We likely will not be back. The young woman at the counter clearly hated her job & didn?t want to serve us. She did not explain that the combo had an up charge for the potato mozzarella dog we ordered. We have never been here before, so we did not realize. The potato mozzarella dog came out not with the large pieces of potato from the images but tiny bits of what looked to be overcooked chopped up McDonalds fries on the outside. The donuts in our dozen were probably a day or more old and tough to eat. We didn?t finish our box because of it unfortunately. They gave an extra one ? fulfilling the true ?bakers dozen? ? and we had that donut to compare to the rest. VERY DIFFERENT consistency than the ones in the box. Flavors are okay. The churro and chocolate are the best imo.

Such an awesome place! It was so clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The lady who served me was very kind, polite and welcoming. I ordered the 3-pack of mochi donuts and each flavor I received was so fresh and delicious! A couple of months ago I would have given this place 5 stars easily, but during my most recent visit I was disappointed with the quality of the donuts. It tasted a bit soggy, and left me very confused why the sudden change in quality. I have found this to be an issue with mochi donuts in the past, when you take them to go, but the donuts are still warm they need time to breathe and cool down, but if you package them too soon the donuts will become very soggy. Was not expecting the unique texture very pleasant I ordered 2 of the plane chocolate donuts what makes it different is the dough as it's not a yeast donut but a rice Japanese dough I'm very satisfied with the surprise

I love the food and location but the lady at the counter did not seem to know what she was doing. At first she tried to charge me for the wrong combo. Then she said she couldn't upgrade the combo A corndog to be a potato corndog so I had to pay for a whole separate one. Ended up paying $18 total. However, I have been able to in the past and I am able to order it this way on Uber eats and Doordash and it only costs $14 that way.

Brought my sister in here because she has never had a mochinut or a Korean corndog. She loved it!! We got the potato mozzarella dog, ube,churro,and brown sugar funnel cake donut as well as matcha boba. All were 10/10. We loved everything! We will be back

Everything is so good! The ricedogs are delicious!!!! The mozzarella dog... I could go on and on how fabulous they are! The mochinuts are so good! Not too sweet, just the right mixture and they are beautiful little works of art. The boba drinks are also so yummy and made to perfection. The decor is so cute and inviting! Bubbly?! Like the boba drinks! ?? I highly recommend coming here, numerous times to try everything on the menu!

Found this gem visiting Frisco. The person that served me was so sweet and so helpful. The whole vibe of this place was incredible. The mochi donuts were amazing. My favorite was the raspberry one. My kids loved the chocolate one.

We popped into this location to try the mochi donuts for the first time. Service was fast and friendly, and the donuts look and taste amazing! They taste much better than traditional donuts, and they aren't sickening sweet. Plus the little circles make it easier to share by tearing off little pieces. We don't live in Frisco, but we will definitely be back!

This place is a great alternative to the cookie-cutter donuts found EVERYWHERE. We'd never had Mochi style donuts before, so it was a real treat. Their sweets are delicious, however the cost is a bit high! There's a really pleasant, peaceful vibe. I sometimes bring my younger sibling to hang out because it's so peaceful and quiet there. My little brother's favorite snack is their mozerlla stick with spicy Cheetos. He loves it. I'm not sure the boba I got, but I believe it was either coffee or milk tea. The boba was just right?it wasn't overly sweet or heavy.

Today is their first day of their soft opening, and I'd say the experience was near perfect! I loved mochi donuts in Japan (from 7-Eleven), but I felt that a lot of mochi donuts here in North Texas either had a texture that was more like regular/grocery store donuts (not rice-cake-like) or glaze that would have a slight plastic taste/feel. First impression: yay!!!! It's so nice to have one of these in Frisco. Brand new, I love mochi donuts. Most places that make them near us just imitate the shape using regular donut dough or a dough that leaves an aftertaste. These are great! Came here randomly one night and it was the best decision ever. Ive been wanting to try the mochi donuts for the longest time and they are so good! We got three different flavors to try as well as two bobas and everything was so tasty. I will definitely be coming back here to try their new flavors next time I am in the area. Would recommend everyone to try these at least once.

Went when it wasn?t busy at all, workers didn?t seem happy to be there ordered one boba drink and they didn?t put tapioca pearls In my drink! That?s literally half of boba is the tapioca Pearl. So I paid 6.50 for a drink that?s missing half the ingredients absolutely egregious. I spent half my drink chugging it in hopes to find a tapioca Pearl but none to be found.

Its a nice store with friendly staff as far as I can tell, but the donuts were hard, dry, and not chewy like id expect. Boba drink in a can is interesting but not worth the extra cost. Cost was extreme for what they sell, just seems to be another photo-op business.

Must try!!! I tried three different mochinut flavors and they were all amazing. The texture is definitely different than a regular donut, but I loved the chew. I got a brown sugar boba to try later, too. On top of everything tasting great, the woman at the front was so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now but keep driving past when I'm either in a rush or outside business hours. I will definitely plan time in the future to stop by again.

This place is amazing!! Always cycling through delicious and interesting flavors, stuff I really can't find anywhere else. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful with explaining the flavors/items and everything. Their Korean corndogs are a guilty pleasure of mine lol, definitely check those out too. Basically I'd say if you're on the fence about trying this different kind of donut(and checking out some other neat Korean food) I'd say to just go for it!

Nice place for a healthy breakfast, Boba tea and the best Mochinut this side of town. We keep buying from this place as my kid and her friends all love the mochinut - quite healthy due to it's base, no trans fats and low sugar content. The boba tea is a must-have too.

Service is terrible, maybe because they?re slow? Not sure but it?s always been average or TERRIBLE otherwise it might be 3-4 stars overall. Donuts are okay, comparable to what you?ll find at other boba places. Tea is served in containers that look cool but are pretty small and filled with a lot of ice, flavor is okay.

Had a co worker bring these donuts to work one day and I just had to get some for myself and my kids ! Sadly every location in the north part of the metroplex opens after 12pm. I came to this locations and the female working the counter (and what looks like the whole store alone ) was so sweet and bubbly even being alone and having online order as well as walk in guest right at open. I tried all the flavor here, unfortunately, they all taste the same. Just sugary sweet without any specific flavor that it claims. Pistachio, red velvet, original?etc all taste the same. The Thai tea doesn?t taste like Thai tea and doesn?t taste good. The way they package the drink make it hard to move the straw around to get the boba. It?s $5 per drink but size is rather small. Great place with amazing donuts and a variety of Boba drinks. I love all flavors of Boba drinks. They're rich in taste.

Normally I go to the Plano Mochinut, but I was in the Frisco area today and stopped at the Frisco Mochinut location. The donuts were very stale (especially compared to the Plano location.) I am hoping I may have just received an off batch, but the half dozen I bought didn't have that amazing "chewiness" that the donuts normally have and felt like they had been sitting out for a long time.

The donuts are a bit on the steep side. $9 for three. Everything here is good but the prices make this place a rare treat rather than a weekly visit.

The only reason this place gets one star is because the customer service was good. I ordered a potato dog half and half and when I got into my car and opened it to my utter surprise they have me an original dog with just the weenie??and to top it off they drowned my dog in sugar??

Great place for milktea but oh boy it's not cheap. Not a spot I'll go weekly but once in a while when I get a craving for milktea I'll go in. They can it at the time you order. Ask for 0 ice if you want to save it.

Food was a fun one time novelty. The furniture and finishes are cheap and echo inducing. So better for pickup than a desert destination.
