The size of the sandwich shrunk significantly. They also use less pork sung and ham now. I used to be a loyal customer for their sandwiches, but the size is the deal breaker.

Our first time trying donuts here! Did not hear of this joint in the PNW. You have the option of ordering online and picking it up here. Tried the Ube donut and the cr?me br?l?e. It does standout from the traditional ones. Not too sweet and not too dense. Will definitely be back to try some other flavors. Good service and there is enough space to work or spend some time at the cafe.

Our dojo has been visiting this spot for over 3 years, and it?s become a favorite gathering spot and to get DELICOUS donuts. After traveling to Japan 3 times and enjoying mochi donuts there, this place offers the closest taste we?ve found in Pleasanton and Dublin. We went here for a school fundraiser. The drinks, I thought were way too sweet for me. But I like less sweet drinks.. There was an error made on a drink and they gave it to me for free , that was really nice. I probably won?t buy a sweet drink for me but my kids loved this so we will surely come back for a donut and drink.

We had Mochiholic donuts at our wedding and the mochi donuts were a huge crowd pleaser! Eugena worked with us through numerous emails to sort out the details and recommend dessert table layouts. We had five flavors of donuts and saw many guests returning to the dessert table to try out all the flavors. Stopped here without checking the reviews. Regretted buying stuff here. I bought a custard which was an unset liquid milky mixture. When I asked them if this was the consistency since they mentioned it was a cr?me br?l?e custard, he said it is in between a pudding and a custard?which apparently is a liquid? One of my favorite boba shops! I love their creme Brule as it's not too sweet. The donuts are always fresh and have a nice variety of toppings.

I found about this Mochi Donut shop on FB, I decided to go to try out a few Ube items but unfortunately they were out of all the Ube items. So I ended up ordering the strawberry lemonade, Grapefruit Honey Crema Fruit Tea and the Mango Ice Cream Mochi Creme Brulee. The Mango Ice Cream Mochi Creme Brulee was so good I wanted to go back and get some more. The other items were decent not bad but I think the baristas forgot the crema on the tea it didn?t have it. I had mochiholic donuts several times before and it is my favorite mochi donut in East Bay! The mochi donuts are so fluffy & chewy. The flavors are just delicious. I tried: oreo, matcha, lychee, cinnamon, strawberry & mango. My favorites are strawberry & mango. I also ordered passion fruit peach green tea with rainbow jelly (25%). The drink was perfect for me. My son loves Thai milk tea here and they do pretty good with variations in the sweet or customer needs. They have good doughnuts with good offers for regular customers which makes it reasonable at times to offord.

My daughter and I went because I was craving BoBa and there it was.Nice clean restaurant.We where greeted by a young guy working behind the register.We placed our order on a kiosk it was easy and fast.We got our drinks they where so esthetic and delicious. I called to order donuts and was rudely told to order online, which I did. And then when I went to pick up the donuts they added a surcharge because the website had the wrong pricing on the donuts. I never authorized them to charge the surcharge. If they had called and informed me I would have felt different but they did it themselves. Not good business practice.

We had the peach, Nutella, and lychee donuts. The last two were definitely special for Easter. The texture of the donuts themselves were so smooth and chewy somehow moist, making other mochi donuts I've tried seem dry and overcooked. The flavors were all delicious and strong but not overpowering at all. We already want to go again!

We normally drive here from Fremont, but it will definitely be our last. Mochi donuts are fine and I?m saying fine because unless you are promoting you do not get what you see. There has been many many times I have to request for the decoration that goes in the middle for many of the donuts. Walked in, no welcome. No customers were inside, we ordered a shaved ice and it took 15 minutes. There was nobody else in the store. The ice was solid, barely soft like shaved ice should be. The strawberries and flavor saved it but the ice and presentation made it hard to enjoy.

Can't say anything about service as I went thru DoorDash for this order. Tried the mochi donuts because of the good reviews but bit into my first donut (matcha flavored) and could taste "old oil". It was quite a disappointment. The choco oreo and black sesame were more acceptable as it helped mask the apparent old oil taste. I've been coming in since launch. Their mochi donuts are amazing their chocolate oreo and strawberry donuts are super sweet and have lots of flavor. I usually order online, but I really love that they also added tables and chairs to sit down. For our wedding reception, instead of having a wedding cake, we ordered 300 mochi donuts from Mochiholic! I love their mochi donuts here! All of the flavors are on point. My favorite is strawberry. They have a new flavor right now called Mitarashi and tastes exactly like the mochi (dango) they have in Japan. Donuts comes out warm too. Expect long lines during the weekend so should take advantage of their on line ordering system.

Very very rude!!! This business signed up for an app called Too Good To Go, sold food via the app and then canceled while in route to pickup. Admitted they canceled, cause they could, and would offer nothing for the troubles of paying and driving to pickup the food.
