Mochinut Delaware

We have been here before and the food was good, most of the time anyways. Today we walked in and got a glance by the employee but never greeted by her. We stood at the counter for a good three minutes but it didn't look like she was gonna get off her phone so we left. Saw someone going in a little later and saw them getting service when they walked in.

Counter worker was efficient and served us quickly. Inside smelled like cleaner. Drinks tasted like soap. Mochinut was average because they were cold.

The food is good . Walk in experience, great. Employees, great service. Atmosphere, amazing. The only thing is that I DoorDash 3 times from here, and they can never put my sauce in the bag.

Mochinut was absolutely delicious! It was my first time trying that type of donuts. It was light and fluffy and there were many fun flavors. We also tried one of the Korean corn dogs and the brown sugar drink which were tasty!

I went around 730pm The lady was rushing us to order like if it was other people behind us or if they were about to close. Store hours sign says they close at 9pm but it?s really 830pm I chose the cookie and cream donut that was cold but tasted ok I also had the half and half regular corn dog it was good just a bit too oily for me. They had most of the tables closed off so I had to wait until someone stood up to even sit. I would say my 1st experience here wasn?t that good but maybe it was because I went a

Omg! Mochinut has the best donuts I've ever had! I purchased 1/2 dozen to try with my family. I also tried their rice hotdogs covered in potatoes and mozzarella cheese and the Boba Milk Tea! Amazingly guilty tasting and very filling. Stop by for a unique tasty treat because you won't regret it! ??

I was so excited to find a mochi donut place in Delaware! I'm a big fan of ube flavor so I was so excited they had ube donuts and ube boba. Prices were a bit steep, but it's comparable with other places with this type of food. I only wish they had more boba in the tea.

These were amazing!!! We ordered the Ube, Matcha, and Cookies and Cream. I personally felt that $3.00 for a donut is pretty expensive, but I will admit... they were REALLY REALLY tasty!! We also ordered the Coffee drink and Matcha drink. Again, kinda expensive in my opinion, but they were super delicious!! They are made fresh in-store and then seal a "soda can" cap on them. I was so excited to see a place with mochi donuts. They also have Korean style corn dogs and bubble tea. I highly recommend giving them a try. We've tried almost everything and it's all been delicious. All the staff is very friendly.

I am doordashing rn and i have to say this place SMELLS LIKE A URINALCAKE/ BATHROOM CLEANER. She clearly cleans the the whole restaurant w the same mop as the bathroom, kinda gross. Cute place for a quick donut. The freshly made ones that were served warm were ABSOLUTELY delicious!!!!! The matcha drink was refreshing. Yum!! ?? I?ll be back.

I wish they would fill up the milk tea to the top, since it was more expensive than near by boba spots. Donuts were good, I love the corn dogs. There was a small line so corn dogs took about 10 mins

These are the cutest donuts ever!!! Once you take a bite, the texture is really soft and chewy. The cereal one was my favourite, the crunchiness of the cereal balances out the rest of the donut. It?s also the prettiest one of you are going for aesthetics. Same with the pistachio. I saved one for the next day and it wasn?t as soft, so best to eat these the day of.

Mochi donuts were a unique treat! With a lightly crispy outside with such a soft inside, a delicate alternative to a donut. My daughter raved about the oreo and I enjoyed mine. I really liked the texture and feel of the donut. The look amazing and definitely have taste as well.

This is such a great addition to Main St! Came here for lunch with coworker and tried little bit of ?everything?. The mochi donuts were a new experience for me, loved the texture and bounciness of the donuts. Also tried the rice flour corn dogs - super delicious and best enjoyed on the spot (that goes for any corn dog though). The boba comes in this neat looking clear can, very eye catching packaging/design along with being delicious! Loved it, will certainly try again.

After trying a mochi donut from mochinut in California, I am hooked!!! The Newark, Delaware location is so close to my work place and I don?t need to drive to Philly to get my mochi donut crave satisfied. This location also offers bubble tea and rice cake hot dogs. The mochi donuts were just as scrumptious as I remembered. So chewy~ I was going to try the hot dogs, but they?re busy and I didn?t want to wait 20 mins.

Donuts are not fresh. The lady behind the counter was dipping donuts and putting them out. I asked if they were fresh and she said yes. Unfortunately, they were not fresh. She was dipping old donuts. Tasted horrible.

The food was amazing i love the mochinut ?? squishy bread is the best. the corn dog was good but im not really a corn dog person. the hot cheeto corn dog was sweet instead of spicy which i don?t mind but i did expect a spicy flavor! everything was good the peach mango has to be the one that was my favorite I LOVED it and i love the can!. place is clean and small very comforting. Got some mochi nut today, i get it pretty frequently as it is very tasty! Today on the other hand, I drank my ube milk tea and then saw this strange NASTY looking thing in my drink! Like what the freak is that??????? I thought maybe its a weird boba but that does not look like a boba?.. I am repulsed to say the least.

Do not come to the store on Sunday at 8:30 they close down. The 11-9pm opening hours is wrong. The middle age female worker locks the door and make sure no customer come in. But the food is alright especially their Ube donuts.

Yuck!! Opened the door and a strong burnt oil smell hits you in the face. Seems like they don?t have exhaust system in the kitchen. Went in as kids wanted to try the various dogs on the stick they have. Got the hot Cheetos- cheese and a potato-cheese. Never again. Batter had barely any flavor and it started falling off the stick in no time. Oh yes and flys were having their taste of the doughnuts behind the counter.

I did not rate the food because we walked in and it smelled like a port-a-potty and left right after. There were also bugs at the entrance as well. We were not greeted at all and the worker seemed to have an attitude.

Everything was so yummy! The donuts are very tasty and fresh, and the plain mozz hotdog was so delicious. We tried the regular milk tea and it's super sweet. Definitely want to come back and try more menu items! The staff was working quickly and were friendly too.

If you're looking for something new, Mochinut is a good bet. You can get a box of 6 with various flavors. Tastes great

I decided will not spent more money to get ring donuts to this place. Three times spent half dozen donuts but the last time horrible! Donuts old and stale inconsistent texture. Can?t stand the old lady work there so miserable I hope she?s not the owner ugh!!!

I don't get out much. So I was informed about this spot by a co-worker. My son likes Korean corn dogs, so we finally checked it out last week. Service was pretty cool. Laid back, tiny set up on the Main Street of UD. I got the coffee boba, and a Vietnamese mochinut donut, along with the Potato Mozzarella Dog. My son had the Hot Cheetos Original Hot Dog. One of the worst experiences..Went in for the 1st time and ordered a crispy ramen with complete mozzarella stick but when i cut the hot dog it is meat..Iam not a meat person and I strictly donot eat meat and , i clearly mentioned the cashier that i only want a mozzarella stick in the crispy ramen corndog and he said they would customize it, but looks like the kitchen staff messed it.. very very careless..Not worth the visit.

I visit this place about a year ago and we loved the donutss So i decided to doordash today because i didn't feel like driving 20 min. Doordash didn't take long it gave me a window of around 1 hr it took like 40 min. Anyway the donuts were horrible they were undercooked chewy kind of feeling also greasy seems like they were put back to the fryer . Anyway not ordering again from here. Also pretty expensive donuts. 40dls for 12 too much

The donuts here are so good! They are the perfect balance of chewy and soft and not too sweet. My favorite is the Vietnamese coffee or the matcha. The Korean corn dogs are also super yummy. Id reccomend the cheese potato one. I've never gone in and been greeted with something other than a smile, everyone who works there is so kind and patient. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Everything here is wonderful. The donuts are fantastic, the bubble tea in a can is a nice touch, and the corn dogs are amazing. The hot Cheetos one has a little bit of an oily red sludge on it so I wouldn't recommend that one but the regular cheese was amazing. Made up for the messiness of the other. My daughter loved the donuts and has been asking for them ever since!

Make sure you check your bank transactions after going here ! My receipt said $42 but when I looked at my transactions they actually took $50.40 . Imagine how many people they get over on ! Then when I brought it to there attention tried to argue me down about it ! Also food was a strong 5/10 no flavor to be honest but the Milk tea was good.

The donuts are cute and have a unique flavor and texture due to the rice flour used to make them. The matcha was delicious, but the strawberry was very sticky. It was a nice treat, but at about $4 per donut, I don't think this will become part of my regular routine.

Boba was good and the way they serve it in a sealed can is pretty cool. Donuts were good but not $30 a dozen good. There are no donuts in the world that are that good. Was not impressed at all by the hot dogs or cheese sticks. Very bland. May stop by for an occasional treat but that's it. Also...not a clean table in the place. Went last night for the soft opening. The food was delicious! Our favorite of the night was the cookies and cream donut. There was a very long wait, but it IS opening day/week, and with time and experience comes speed. I have zero doubt everything will be running smoothly once everything gets settled! Ordered the hot cheetos dog, potato dog, and ramen. Completely disappointed. The only thing good about it is how it looked. The donuts are really sweet. They're too sweet for my taste, honestly. I got the fruity pebble one which made sense sweet and then I got the pistachio one and I couldn't finish that one. Amazing bubble tea, I had Ube flavour, and my friend had the Coffee flavour. I liked that it wasn't too sweet, and fun little soda top they pop on the plastic bottle is cute! We used to live in Japan where there was a Mr. Donut that sold mochi donuts. I?ve missed them so much. I was so happy when I found Mochinut! We always stop in when we?re in the area. That pistachio donut is soooo good!

I expected more from a $3.50 donut and a shop that is only days old. Very few flavors available compared to what flavors are posted online. The staff and establishment were great, cool, clean, and easy to find a seat and get help. I'll be trying again after the "new" wears off.

Underwhelmed, by a lot. The thai tea was tasty, and the donuts seemed well made, but neither justified their price points. The brown sugar boba tasted like i was just drinking molasses, again, not justifying the price, especially with plenty of other boba places in town. The store was clean and service was quick and nice, but it didn?t make up for the product.

The donuts have terrific flavor and a little less sweet than your typical donut that?s doused with sugar glazes and fillings. There is just enough on these beautiful crown-like fried dough delectables with a fabulous chewy texture. Plus, they stay fresh even to the next day. I was thrilled with these treats! Also, they put their boba drinks (brown sugar?yum!) in these clear plastic bottles with an aluminum cap like a soda pop or canned beer. It?s a refreshing new way to enjoy dessert. Unable to fully express how unhappy I am. All I can say is that I have a terrible experience with the services and food. I can forgive a not so great food, but I cannot forgive a rude person. Based on the previous reviews about this particular individual, it seems like you guys have failed to train your personnel or just keep inviting rude people to work for you. Donuts are great but service can be improve. It took a long while to get our Boba drink because we have to wait for cashier to finish the long line of customer. I'll give it a pass for now. It looks like they need additional manpower for efficient service.

Not thrilled. I had just had my first mochi doughnut in Philly a week or two prior and loved them. The ones we got here tasted very greasy and the flavors were very conventional, and they cost $1/donut more than Philly. The matcha boba and their cute bottle/cups (and nice service) saved the day

Mochinut is so delicious! My only complaint is the price...I know inflation is effecting everyone these days but $30 for a dozen mochinuts is a little high. But the mochi may be expensive...I'm not sure. But onto the good things. The mochinuts stay moist and sponchy even if you leave them out for a while. The flavors are delicious and it tastes just like a donut, but better! The Boba Coffee is delicious and goes with the sweetness of the mochinuts. I still have yet to try the mozzarella and corn dog sticks.

THE WORST customer service I have ever had in my entire life. The women who was preparing the donuts (going to assume was either the manager or owner) was incredibly rude! If I could give no stars I would Will never return to this establishment again nor will any of my family/friends!

Been there 4 times and 3 of those 4 times I?ve had to wait more than 30 minutes for a few corn dogs while watching other customers constantly come in after me receiving the same corn dogs I ordered b4 me. Yes I?m black. Most of the customers being served b4 me were either non poc or a lighter skin tone than me. Just left there and waited 45 minutes for 2 corn dogs and someone who came in at least 10 minutes after me received the EXACT corn dog my gf just ordered. These donuts are beyond awesome! I don't eat hot dogs so I ordered the mozzy stuffed one and had it rolled in ramen. HEAVEN. The awesome brown sugar Boba was the perfect compliment.

It was a really cute shop with great customer service, was really helpful with questions I had and the corndogs were amazing. Although they did mess up my order and gave me two hot Cheeto corndogs instead of one hot Cheeto and one original. Other than that it was a perfect experience

100% going here again, great staff and quick service considering they were packed. Blueberry donut is my favorite, and the corndogs are out of this world. I love this little spot, I hope others do too!
