Mochinut Bothell

I?ve never visited the shop in person, but I?ve ordered through a food delivery app, and I absolutely love their mochi donuts! They?re perfectly chewy and not overly sweet?just right. The 3-donut box is the perfect weekend treat. I've ordered a couple of times and enjoy that they change the flavors from time to time.

We love coming to Mochinut! Their doughnuts are out of this world!! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and patient. We will definitely come back to try the Boba.

Ulvi is awesome! He is always so patient and explains all the new flavors! He and his staff are always very kind and have service with a smile! The mochinuts are DELICIOUS and don?t forget to add one of milk teas too! They are handmade! Everything is made to order! Thanks Ulvi! ?? ??

We tried 6 different flavors of donuts. Good if you like things that taste like pure sugar. Other people have complained about the service, but it seemed fine. They have an automatic ordering system, so you don't interact with the workers much, but they were friendly enough. There were some menu items we wanted to try that were out of stock.

I?ve never been here before today. Mochinut has exceeded my expectations. The donuts were soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. The rice dogs were so so good especially the potato cheese one. And the cups for the boba are so cute. The cookies and cream boba is to die for. Sawyer helped me out and was so good at recommending things to me! She had very good costumer service.

The food was delicious. I got the half cheese, half beef corn dog with potatoes and the sweet chili sauce. It was very tasty and the cheese was so good and stringy, perfect cheese pull! I also got the honeydew boba and that was also yummy and refreshing! Only thing it needs is more tables/chairs. I want to try the donuts next time too, they looked delicious and freshly made.

The donuts were good we didn't love the flavors they had. The service is interesting because you order on an ipad/big screen and then get a text when your order is ready. Even if no one is in there so you don't interact with the workers much. We had never been to this location and we were the only people in there and the 2 workers just stared at as while we were clearly unsure what to do they didn't say anything at all....

I?m super impressed by this location?s employees! I reserved an order through the Too Good To Go app, and I unfortunately missed the pickup window yesterday when something came up. I called this morning asking if by chance they still had the order, and they said I was still welcome to pick it up. Do here's the thing, the other mochinuts are wonderful, and while the staff tried my visit here was less than desirable. I ordered on the screen-super efficient, but it was pretty much all down hill from there. My drinks were incorrect, they were out of milk alternative (that I paid extra for) and then they gave my food order to another patron and chased me out to my car to ask for it back. Tried mochinut donut for the first time and they are so scrumptious. I liked caramel churro, Strawberry and mango with coconut topping. Ordering is quite easy and the serving is quick and orderly. Tried chicken corn dog and its perfectly made, crispy outside and juicy meat inside. Tried ube boba with lychee and cotton candy with crystal boba, and we loved it. Soft serve is very nice. Tried this place a few days ago and tried their mochi balls. Reminds me of Mochizada at Napoleon?s on Maui. If you ever had Mochizada, it?s not the same. My family usually gets Mochinut once a week but over the past couple months we have noticed the new hires that by far are lacking training. They lack customer service and work ethic they often look annoyed to be doing orders, I?ve even noticed them on their phones or sitting/napping at the tables. We ordered panner Tikka corn dog and mozzarella corn dog with spices cheetos, along with some fresh mochinut! Honestly, panner Tikka is not even close to panner Tikka, it's simply bland paneer with some sweetness (do not order). Absolutely love these mochinut donuts, and my fav is Nutella with almond flakes topping, Mango with coconut, and strawberry and dirty churro...and...the list goes on. My kid loved the mozzarella cheese corn dog and it's super delicious. Got Thai tea Boba and Cotton candy Boba, and all that my kids have to say is Awesome sauce. The staff is friendly, and I love that they have lots of games to play if you decide to stay for a while. The donuts can be kinda hit or miss, sometimes you get fresh donuts, and other times it feels like they?ve been sitting out for a few hours which really affects the flavor and texture. These donuts are probably one of my favorite donuts. I wish they were closer to me. Definitely not the normal donut but 10000% worth going to try out. They have all kinds of stuff on their menu I want to try too. They switch the donut flavors every week. Delicious.. My kids on the other hand...they weren't too fond of the donuts...more for me. But if you're trying to find a different kind of donut this is the place to go.

Delicious mochi donuts and fantastic service! Donuts are just the perfect blend of sweetness and chewiness. Service was top notch- there was issues with their payments system and the nice gentleman behind the counter gave me a couple of donuts on the house. We will be back for sure!

Mochi- Donuts, Korean corn dogs, bubble tea and customer service are top notch! I?m embarrassed to say I?ve been there 3 times in a week but couldn?t help myself!! If you?ve never had a Korean Corn Dog, I highly recommend stopping here. These dogs are THICC and deep fried, so don?t expect a normal sized corn dog. They?re covered in potato squares, or hot Cheetos. Some have a dog in the middle, and others are filled with straight cheese. Yup, ALL cheese. Good selection of boba ?? and they have lots of doughnut flavors as well. But make sure to get yourself a DOG.

I?m not really sure what the fuss is about the donuts. They are ok. My son did like the half hot dog/cheese & the drink. They are very pricey for my taste.

Such an amazing place for a donut! Mochi donuts are made with rice flour so they are chewier than your normal donut, and you can totally tell - this store makes the best donuts and the flavors are so good! Plus the Boba drinks and Korean hot dogs are delicious. You won't regret visiting. Not to mention, the staff is so kind and friendly! Well worth taking the time to stop by!

First of all, I have to apologize for posting this review a few days late. Bothell mochinut opened on the last day of my mother in law's short visit to WA. I would love to give my mother in law a chance to taste this unique and delicious donut, I went in just before closing time and the lady who received me was very nice and after hearing my purpose she gave me a kind surprise . Thanks so much for her help, my mother-in-law tasted this very, very good donut. Recommend to all friends in the area

The food was nasty except for the donuts. Also the workers were serving the people behind us before us & they literally would get there 10mins after us which makes no sense why couldn?t you just give us our drinks & donuts that you had there on the other side of the window?

Cute, quiet little shop with a fun photo wall. Corn dogs were okay. Doughnuts are so good. If you are planning to pick up an order, DO NOT PREORDER ONLINE ? even using the link on their site, which is what I used? unless you want to pay around $5-10 more than just ordering in-store and waiting a little. Seriously, a half dozen online is nearly the price of a full dozen in-store which was super annoying to find out when I got there.

It's alright, many other boba places top this place by miles. There's even a boba place no less than a 3 minute walk from here across the street that I prefer more. A doughnut shop that doesn?t open until 11am? So after waiting in the parking lot for the doors to open, I walked in ready to order one of everything but was ignored. After watching a guy unpack boxes on the floor for 3 minutes, I left. Not sure what these people expect from customers but I was left with nothing to experience here.

Mochinut was delicious and addicting. Money well spent for the best dessert. They were not too sweet but have unique flavor, it makes you reach for more! Have the opportunity to met one of the owners, and she was so sweet and friendly. So happy this place is open in Bothell, no need to drive to Seattle anymore for this tasty treats.

Been visiting here but and was ok. But no improvement regarding the flavors. I wish they can improve the flavors of the donuts like the combination compared to other mochinuts. The place is quite nice but not kept well maintained. The restroom especially is not kept cleaned.

The employees put away the glazes before they closed. Multiple customers came in on a Saturday night to get donuts and they were out of everything except a bunch of plain donuts to which they didn?t have glaze for. The employees even allowed us to place orders knowing they were out of everything so we had to request a refund. Multiple customers came in walked out. Was looking forward to enjoying this new business in Bothell, but left a bad taste and don?t think I?ll be back.

Super friendly staff, I came here driving through the strip mall. Decided to stop in and check it out. Hrishita was at the register and helped me. She was wonderful and walked me through all the options. 100% sold me on the food and I walked out with a complete lunch order. Staff like this, that cares, is integral to a well run establishment. I love the flavors and the different types of food. It?s also really aesthetic to take cute pictures for social media. The 2 times I have come to this place I have left disappointed, I placed an order on their website 5 hours in advance and they cancelled the order 30 minutes before I picked it up and the only thing they told me is that they are no longer allowed to make more donuts at this time when clearly the order was placed well in advance, do not even come to this place, they are not serious or professional, a huge scam!!

Ordering is very easy and fast. To be honest, i tried pack of donuts to go, passion fruit and Nutella almond. I found them very soft and chewy. My child likes Nutella mix but he also didn't like it. Came here for the donuts & drinks for dessert. Meh. The kids will like it, it's sugar. Semi premixed drinks and tiny air filled donut holes. Didn't try the hotdogs, but wouldn't eat a hotdog for a meal, perhaps a passing-by mid-day-snack kinda place. Nice staff. Two tiny tables with board games that could barely fit on them. Not a lot of foot traffic in the area to justify comfortable seating for a small finger-food place I suppose.

This is a must stop at our every visit to Bothell. Kids love the atmosphere and the flavors, my elder one plays the games with me while we wait. I recently visited this establishment, I tried the food and rated it 1 through 10. First, the customer service was excellent. They greeted me at the door with a smile and were helpful recommending items I was not familiar with. For the mochi donut, I got the mango and churro. The mango was sweet and had a natural, fresh taste. The churro was the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar with a complementary caramel glaze. This place is honestly my new favorite! I've been a fan of Mochinuts and was so glad that a store opened close by. I've been watching the store like a hawk waiting for it to open. THIS IS SUCH A CUTE SPOT FOR TRYING MOCHIDONUTS! I have visited the Seattle location before and now very thankful for one closer to me. There are a lot of options for food and I recommend trying donuts and ricedogs for sure! Customer service is always on point and will be coming back again.

I usually visit this location, but for the past few times I've ordered my Matcha Milk Tea it has been sour as if it has started going bad. Today (11/21) was the second time I had the same issue and ended up having to drive back and complain about my drink. I came in last week and the food was good, but I was honestly disgusted by how I witnessed the owner treating his employees! They were all being yelled at in front of customers. Sai and her husband(?) were SO friendly! My husband and I drove into the parking lot and our jaws DROPPED when we realized we?ve got a Mochinut in our area. So it made the experience all the more wonderful to have someone so joyful and kind helping us.
