Customer Reviews

The size of the sandwich shrunk significantly. They also use less pork sung and ham now. I used to be a loyal customer for their sandwiches, but the size is the deal breaker.

May and Katheryn did a wonderful job for my first time ever visiting this location. The store was very pleasant. When I first walked in they greeted me with such positive enthusiasm. Thank you for your wonderful customer support. Keep up the great work!

Our first time trying donuts here! Did not hear of this joint in the PNW. You have the option of ordering online and picking it up here. Tried the Ube donut and the cr?me br?l?e. It does standout from the traditional ones. Not too sweet and not too dense. Will definitely be back to try some other flavors. Good service and there is enough space to work or spend some time at the cafe.

Our dojo has been visiting this spot for over 3 years, and it?s become a favorite gathering spot and to get DELICOUS donuts. After traveling to Japan 3 times and enjoying mochi donuts there, this place offers the closest taste we?ve found in Pleasanton and Dublin. We even hosted an event here with our students, enjoying their delicious Boba drinks, donuts, and desserts. Highly recommend! ?????

We went here for a school fundraiser. The drinks, I thought were way too sweet for me. But I like less sweet drinks.. There was an error made on a drink and they gave it to me for free , that was really nice. I probably won?t buy a sweet drink for me but my kids loved this so we will surely come back for a donut and drink.

We had Mochiholic donuts at our wedding and the mochi donuts were a huge crowd pleaser! Eugena worked with us through numerous emails to sort out the details and recommend dessert table layouts. We had five flavors of donuts and saw many guests returning to the dessert table to try out all the flavors. We highly recommend Mochiholic catering for a special event or stopping by for delicious donuts any day!

Stopped here without checking the reviews. Regretted buying stuff here. I bought a custard which was an unset liquid milky mixture. When I asked them if this was the consistency since they mentioned it was a cr?me br?l?e custard, he said it is in between a pudding and a custard?which apparently is a liquid? It?s more in between a liquid and a semi liquid. And when I mentioned this was custard consistency he just ignored me. Also got the cr?me br?l?e black tea. There are so many better places out there, I h

for a nice Sunday, we really enjoyed our connamon and sugar and the strawberry mochi donuts. Deliciuos way to start the afternoon!

Saw the adorable holiday mochi donuts and had to go see for myself. Ordered: ?? Black sesame (my all-time fav) ??White peach Santa ?? Salted caramel Reindeer ?? Black milk tea Go check them out, not sure how much longer they'll have the holiday ones

One of my favorite boba shops! I love their creme Brule as it's not too sweet. The donuts are always fresh and have a nice variety of toppings.

I found about this Mochi Donut shop on FB, I decided to go to try out a few Ube items but unfortunately they were out of all the Ube items. So I ended up ordering the strawberry lemonade, Grapefruit Honey Crema Fruit Tea and the Mango Ice Cream Mochi Creme Brulee. The Mango Ice Cream Mochi Creme Brulee was so good I wanted to go back and get some more. The other items were decent not bad but I think the baristas forgot the crema on the tea it didn?t have it. I will definitely go back and try the Ube items

I had mochiholic donuts several times before and it is my favorite mochi donut in East Bay! The mochi donuts are so fluffy & chewy. The flavors are just delicious. I tried: oreo, matcha, lychee, cinnamon, strawberry & mango. My favorites are strawberry & mango. I also ordered passion fruit peach green tea with rainbow jelly (25%). The drink was perfect for me. Just a tad of sweetness with sour passionfruit. Although there were only 2 people working at that time, I got my drink & a box of 6 mochi donuts in

My son loves Thai milk tea here and they do pretty good with variations in the sweet or customer needs. They have good doughnuts with good offers for regular customers which makes it reasonable at times to offord.

Early morning, no customer, order 3 drinks, took 10 minutes. Tea is average. Donuts is kind of expensive, but they sell mix that u can do it at home interesting!

Their mochi donuts are very good and cr?me br?l?e is definitive. I also recommend their passion fruit boba drink. This place is worth a try.

I really like the Boba drinks here so someone bought me a gift card for Valentine?s Day, but I really wish I was able to use the gift card to place my online order that would?ve been very convenient

Great place for an afternoon snack with friends. The drinks and mochi donuts we got tasted fresh.

The mochi donut here are incredible soft and chewy. Warm and fresh, love the sesame, pumpkin and lychee favor ~

My daughter and I went because I was craving BoBa and there it was.Nice clean restaurant. We where greeted by a young guy working behind the register. We placed our order on a kiosk it was easy and fast.We got our drinks they where so esthetic and delicious. We both asked for less sugar and they where. Also the mochi donuts where also delicious. The ambience was chill.Customers came and went. They do have alot of business but they are quick.will definitely come back!

Freshly made mochi donuts. Some thing about Japanese donuts that I am trying to get accustomed to. My family just loves them. I guess iam just an old fashion Stans donuts guy. As always post wherever your palate takes you.

I called to order donuts and was rudely told to order online, which I did. And then when I went to pick up the donuts they added a surcharge because the website had the wrong pricing on the donuts. I never authorized them to charge the surcharge. If they had called and informed me I would have felt different but they did it themselves. Not good business practice.

We had the peach, Nutella, and lychee donuts. The last two were definitely special for Easter. The texture of the donuts themselves were so smooth and chewy somehow moist, making other mochi donuts I've tried seem dry and overcooked. The flavors were all delicious and strong but not overpowering at all. We already want to go again!

Black Seasame -Matcha -Strawberry ($9.00 - for an assortment of 3 flavors) i was on my way with my mom to @99ranchmarket when we saw mochiholic so we decided to buy some to try! from the three flavors i liked matcha ?? the best bc overall the sweetness was so well balanced. strawberry ?? is my second favorite since it reminds me a lot of strawberry pocky with a bit more tartness but in a sense it was still pretty sweet so that's what made it a second for me. the black sesame was good but not my favorite

We normally drive here from Fremont, but it will definitely be our last. Mochi donuts are fine and I?m saying fine because unless you are promoting you do not get what you see. There has been many many times I have to request for the decoration that goes in the middle for many of the donuts. Most of the time it?s usually a decorated marshmallow, but it should absolutely not be something I request on the side. With someone with kids it?s a must that they look identical to what I?m looking at in your selectio

Mochiholic shares the same space with Bobafinitea. The mochi donuts were soft and delicious, especially the Dark Knight donut.

Overhyped and overpriced!! Skip this place!!! Hands-down - NO RETURN. Nothing is fresh here! This place is no Mister Donut. Stopped in when they first opened Friday A.M. Donut was not fresh, cold to touch. Tasted like it was fried in oil that needed to be changed 5 days ago. I saw that they had taro milkshake, but wanted to make sure it was fresh (like TP Tea) so I asked. Owner confirmed it was so I ordered it. I took a sip, the drink was sour. The taro had spoiled!!! She asked if she can make me a new

Walked in, no welcome. No customers were inside, we ordered a shaved ice and it took 15 minutes. There was nobody else in the store. The ice was solid, barely soft like shaved ice should be. The strawberries and flavor saved it but the ice and presentation made it hard to enjoy.

Can't say anything about service as I went thru DoorDash for this order. Tried the mochi donuts because of the good reviews but bit into my first donut (matcha flavored) and could taste "old oil". It was quite a disappointment. The choco oreo and black sesame were more acceptable as it helped mask the apparent old oil taste. I got it for coworkers and was embarrassed to offer them to try the 6 sampler I got.

Picked up a too good to go order here and received a six pack of donuts. Only one donut was stale. My fav was fruity pebble and a pumpkin flavored donut

The best tasting donuts in Pleasanton. If you haven't had Japanese mochi donuts, you must try them.

Good donuts but even better service. The server noticed that we were avoiding certain flavors due to personal dietary restrictions (bacon bits) and he then informed us which other flavors had gelatin. Lots of places would overlook this detail but I really value how this store paid attention to it. Definitely am coming back.

It was my first time. I ordered the Oreo boba drink and the milk tea. When I was ordering, there was not a option for size so they just gave us a very large amount. The total was astonishing! 16 dollars for 2 boba drinks. $8 each. Also it was very bitter and it was not flavorful at all. Not ordering ever again. ??

I've heard so much about these mochi donuts and thanks to Yelp's Elite event I was finally able to try them! The moment you walk into Mochiholic, you'll be greeted by the friendliest staff! Everyone here is so cheerful and helpful. It took only a few minutes to prep my order and I would have gladly waited longer for what they handed me - the cutest holiday box filled with 6 seasonally-decorated, mochi donuts. And, they were warm! The best part about Mochiholic, is that you'll receive your donuts fresh and m

I've been coming in since launch. Their mochi donuts are amazing their chocolate oreo and strawberry donuts are super sweet and have lots of flavor. I usually order online, but I really love that they also added tables and chairs to sit down. A good place to chill and hangout with friends during the weekday after work :) Tip: check online for any discount codes for the kiosk or online ordering.

We loved it here! They put on a summer class for kids to learn how to make mochi donuts. So much fun! The donuts are so yummy! We also ordered boba after the class and that was so good too! We got the Oreo milk tea!

A perfect place that you can grab bubble tea, desert and mochi donuts! The mochi donuts have a lot of flavors. I like the Oreo one best. Love the fruit tea and matcha mango latte. All freshly made mango! Perfect if you want to take a break from your busy shopping day at the outlet!

They are definitely overpriced. $7.5 for 2 small skinny donuts. There?s even an operation fee. I don?t know what is it for? The taste is okay, but you can find better places.

Waited 45 mins for my 3 donuts and 1 drink! One of the staff was handling my donuts without wearing gloves and argued she washed her hands before. She was clearly handling so many things and didn't wash her hands, because the sink is on the other side and she didn't go to that side before touching my donuts. This was just a soft opening, imagine the grand opening? No SOP in placed and they are overwhelmed with the amount of ordered. The glazed is also very sweet overpowered the real flavor. Not coming bac

For our wedding reception, instead of having a wedding cake, we ordered 300 mochi donuts from Mochiholic! The catering process was smooth - they dropped off the donuts directly to our venue and our wedding coordinator was able to set them up nicely. We got strawberry, matcha, black sesame, Oreo, cinnamon sugar, and pineapple flavors - and they were a HUGE hit with our guests!! Everyone loved the mochi donuts, with many people trying to taste all the flavors. Thank you Mochiholic for providing one of our fav

First time here and I ordered 2 drinks and 3 mochi donuts. strawberries , tiramisu ,cr?me br?l?e . These were all good ! Soft and warm and chewy But 4stars because of price and customer service. I think need to more friendly if they can. Not too uncomfortable for me but not really good for everyone.

This was first experience of Mochi donuts and I am pleasantly surprised! The donuts were light and the shape allowed it to be easily shared. The people working were so nice and surprised us with 3 free donuts for the first 30 customers. This allowed us to try even more flavors. Was not disappointed with any of them, though the Dark Knight (oreo) was my favorite!

Very poor organization, and very little consideration for their customers time or meeting deadlines. Prior to a meeting at work, I decided to treat some coworkers to some snacks in the late morning, so I ordered 6 mochi donuts and a drink. I ordered online for pick-up. It took 15 minutes to receive an ETA for these donuts. The estimate was eventually for 40 minutes later, just for 6 donuts and a drink. I get to Mochiholic 10 minutes after the ETA, they scramble once I give them my name and THEN they start

I love their mochi donuts here! All of the flavors are on point. My favorite is strawberry. They have a new flavor right now called Mitarashi and tastes exactly like the mochi (dango) they have in Japan. Donuts comes out warm too. Expect long lines during the weekend so should take advantage of their on line ordering system.

Very very rude!!! This business signed up for an app called Too Good To Go, sold food via the app and then canceled while in route to pickup. Admitted they canceled, cause they could, and would offer nothing for the troubles of paying and driving to pickup the food.

Cinnamon sugar donuts are great and I get them every time. However, the creme brulee milk tea was terrible, it has no flavor. Customer service isn?t very great and the only reason I will be back is for the cinnamon sugar donuts

Fresh mochi donuts and delicious drinks! We?ll keep coming back.

TGTG order review. Received three donuts and two boba drinks. Delicious and good value! Service was friendly too. Will come back.

Cute Mochi Donuts! They also have boba here too. The pearls were top quality, but the flavors were a tad too unique for our liking.

The donuts are delicious and I'm glad there's a store that sells them in East Bay. I've always loved desserts made with mochi flour, chewier than regular flour.

The food was great, the service was great. They were having a party inside, so we ordered and left, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Good donuts, yummy Boba - bad service. Greeting customers upon arrival should be a priority but I didn't get that, also I said hello to one of the employees and she looked at me and didn't say anything. Sad.

These mochi donuts are really great. I got Strawberry and matcha donuts. they also serve boba with a wide variety of drink options.

I dont really give many reviews. But this place really deserve one. We arrived here after the store was closed but the crew took the time to serve us with an amazing boba drink. I would recommend every one to give this place a try. ??

I was hoping from a shop that exclusively sells Mochi Donuts that they would be really good.... but they're not. These are average. To me, the Mochi Donuts from Paris Baguette are better.

My kids love donuts and they various boba options to try.

I really wanted to try this place and they are the only ?donut ? type shop I found open on a Monday. Unfortunately I only had cash and they don?t take cash. What a missed opportunity.

Great quality donuts! My personal favorite was the matcha donut, chewy and fresh.

Their doughnuts are very yummy and, sweet and near us too. ??

The donuts were old and dried out, they must have been at least a month old. Appalling.

Wow! These donuts were so good. I especially liked the Oreo one :)

Always a great experience with friendly customer service and quality food. Love this place!

Good stuff, just what the doctor ordered

Great Mochi donuts with lots of flavors to choose from!

So good, so yummy. Order ahead if you're in a rush.

Great experience getting my order and food is tasty!

Long wait, high price, cold served ???? I thought the long wait was for making it fresh hot but I was wrong :(. Never come back

Horribly overpriced! Food quality is awful for the price.

I wrote no sugar. They probably cannot read. I think I might get diabetes.

So soft and not overly sweet. Love them!

Really good mochi donuts and made fresh

I love their Mochi Donuts.

The peach donuts are delicious!

New store but dirty ????

(Translated by Google) Waiting for the store to open today, I was the first customer and ordered 2 drinks. Among them, creme brulee - brown sugar milk (boba included) was bought last time and I thought it tasted good. I didn't know if it was a mistake or the taste had changed. It was originally milk + brown sugar pearls, but this time I drank milk tea + brown sugar pearls. This drink was too sweet. Originally, it was not sweet but fragrant with brown sugar flavor. I called the store clerk and the reply was
