Ordered a donut and 4 dogs to go Friday 6/27. My 3rd time here I believe. It's nice that there are a couple of tablets on the wall for self-ordering! No wait to order whatsoever. The petite female staff member who I spoke briefly to wasn't unfriendly, but also not extremely friendly- she was just quiet. The table we sat at while we waited for our order wasn't filthy, but could use a little wipe down. Same as most other counter service places. Visited this place twice. We have never been greeted upon entering. Service is usually blah, lines are usually long & so is the wait to receive your order but I absolutely love the hot Cheetos corn dogs with and without the cheese. I wish you could get the corn dog and cheese in one bite all the way through instead of the half and half or getting it without the cheese because I don't be wanting just cheese. Food was good. Not a fan of the donuts. They?re soft and has good taste, but they?re served cold. Would taste better served warm, but everything else was good. The food was delicious. I ordered online. I arrived early and was greeted by the staff when I arrived. They told they were wrapping up my order. Around two minutes later it was ready. The overall atmosphere was great. I literally had no complaints and will return soon :-)

This was my first time here my daughter really wanted to try them. The food was amazing, no complaints at all about it. However customer service and the timing could be better. We ordered a hot chettos mozzarella and some mochi doughnuts. The box that the hot chettos mozzarella came in had sauce on the outside. It also took like 15 minutes to get our food. Other than that I would consider going back because the food was good.

Reason I only give 1 star. 1 star is more than enough. They are super dirty. See the fryer. Nasty. They looked never cleaned since they opened. Go check restroom super dirty. Even sink. Not sure if it?s the employees fault or lack of employees that has turned this place into a one star location. Tables were filthy, floor had crumbs everywhere, employee even after I said ?Thank you? didn?t respond to me at all. She must have been having a bad day, or she hates her job, either way it showed. Donuts did not come in donut box, donuts were old and the corn dogs were horrible. Save your money and go to H-Mart in Cary if you?re looking for a good vibe and atmosphere.

This place looks empty and when you step up to the counter it looks like they borrowed equipment from a friend's house. Crazy franchise. Food was alright I guess. Very average taste, very poor environment

I was excited about trying this place when I saw it. However I was pretty disappointed. The employees were great. But the food was not. I got two donuts, the dulce de leche and strawberry milk, the dulce lacked flavor but the strawberry one was great. I also got the potato mozzarella corn dog? it smelt and tasted horrible. Not sure if the oil they used needed to be changed or what. Overall this place is lackluster.

The Mochinuts are delicious. However, be prepared to wait quite a bit of time for whatever you order. The wait times for food were some of the longest I've experienced in recent memory

The staff was outgoing and friendly. Very helpful. The donuts were good. They were not overly sweet. They are very balanced . I'm looking forward to returning.

Donut was hard and cold but my daughter said she likes it the corn dog was filled with cheese and the bottom part had a mini half hotdog in it.i think if your paying almost 6 dollars communication should be better on what you're purchasing the bathroom had a odor that smelled really bad and this was around 11 am when they just open

So this place is adorable on the inside. Very small, I like that it has tablets you can order on. However, it was dirty. The floors were sticky, tables had crumbs all over them, the door was really dirty at the bottom. Food: not great! The Korean corn dogs look good! They are huge and pretty but the potato one we tried was flavorless! The taki one was ok. As for the donuts, they are ok but definitely an acquired tastes. However they are very pretty! Unfortunately We will not be going back.

My friend and I came for the soft opening and it was a very cute store! The staff working today was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied with the donuts when we received them. The donuts weren?t overly sweet and my favorite was the Cookies and Cream donut. We will definitely be coming back for the corndogs to give them a try as well!

Was not impressed at all! Should have just bought 1 to try instead of blind buying a dozen. Tasted nothing like described on the menu. Just tasted like fried dough with flavored icing on top.

The taste of the donuts was definitely one point and other than the cheese and hot dog falling off it was such a goos rice dog! Also some of the dough was undercooked. The only reason for the mark down is the price. I got 3 donuts and one rice dog for just over 15$. I will be back but most likely on special events or to celebrate!

First time here. This place hasnt been open long but it looks kind of cruddy inside. Placed an order for 6 donuts no line and waited over 20 minutes. The donuts are nothing to be wowed over. Theyre good but not good enough to return especially with the wait.

Came from an ad on Instagram, it was so good! The mochinut has a light crunch on the outside and chewy and gooey on the inside. We got the strawberry powered mochinut for $3.50 each, definitely worth the drive.

Really cute atmosphere. I went during around 2:30 pm, so it was slow, and I got my mochinuts in less than a minute, and they were fresh. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was slightly more doughy than I liked, but it was still good

Corn dogs are burned on the outside, taste like old refried oil. Some donut flavors are good but corn dogs are a big NO.

Just ok. Had the hot cheeto half and half and the potato half and half. Very thick dough and the dough wasn't cooked through in the middle. They also don't sell drink options unless I just missed it somehow. I was definitely a little disappointed.

Ordering is easy with the touchscreen and the wait time was pretty decent. Our server, Noe was polite and worked quick. Donuts look and taste good :) The decals on the wall look nice, anime and game references hehe

I haven't had a good mochi donut since leaving NYC, maybe it's better when freshly made but it wasn't good just okay. The hot cheeto mozzarella dog was kinda gross, the breading was way too thick and it was flavorless. I've noticed deep frying flavored corn dogs takes away all spice and flavor, perhaps a flavored shaker that can sprinkled onto a plain corn dog after it's cooked would be a better alternative.

I went twice. First time, I ordered the potato half and half and the corndog was just falling apart. Second time, I got a 6 piece donuts, which are good in that they are unique, but after the initial "wow", it is actually stale and mushy. The oil they fry the corndogs in is so old, it's as if they haven't changed it in weeks. Walked in with 4 employees behind the counter and no other customers in the store. After 15 minutes of trying to figure out how this works and not 1 employee spoke to me or my family, i finally had to say Hello to them. Only 1 spoke and still not offer to help.

They were out of a lot of stuff when I went. The floors were very sticky, which is nasty. The service was okay. It took 15 minutes to get the food which is way to long, in my opinion. I got the potato Korean corn dog, it was alright. I wanted some ketchup to go with it but the bottle was empty and I asked an employee and they never filled it back up. We got donuts when we went and it took over 40 minutes for us to get them (donuts were already cooked even with a bunch laying around, it was for them to have the coatings put on). Nothing said by the staff at any point to any customer and for a Friday late afternoon with not that many customers before us I wouldn?t recommend simply because it took so long.

The food is amazing!! I was able to try multiple flavors of the corn dogs and the doughnuts, and I genuinely liked everything that I tried. The place was kind of empty. There were only three tables, and a whole lot of empty space. The vibes are not really comfy. It's not a place I would sit and hang out, but I will definitely be going back for the food!

A little disappointed, good customer service. The wait for two corn dogs was 1 hour and a half. I understand if they have many orders they must stop until they are fulfilled and then continue, although I agreed and I also understand that they were opening. My daughter and I went specifically for the corn dogs. The wait time was about an hour but the staff was nice, patient, and very transparent. Although we decided to wait it was certainly worth it. However, I waited from 1:10 to 1:53 for my order to be completed. Only one person was infront of me in line, and she got her order (12 donuts) maybe 10 minutes after I arrived. Not sure how long she waited before I got there though. The two people working there were extremely nice. Seemed understaffed.

Best korean corndog around!

I came here around 3/4 months ago where i waited pretty long. I decided to give it another try as they seemed understaffed last time. Waited for actually almost an hour, just for them to lose my ticket and someone else?s. Multiple people came and got their order after me. They had multiple workers and while they were all nice it seems they are set up to fail. Small fryer and for the mass amounts of people coming in for corn dogs doesn?t it seems to not really work for that. Don?t know if I?ll be coming back

We went on a Saturday. We ordered 3 donuts and waited 35 minutes. I didn?t mind because I figured it was a Saturday and they would be fresh? no the donuts were cold and very doughy . We received a warm greeting upon walking in. The young lady at the counter asked how she could help me. Everyone was friendly, and they were understandably busy but helpful. The young lady saw I was struggling with my toddler and offered to help. Food As a person who travels the world every week and eat at different places, the smores donut was delicious. Donuts are really good. But service is terrible recently. When it first opened they had donuts premade but it seems they make the donuts after your order, last three times I?ve been, it has taken over 30 minutes to receive the order. This was my first time coming here. My daughter has heard about it and wanted to try it but we were very disappointed.
