Milton's Donuts

First timer. Decent selection with some variety and super friendly service. Since this was my second breakfast of the day I had a plain donut with coffee. Surprised, in a good way, to see buckeyes as a purchase option. The ambiance was a little sterile but no worries, I'll be back! Update: back the following morning with a Chocolate covered glaze and a kettle - absolutely the freshest donuts you will find.

??Absolute gem to be placed in the heart of Madisonville. They have a large variety of pastries, as well as drinks that are refrigerated. Prices are unbeatable and I absolutely love that they have lemon filled donuts.??

Always delicious. I bought a dozen for a work meeting to share some amazing donuts. Now, there are more Miltons fans. Go eat them, and your mouth will thank you.

They don't have a massive amount of variety, but they do have custom filled donuts where you pIck your flavor. Their donuts are light and fresh without the greasy/oily taste that a lot of others have. Milton's is my go-to when I need donuts for a group. They do what they do, and they do it well while still managing to be inexpensive.

Wow. Just wow. I went to this place for this first time last weekend. My family has been in Cincinnati for over 6 years now and these were the best doughnuts we?ve had so far. Also, somehow they were the most inexpensive. I seriously could not believe it. They had several options that they could fill right in the store. I used to work in Middletown, which is where the original Miltons is. This place is amazing. Best doughnuts in the Tri-state hands down. I work in KY and live in OH and I've had pastries from almost everywhere.

I tried the apple fritter, cinnamon sugar donut, pecan cinnamon roll, and the fried cream cheese donut. The cream cheese was my favorite and all were very good. We?ll be coming back

Donuts are soo good and creamy and delicious. Definitely a take out place, nothing really happening inside except making delicious donuts

Saying these donuts are good is a understatement, the donut holes alone are a perfect mix of sweet soft dense and fluffy. The cookies always taste freshly baked. Can't wait to try more!!!

Excellent donuts - the caramel with pecans is very good, but it's hard to choose. Very reasonably priced, and tastes much better than the mass-produced sugared air from elsewhere. Will be dreaming of these when back in North Carolina.

I love to have a Milton's close to home! The donuts were all fresh and delicious and they even have a "choose your filling" selection where they pipe in your filling when you order! The guy working there is super friendly and helpful.

The guys that works here is great and provides great service, but this location gets like half the amount of donuts and help the one in Middletown and deer park get, be prepared to stand in line behind people for 20 minutes while they order 2-3 dozen donuts and potentially not be able to get 1-2 of the actual donuts you want, even if you?re only after 1-2 donuts

Miltons has the best donuts! I love their zebras and fried danishes. And you can't go wrong with the classic glazed.

I grew up with Milton's in Middletown and I know it's still the same recipes and quality. The service is great and the donuts are wholesome. Highly recommend.

I want to like this place, but the flavors are just a bit off. I don't think it's a lack of quality but rather the idea that if something tastes good, more has to be better which is not always the case.
