Mochinut College Station

To be honest, I feel disappointed. :/ I went today, Saturday night at 9:30 PM. The mochinuts were delicious and boba tea as well. Here's the problem. I ordered Hot Cheetos Hot Dogs because the person said it was the only flavor they had at the moment, but when I received it, it was only the Rice Hot Dog. I came back to tell them that my order was wrong and they said they would change it to the Hot Cheetos, but they only put spicy mayo on top and added the hot cheetos powder. Tried this place tonight and was really impressed. The workers were friendly and explained everything to us and even offered us a free sample. We tried the hot dogs with potato which was amazing and the donuts as well. We will definitely be back to try the drinks

The food is amazing it?s why I keep coming back, but the cashier and the lady who does the corn dogs can?t not communicate because of language barriers, after waiting for 45 minutes for 1 corn dog. My order was wrong. But because I had to be somewhere and didn?t intend for my order to take so long to make I couldn?t go back and say something. I had asked for a hot cheeto mozzarella hot dog and they gave me rice, granted it?s good but I paid for the hot cheeto and had been craving it for a while.

I was SO excited for this to open!! We got the Churro, chocolate, and funnel cake donuts. We came again and had mango, caramel, and original glaze. The texture is AMAZING! They aren?t too sweet either, really enjoyed them! We got a half and half hotdog. Personally, I probably won?t get that again. It was too sweet for my personal liking.

Had such a good experience tonight! Was greeted by the owner! He explained to me the differences in mochi and why mochinuts stands out. He even offered a sample! I love the food and drinks here. I tried Mochinut in Seattle, and I was really happy to see one open up in Cstat. They have around 3-4 mochinut flavours that switch around every week or so, which gives you some variety. I mainly go for the Rice Hotdog with the Cheeto dust. Be prepared to wait up to 20 mins, though, as they make the Rice hotdogs fresh each time. I've had some issues with my order being wrong sometimes where I ordered the Rice hotdog, but I ended up getting cheese inside. So be sure to double

Very good variety of donuts, I liked the caramel and blueberry the best. It is a little chewier than basic donuts which I liked. I think the brownie flavor was the least enjoyable, it wasn't interesting. The corn dogs are good tasting, however some people can find this expensive for just a corn dogs.

Maybe they are just having a rocky start, but It looks like they were having issues with the air conditioning. It had a some people inside and it looked clean. It?s very small. Barely any decor. They only had 6 flavors available at the time, so we got one of each. They are $4 for each so they are expensive but they were good. Workers weren?t super friendly but I don?t blame them with how uncomfortable must feel to work like that. Parking wasn?t an issue.

I came here with my mom the first time I visited, and we loved the mochinuts! We tried the original glazed, the cinnamon sugar, and the black sesame flavors. We liked them a lot! The texture is really unique and I?m obsessed. I came here again today to study and got the brown sugar milk tea. It comes in a cute can, which is fun! Worker was rude didn?t say ?you?re welcome? after I said thank you! the normal one was burn the cheese was burnt and the cheese came out from behind and it had a hole I?ve tried the second one was not any better at all. the corn dogs were way smaller than advertised and the potato one it didn?t have enough potatoes like it did in the picture on the website. We ordered the strawberry funnel donut, an original donut, and a milk tea. The service was great, despite it being so hot in there. Their AC must be out because it was like 90 degrees in there. It's finally open! Donuts were fresh and the flavors were vibrant. They have a funnel cake sort of texture with a pleasant chewiness. We got the half & half corn dog with hot cheeto dust which my 15yr old described as magical. Openings are tough, glad they finally made it. Hopefully they solve the over flowing trash, hand wrtten sauce bottles and sticky table problem sooner rather than later. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

I tried the grapefruit orange fruitade? it was a little too tart for me. My companion had the Sweet Potato Milk Tea, and she said it was very sweet. The best thing we tried was the raspberry funnel cake mochinut? delicious!!!! I wanted to try the rice hot dogs, but we were unsure if they were gluten free.

We tried all three of the savory options. Hotdog, cheese stick, and half/half with potatos. They were okay. I probably would not get the hotdog option again. They were very filling. I didn't try the boaba or the desserts. I recommend that you give it a try. The people were very friendly and polite.

Extremely overpriced, very small portions. We ordered 6pack of mochinut, 1corndog, and 1 drink for 25$. It was really good food, but just not enough to justify the price. The drink was half ice which takes the value for money down. The place was also a bit messy. Best value is corn dog.

This is a really cute place! They have a rotating menu, I think everything switches out every two weeks. When I went in, they had matcha, mango, caramel, strawberry funnel cake, glazed, and churro. My favorite was the caramel. The mochinut was light and fluffy, the icing was sweet on top! The guys behind the counter were pretty cool, they let us know about how you can request flavors on their Instagram. They also let us take pictures of the mochinuts at the counter.

The donuts were a delight! We really enjoyed them. It's their first week so it was a bit slow since there was quite a bit of demand, and not quite enough donuts being made. These are good! My first rice doughnuts. I don't like doughnuts, usually, but these have some texture and chewiness that make them better. They're very sweet, so it's good that we had them for dessert. The corn dogs are really good. There's even cheese ones w/o meat.

Dropped by for the first time and had a great experience--they seemed to have worked out the initial issues (AC was fine, everything was clean, had great service). The mozzarella stick was amazing! Walking into this quaint donut shop, I wasn?t quite sure what to expect. Mochi? Is that a type of tea? Boba? What is this, freakin? Star Wars? However, my initial trepidation turned out to be misguided to the maximum possible extent. This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in quite a while. The donuts were hot and cooked to absolute perfection and the drinks were the perfect mix of decadent and energizing. I shall be returning as often as possible!

Mochinut is a hidden gym off of wellborn road. Me and my roomie are almost at the ?the usual????? relationship. 10/10 would recommend.

The service and atmosphere of Mochinut was great and sitting in there was enjoyable. Unfortunately my corndog was raw on the inside. I got the Potato Mozzarella and the mozzarella was cold and hard but around it was a sweet, raw, batter. The potato's were cooked perfectly though. The ube boba was really thick and there was only a little bit of boba and the tapioca was small in size.

Very okay donuts. Not worth the price. Servers were very slow at serving anything that wasn't the already-made donuts. Place also seemed to have no AC, which was awful. Honestly, I felt they shouldn't even be allowed to be open without AC now that the days are getting warmer.

Made a trip to Aggieland for a college visit and this place really hit the spot. The Mochi-nut balls were amazeballs! If our kid gets in we'll definitely be making this place a regular.
