kind and helpful. Their Korean corn dogs are a game changer. Whether you like them classic or with fun toppings, they?re cooked to perfection every time. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was absolutely spotless ?? The mochi donuts are a different texture than I was used to, but definitely delicious. 100% recommend for anyone wanting to try something new

I absolutely adore this place. Please build one in Crestview. First off, people need to be a bit more patient as, I am sure that these employers are new to this, except for the one trainer I seen. The staff is sweet and if you work too fast, food isn?t that good. A food critic would agree. Not too long, not too short. You want your food fresh. Next, I?ve been to S.Korea and I was so excited to see the corndogs. I don?t have my hopes too high though because I know most American taste is mainly junk food se

Mochinut offers a totally unique donut experience that combines the best of mochi and traditional donuts. The chewy texture is incredibly satisfying, and the variety of flavors?like churro, taro, and matcha?keeps things exciting. Every donut is beautifully glazed and Instagram-worthy. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the vibe of the store is always upbeat. Whether you?re grabbing a quick treat or looking for something fun to share with friends, Mochinut never disappoints!

To be honest I went because I had donuts from another place that do mochi donuts but service wasn?t all that was little rude and overcharged will come back not to be honest the only one was cool was dude who cooked but never again

We were welcomed by Matt like we were family! He was beyond helpful and made the entire experience. We've been wanting to try a place like this for a very long time and were not disappointed! If nothing else go to see Matt.. seriously he should create a company teaching customer service!

Me and my fianc? have been going here since it opened! The first time we tried it on their opening day it was so good we came back the next day. We live in Mobile but visit Panama City a few times a year. There was one visit where the food was a little raw and the boba was horrible, but we came back a few months later and it was delicious! We just guessed they were having an off day. Despite that one slip-up this place has been delicious every time we go!

We had an amazing time here! The atmosphere was great and it's a perfect environment for studying or meeting with friends! Matt was amazing and all of the food was so good, I got the churro milkshake and I would soooo recommend it to anybody!

Sorry guys. These donuts are horrible. They look terrific and have a fun new style. The taste? Just dreadful. I cannot think of a donut I've tried that was worse than these. I'm not alone here. We got a box to share around the office and everyone spit out the first bite. Such a shame since they look amazing. Bad shortening maybe? Something abysmal in the mix for sure.

Me and my boyfriend got corn dogs. The batter was completely raw On the inside. I wanted it to be good so bad. The brown sugar milk tea was delicious. But I have to give it 2 out of 5 because of the corn dogs.

amazing place love their food service is on top very well decorated really cute and clean we got 3 count donuts and they melt away in your mouth.

Don't let me stop you if this is your thing I get it. They're deep fried hotdogs or cheese sticks and donuts. They are an Instagram/social media craving and trendy. A little over priced in my opinion but nice for a fun day out.

The Brown Sugar Boba Tea is to DIE FOR. The donuts are soo unique and delicious. And the rice hot dogs are amazing, especially the hot cheetos half and half! Very cute establishment with great vibes. Must say, the customer service is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, they can explain the menu for newbies and help make suggestions/customizations. I?ve been 3 times in the last 24 hours because I live nearby and it?s just that great.

Matt and Morton were the best! The vibes in this store were awesome and these fellas truly made my day. They had great suggestions and were very helpful. I will be back! Love these guys

Mochinut Panama City has the cleanest and most inviting atmosphere! The staff is super friendly and always ensures you?re well taken care of. Their Korean corn dogs are absolutely amazing?crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and packed with flavor. I?m hooked!

They are literally amazing, the kindest staff ever, and I would recommend it to anyone coming into town, and any locals as well. The lady there is particularly amazing, and should be tipped amazingly. High quality!!?

Really excited to try this place and man was it a dissapointment. The Boba balls were not done, they were super hard in the middle. I got a matcha Boba which I love but it tastes weird with a very bad aftertaste. We got the hot cheeto half and half and it was very weirdly sweet. And hard but soggy at the same time.

Absolutely loved the food it was delicious the cheese sticks with tator chunks was so good and my dad had the corndog version nothing extra on the outside but he loved it as well and I got a strawberry cheesecake shake OH MY GOD it was the best shake we ever had doughnuts are awesome to because everything?s batter is made with rice flour it?s chewy and perfectly soft definitely highly recommend!??

The staff at Mochinut Panama City is so friendly and attentive. They greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in and are always happy to answer any questions. The service is quick, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I always leave here feeling happy!

came in 2.5 hours before closing they told me they cleaned up already so they weren?t making any new donuts, idk who?s the manager but that?s bad business. will not return or recommend

I can?t say enough good things about Mochinut! The staff is so friendly and attentive, and the shop is always spotless. The mochi donuts are light and flavorful, and the bubble tea is some of the best I?ve ever had. This place is a must-try!

I?m from out of town and have nothing like this place where I?m from. I?ve gone twice and both times were absolutely awesome and delicious! Our second time, I had my younger brothers with me. Havanna was absolutely lovely to talk to, and was so patient and helpful, especially with my talkative brothers. She explained everything to us and answered any question patiently and with such a kind and inviting tone. My brothers were so overly excited they couldn?t make up their minds, but she guided them and even c

They have the best gourmet donuts in town. Locally owned and operated. Must try their Krazydog menu. And their teas are yummy!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The mochi was overpriced, and the dough tasted very old and stale, with a horrible smell that made it hard to eat. To make matters worse, the boba was equally bad?the drink tasted disgusting, and the boba balls were clearly old and unpleasant. For the price, I expected much higher quality. Definitely would not recommend.

I was warmly welcomed by the personnel as soon as I walked into the restaurant. Even with the order, they were a big assistance. The boba tea was fantastic when I tasted it. A must-go location if you're itching to try something delicious and novel.

Today they only had two corn dog flavors but the Hot Cheetos one was so delicious and the donuts omg just so exquisite ????

This is such a family-friendly spot! I brought my kids here, and they were thrilled with the colorful mochi donuts and the fun flavors of bubble tea. It?s now one of our favorite places to visit together.

They only had two corndog flavors today even though their menu shows twelve, and the corndogs apparently take 30 min to make, so we didn?t order any. Instead we just ordered the mochi donuts (ube, chocolate, and fruity pebbles) and milk tea (ube and milk tea). The drinks were not filled all the way and they only provided a small amount of boba pearls, which had no flavor. But, the milk teas themselves have good, distinct flavors, unlike the ube mochi donut.

The bubble tea here is so refreshing and perfectly sweetened. They have a great selection of flavors and toppings. My favorite is the taro milk tea with boba?it?s creamy and delightful every time.

They were so nice with helping us figure out what we wanted! A cute shop w/ plenty of places to take cute pictures. D was so kind as well. Check it out! (Obviously everything tastes good; we tried every flavor lol)

We liked it. The donuts were chewy... in a good way. Fun flavors. We tried a cookies and cream, biscoff and blueberry. Bobas were delicious. Ube and Thai latte were both good. ????

The service at Mochinut is amazing. The staff is always cheerful and ready to help. Even when the shop is busy, they stay organized and make sure everyone is taken care of. It?s such a pleasant experience every time I visit!

I recently visited the best donut and had an amazing experience! The customer service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with a smile. But the real star of the show? The donuts. These are hands-down the best donuts in town! Fresh, delicious, and with a variety of flavors that cater to every palate. Each bite was a delight, and I can?t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a t

There donuts and boba drinks are okay nothing out this world. The Bubba drinks are very sweet the tapioca balls is overcooked.kind of pricey.

Love this place! They have great boba tea & the korean corn dogs are delicious! Me and my family love coming here. Absolutely amazing customer service from Al and Martin they are so welcoming. True gentleman with integrity and leadership! Thank you Mochinut staff and keep up the amazing work it doesn?t go unnoticed! :)

AMAZING!!!! Went here with my friend and tried the Thai tea boba, blueberry donut, raspberry funnel cake donut, flaming hot Cheetos corndog, potato corndog & the ramen corndog. They were all really good & pretty big so we got full really fast. The staff was sooooo nice too!!

The place wasn't busy and it took us over 25 minutes to get our food.we had six people in our party.we all got corn dogs and all were doughy .my daughter ordered the chicken fingers.all were under cooked and one was raw.you could see the pink center of the chicken.I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Service was fast & friendly. We got the 3 pack & Cajun fries ??

Really, really delightful mochinut texture, flavor, and sweet but not overly/sickeningly so. A little pricy, but for a niche treat it was really good. 5/5

My experience at Mochinut in Panama City was all some. The staff were friendly, the place were clean, the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Went in with my daughters to get some donuts. Usually enjoy this place. Today one worker was scrutinizing a customer for her taste of brown sugar in coffee. Then when we left opened our 6 pack of donuts to find a hair in the middle. Removed hair thinking it didn't touch the donuts. Then tore open the donuts to more hairs.... pretty nasty. I mean I know some things slip but man... dude had a full facial hair uncovered..

Overall, my experience with Mochinut was a delightful one. This innovative take on the classic doughnut is an excellent reminder that desserts can be both fun and sophisticated. Whether you?re a mochi enthusiast or just in search of something new to satisfy your sweet tooth, Mochinut is definitely worth a visit. I left with a smile on my face and a box of delicious treats to enjoy ? a perfect combo for any dessert lover. Highly recommended!

They had very limited flavors even though it was 3pm and they closed at 7 they weren't cooking anymore flavors they don't have an option to warm the donuts up so sitting in was a waste Noone wants to eat a cold donut very dry service I prefer the Tampa location we drove 2 hours to try this spot and it was a very disappointing experience

Has great donuts, but I love their chicken and gator tots? great to grab quickly while on my lunch break

The Korean corn dogs were so good, we tried the hot cheeto, blue Taki, potato, and crispy Ramen ones, also tried the Ube and coffee Boba that was so yummy as well!! Customer service was a 10 as well they are very friendly the vibes all around were just great such a cute little place, definitely a great place for kids too!! 10 outta 10 we will be back!

This was the best donut I had when visiting my friends in Panama. Customer service is 100% and I can't wait to be back.

Donuts did not taste good AT ALL. We got 3 different kinds and the bread was dry and the icing it self tasted spoiled and like perfume . We also got boba which didn?t lookiu how it was advertised. I also got the hot dogs which were soggy as well. Also there are NO REFUNDS ???. 0/10 do not recommend.

We had a truly great experience with Al! He was working on July 6th and was just wonderful.. from the start, Al was so friendly and kind taking our order and answering questions then the cook messed up our order and Al gave us two dogs for free because of the inconvenience. He kept apologizing and asking if he could make our experiences better and honestly he could not have been kinder or more professional! Truly impressed by the customer service he gave us and others while we were here!

Wonderful food and service. The bake goods were delicious and the drink selection, wow. I got twilight glory, so yum. Can't wait to go back and take some friends.

Over 50 minutes. 2 corn dogs and 2 drinks. Almost $30. The boba is not good. I think it's old, or not stored properly. After they took payment, they gave us straws and promptly forgot our order. After 25 minutes, I had to ask what's going on. 10 minutes later, after we were late for the movie we wanted to see afterward, they poured our drinks. Another 15 minutes later, I explained we had to go, but they refused a refund, exclaiming our order was almost ready. "All sales final" Apperently, even after

Me and my girlfriend always go here when we visit Panama City and they have always had excellent quality, but this time they were just bad. Unfortunately it?s always hit or miss. I alone spent $20 on two corn dogs and the brown sugar boba. That price is ridiculous for the amount of food and the bad quality it was. The boba was either undercooked or sitting there for days because it did not taste or look anything like boba. I got the blue takis corn dog and the hot cheetos corn dog and both were alright but

Finally!! A Mochinut in the Gulf Area! One of my FAVORITE TYPES OF Donuts! Chewy, flavor and just enougg sweetness!

Don?t even waist your time. Bland, extremely overpriced. Corn dog was mushy and absolutely gross, soggy & mushy . Owner or sales guy at the counter couldn?t care less when we complained. Would not refund or make us a new one. $34 bucks for a dozen Mochi balls???? absolutely ridiculous. Never again!!

Corn dogs were yummy! We would have gotten some donuts but the pickings were slim. Weird vibes because the people before us were frustrated on how long their order was taking. It took a solid 30 minutes to get two corn dogs, only took that short because the family in front of us ended up canceling. I recommend if you don?t mind waiting!

The store was really nice. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food. Got two hot cheeto dogs and they were huge and under cooked. Maybe the batter was too thick but it was very doughy, soft, and overall unappetizing. Because we couldn?t eat them we kindly requested the order to be remade, dispute the signs stating no exchanges or refunds, they agreed, and we appreciated it. However, it was still made the same way? Huge, undercooked, soft with poor presentation. Hopefully this was just a bad day.

Went to this place to " look " only. But everything looks so yummy ??. The staff was sooo nice explaining everything since it was my first time there. Very riendly and looked clean.

Really couldn?t wait to try this place when I saw it was next-door to my job. I went in and got a Matcha Boba and two Korean corndogs. And when I got my Matcha Boba, the Boba were very hard and Burnt the whole drink tasted just like charcoal and I had to spit it out. When I told the lady upfront she made me a new mocha no boba.

100% RECOMMENDED. MILK TEA IS DELICIOUS. Have been multiple times and have had great experiences each time. Max 5 minute wait for donuts + milk tea. Milk tea is some of the best I?ve ever had. Definitely recommend the regular or brown sugar. Donuts are all really tasty. It?s really nice to have a NEW and unique business come to Panama City. Many of the reviewers here should be more appreciative that we didn?t just get another Dollar General.
