I recently had the pleasure of visiting Miller Farm for a field trip with my grandson and his class, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! The farm offers a variety of activities that are perfect for kids and families alike. The play area was a big hit with the little ones, providing them with plenty of space to run, climb, and explore. The pumpkin picking was a great hands-on activity, and the kids loved wandering through the field to find their perfect pumpkin. The corn maze added an extra layer
What a great experience picking strawberries. The grounds were a little wet, but we knew that it had just rained and decided to go anyway.
I have been visiting Miller Farms since a child. Currently, I spend perhaps $300 total per month; my front yard shows the evidence of my addiction. Today, I took my senior mother to grocery shop, as I was off today on Juneteenth and could drive her. As she grocery shopped, I told her I would simply look at the plants, not buy any. As I returned from our parked car after placing my newly bought plants in the backseat, I grabbed a old fashioned cherry soda. As my mom was paying for groceries, she requested 3
Kids love their ice cream. Very rich. We love the fresh vegetables.
I went to Miller farms and I bought a sweet potato pie and a gingerbread loaf. The pie was acceptable but the gingerbread loaf was nasty. I called to return the gingerbread loaf but was informed that I can't return it just because I didn't like it. In all my years of buying items from stores and all the places I have never been told I could not return something that I didn't like, that was unbelievable. It appears their policy is surrounded around forced retailing. If you shop with them make sure you like i
To escape the city, drive just outside to Clinton, Maryland where you'll find a family-owned farm from 1879. The farm offers pick-your-own strawberries, but the produce market is where you want to go. With a large parking lot, there's a store with fresh produce, milk, eggs, jams, and more. In the same complex is a bakery open every day at 6 a.m. selling small, seasonal doughnuts that change flavors monthly. There's an ice cream stand, a concession stand with hot dogs and more, and a garden area with herbs,
Always a solid place to go. They have great half smokes. The bakery has fresh baked goods daily including donuts, muffins breads, cookies, bagels, & ice cream, etc. I enjoy the lemon ice cream. They have a pumpkin ice cream right now that is good. For the ice cream you can get a bio or cone. There is also a food market here with fresh produce and things. Hot apple cider is available where half smokes, hot dogs and hamburgers are sold.Hayrides every weekend during October. Check them out!
Ice cream was great. The farm store had a lot of produce and other goods such as meat and seasonings.
The store was ok and reasonably stocked. We went strawberry picking and they did advertise it was the last day but it was super early in the season still and the field was absolutely barren. The people were very friendly. Highly recommend the store but we won't be coming back for picking any time soon.
Nice place to visit. They have different activities through the year for the family. Ice cream is a treat, and all the baked treats. The market side has fresh vegetables, fruit, and other grocery items not a lot . Nice outting for the family.
10/10 visit at Miller Farms all-you-can-pick strawberry fields! There is a gravel parking lot located next to the field, a short walk is required. You can purchase two sizes- $7 quart or $25 gallon bucket with handle ($21 for additional buckets). TONS to pick and they all look delicious!
Best ice cream around. Baked goods are excellent. Vegetables are a little pricy but there straight from miller farms. Great assortment of flowers. U can pick ur own strawberries grab some food, ice cream, vegetables and a plant or flower. Everyone is super helpful. WE LOVE MILLER FARMS
They have a lof of fresh products in this location. Right next to it, they have the garden which it is best to get them during spring time. The staff are friendly and the vegetarian products are stored away. They are clean and organized. Next to the farm they have the best ice-cream and fresh bake products. If you are going to try the ice-cream as a recommendation try the peach flavor ??
I love their Tomatoes Strawberries Country Bacon Fresh Vegetables Half Smokes Corn Meal. Back In The Day Candy Scrapple Their Scrapple Doesn't Break Into Pieces When You Cut It.
Hear lately, the farm is not living up to its standards. Two weeks ago I bought 2 fruit bowls and both had spoiled fruit in them. I returned them and traded for 2 more fruit bowls. One was spoiled. Yesyerday my brother bought chicken came home put it in the fridge. The next day, the chicken had spoiled. I bought another fruit bowl, it was spoiled. Today, we returned the chicken and the fruit bowl, I misplaced my receipt, and they refused to reimburse me,they reimbursed my brother. I'm done with Miller Far
I had a wonderful experience strawberry picking in miller farms today. Reasonable priced fresh strawberries. This is such a fun activity and there?s also the miller farms concession stand, nursery, bakery & ice cream shop and the the farm retreat. I highly recommend a visit or several everyone during this strawberry season. First time here and I shall definitely revisit Good Service? Fresh Produce ? Very Friendly and Courteous Staff? Restroom ? Tourist Attraction ? Oh, by the way, the chili dogs sold at th
Located in southern Maryland Miller's Farm has been around for many years. They serve fresh produce, meats, bakery goods and various plants. Miller's Farm is a great idea for a weekend family trip to pick up pumpkins, go for a hayride or eat delicious foods. Check out Miller's Farm in Clinton, MD.
Earthy, homie, farm feeling atmosphere. Nice selection of natural products. Friendly staff. Parking is kinda tight at times. Great ice cream!
This farm is really pricey compared to others but they do have a lot of items you cannot get in the grocery market or other farms in the area. I go specifically for those items and every once in a while a delicious treat from the bakery. I also go for the sales on plants.
Strawberry picking ?? was a great opportunity for us to pick some fresh fruit, soak in some vitamin D, as well as get in a mini sweat session. We arrived around 9:15 in the morning, wonderful time! It was a small daycare trip, two other families and us there. Rows and rows of fresh strawberries. Once you finish picking your berries, you weigh and pay. They were $3.99 a pound. Some of the best fresh strawberries we have had. We will be doing this every year at the start of the season, thank you Miller Farms!
Great time, did the family fun day with the hay ride and corn maze. Went to the store there bought some fresh produce (the biggest apples I've ever seen), had the apple pie ice cream (delish) and the red velvet cupcakes are a must. Great service from the people that work there. Social distant rules listed around and for the most part followed. Would definitely go back.
It was great to me. The people were very pleasant smiley faces good conversation the produce was fresh beautiful colors first time shopping there definitely will go back
$15 for a seeded watermelon?!!! This reeks of corporate GREED and GOUGING for produce that should be reasonably priced especially in this economy where folks are doing all they can to stretch their dollars. SHAME ON YOU!!! Go to Spouts or Mom?s for reasonable priced SEEDED WATERMELON!
Excellent soft-serve ice cream. Peaches from the market were delicious. High quality, reasonable prices.
Because I love to cook, I find a variety of jarred items to add to my meals to punch up my potatoe salad or my spaghetti. Whatever I cook the produce, the dried foods and the jarred items always make my meals a hit. They serve the best ice cream and the bakery shop is very delicious as well. This visit I went for Mums and pumkins. They were absolutely gorgeous!!
Got some great plants at Millers Farm. Stopped in the grocery and pics up farm fresh goods, nice prices. Then enjoyed their bakery where they have some fantastic homemade ice cream as well as baked goods and cakes.
Nice place and products. BUT my husband and I were shocked that their public restrooms were outhouses, johns, out in a field. You would think that with the business that they get from loyal customers and local traffic, especially during the summer, they would invest in indoor toilets. To me, it's an indication of how they really feel about their customers.
They have everything you need from baked goods to ice cream, from produce to garden flowers. I'll definitely be going back.
Amazing vegetable plants to grow or if you don't have time or space just go inside and purchase fresh produce. Then stop and get some ice cream ??
Best donuts and ice cream. Really fresh fruit and vegetables. I even get great fire wood from here.
Great local family run farm business. They have a large healthy selection flowers, herbs, and vegetables. They have a country store on premises also.
I went into this spot the other day and really enjoy myself in there . to see all the different fruit preserves I sure bought me a couple of bottles and then I went next door to the ice cream shop and got something delicious bread pudding and ice cream
Fresh veggies fruit, homemade cheese apples butter all home made by out local famer.up the street about 2 miles is BK Miller meat market no shortage on meat.stop going to Walmart this place has lots of meat. You can get your food and your drinks all at BK Miller's liquor wine soda juices whatever you need , they even have beef bacon
Just recently started going there because I heard that the watermelons were sweet big and seeded. Ant that it was!!! Delicious!!! Bought some strawberry jalapeno jelly and can't wait to try. Also will have to try the bacon ketchup next time.
This place is very cool ?? u can have a good time with ur family's ?? they have food and bakery and ice cream ?? also they have a store where they sale fruit and vegetables too and more stuff also they sale flowers ?? and plants is very nice place, i been there alot of time with my family ?? lol, they have the best watermelon too ?? ??
Always the place to shop, been coming here with my parents since I was 5...40 yrs later I still come here. There's a limit right now because of Covid-19 to how many can shop but the line moved quickly. If people are mindful to grab what they need and get out, the wait to get in isn't bad. I do recommend going early. We were leaving by 11am and the line was pretty. They have local honey which I now only buy from them, fresh smoked pork jowls, country ham, country sausage, fresh greens, sweet potatoes by the
Go to for fresh produce and homemade treats. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and personable.
The grocery store and bakery are clean and well stocked. The staff is pleasant and professional.
Love the strawberry picking but the porta potties at the market were gross and had no soap. Hope they can step that up.
Yes, yes, yes! I love Miller farms. Extremely affordable plants for all aspects of your life, decorative or gardening. Then there is inside with locally sourced cheese, honey, homemade noodles, local vegetables and meats, and when you're done shopping then you can go back outside and get a delicious hot dog or hamburger or ice cream to top off your day. My husband and I found out about Miller farms and started going there, we go about once a week. It's been added to our regular grocery experience. Still go
The produce is wonderful! It tastes great, not as expensive as grocery stores, and it's grown at Miller Farms. The bakery can get busy, but the line moves quickly.
This is a great place for fresh produce on a daily basis and they have a nice selection of specialty items
So many great things to say about Miller Farms Bakery. The donuts are great, and consistently so. The ice cream is awesome and the rotation of flavors keeps me coming back. During the holidays they have the best dinner rolls but order early and they always seem to sell out. The cakes, pies, and cookies are all good as well. Stars of the show are the donuts and ice cream. Those are what will keep you coming back time and again.
It's always a nice place to visit in the ice cream is Simply Delicious
Had a wonderful time with my wife here. The staff were welcoming and nice, and we got some excellent and super sweet strawberries!
Fall festival was awesome, make sure you stop by the bakery for delish donuts and ice cream
Well stocked selection of flowers, plants, and veggies.of course the bakery was awesome too.
I love to come just to enjoy some?? and walk around their yards and see the flowers and Veggie plants, today I got some banana bread pudding from the bakery and is delicious ?? even my puppy ?? enjoy the visit.
The farm is always awesome. The food seems fresh. The desserts OMG! In a good way
Love the fresh fruit and the chili cheese hot dogs
Miller farms would have got five stars, until I was asking about ice cream. He was very nice and helpful on the items I was trying to get. He also was able to give me everything that was good. I asked how much would it cost to get it in a bigger cup. So he was like I?ll have to asked the manager. I was ok with whatever it took to get the bigger cup. Manager can over and made an unnecessary deal about charging me double for the ice cream in a bigger cup. Also she was talking bad about them in front of custom
Wasn't too expensive, crowded or overwhelming like some of these places can be. Very low key and pleasant. Real working farm and nice people. Combined it with a trip to get some very well priced firewood for the fall
My Husband friend took him here a while back to get their dog food, we went back today for a refill and I picked up a slice of their sweet potato pie ??????????? Hands down the best pie I?ve had in a looooong time! We also picked up some donuts, lemonade, and burgers from the concession stand! Nothing was disappointing!
The gingerbread was dry and the apple pull apart was the same. For the price could have been better
Great burgers, no sugar added blueberry pie, pickles, cheese and donuts!! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area or out of town!
Don?t waste your money. It?s worth the extra driving to go somewhere else. Corn maze absolutely failed this year - they offered a 10% discount on their insanely priced pumpkins to compensate for not having a corn maze. Laughable. Didn?t lower prices at all despite not having a main attraction. Take your kids to sky zone you?ll get way more bang for your buck if you?re going for the bouncy platforms. Portapottys - awful. Just hold it. Kids entertainment - 2/10. Nothing that can hold attentions or be fun
Lots of fun with the family on the Hayride and slides. Bonus was the bakery with yummy ice cream and baked goods
Doughnuts were good and reasonably priced. Other baked goods looked yummy, but prices a little high. Dried fruit was good, produce was a little on the expensive side. Still a neat place to visit and treat yourself.
Delicious ice cream. Would highly recommend the apple cider ice cream sundae. They don't update the sign by the roadway, though. They didn't have Apple pie or pumpkin ice cream available when I came.
I love going there and the employees are great. I'm addicted to place. I recommend this to everyone all over the DMV.n
Got myself a banana strawberry soft serve........6 donuts....... a watermelon..... and some other stuff lol
UPDATED June 2025 - My original review is below. Couple of thoughts - Bakery is outstanding! Always fresh and you can find nearly every baked good you could want and some you may not have known about. Lemonade and Kettle Corn - During the warmer months there is a stand that sells fresh lemonade and kettle corn... OMG it's soooooooo good. ?? Veteran Friendly - They recognize veterans with a discount, something most grocery stores don't do. If I could give Miller Farms 6 stars I would. ???????????? - Did it.
It was my first visit. I came in to buy a watermelon and was surprised by the many items I left with. Miller's Farms is amazing. I'd forgotten what fresh vegetables, fruits, and eggs are like, and the prices are far less than what I'm paying in my local grocery.
Took my class on a field trip today. The first event was a Hay ride to the corn maze. Only one wagon had Hay. The three others wagon were just boarded seats that was so worn nails popping out the boards and seats were very uncomfortable. There was nothing exciting to see while riding to the second stop which was the corn maze. The maze was knee height ground was very bumpy rocky and very unstable to walk. The third area was the giant slide and other games and items to play. The kids enjoyed this area. Next
Very nice roadside farmer's market! Plenty of parking is available, and they offer fresh squeezed lemonade during warmer months. The market staff are very polite and there is something for everyone there. The fresh cut watermelon is out of this world delicious (and I'm not crazy about watermelon). They have sweets, salty snacks, jams/marmalade, meat/poultry, sauces/seasonings, drinks and cheese. Prices are pretty in-line for a market, so a little higher than a Target or Wal-Mart, but the experience shoppin
Love this place . I have to go here everytime I?m in Clinton . ??
Excellent staff, produce is always top shelf.
Great country store. Stop for the soft serve ice cream and lick it, and remember your youth or share it with your kids! So many farm memories!
Like a Trip to the Country but close to the city. With a short drive one finds themselves in the fields of fresh locally grown fruits & vegetables. And if that wasn't enough add a bakery and homemade ice cream to the mix. Be sure to check out their greenhouse plants to get a start on Your spring planting. Something for Everyone ??????
Prices keep going up (many items by almost 50%) so I can't visit as often anymore ?? .
This place is a hidden gem. I bought some chicken from there and when I cooked it, it wasn't rubbery at all. They have fresh vegetables, eggs, cheese and other good stuff. The bakery beside it has great Pie! I have to go back for the Cherry Pie! It's that good.
Ordered the pumpkin ice cream and the apple pie ice cream. Pumpkin flavor was slightly noticeable. However the apple pie was horrible, tasteless, no sign of apple pie flavor. It did not have any flavor profile at all. Highly disappointed.
There is a small country store with delicious homemade ice cream and a wide variety of homemade cakes, pies, puddings and more. They have fresh fruits and vegetables, plants and flowers. There is a strawberry field and more on the expansiclve farm. It is like going back, waaaaay back in time. There's an old airstrip across the street, not sure whether it's still in operation. Nice place to go anytime if year, especially in summer.
Coming here always makes me nostalgic. very pleasant warm environment with friendly helpful staff.. love the quality of the fresh produce. we can not leave without making a stop at the bakery/ice cream parlor or concession stand. my favorite treat is the glazed pecans. Also, whenever I wanted yellow or orange watermelon this summer. Millers has not disappointed.
Fresh baked goods and fresh fruits and veggies. Family owned business, great employees, prices and wide selection. Oh yeah, their apple cider donuts are awesome!
Best ice cream and baked goods!
It was okay. Eggnog icecream was delightful Great christmas entertainment.
Great service. We come here every year for the dinner rolls for Thanksgiving. The other bakery item are delicious as well. Just went to their pumpkin patch/hay ride. Never knew they had all of this. Good fun for the kids.
I am so happy for Clinton to have this treasure in their neighborhood. They have a bakery/creamery, hot food stand and food market which are all good.
Nice market, but went for the ice cream, and it was delish ??
I'm honestly not understanding the hype around Miller's Farms. I will say that I have not had the opportunity to try the ice cream as it was not open when I stopped by. Maybe my opinion will change once I try this raved about ice cream. The produce in the store didn't look that great and it was pretty expensive. I was however, excited to find SEEDED watermelon as this seems impossible to find in any local grocery store (most stores only sell seedless). However it was $16.00! I couldnt believe the price.
I enjoy Miller Farms, no MSG seasoned powdered chicken boullion. I ended up buying $80 plus in groceries. I love to keep my pantry and refrigerator well stocked. Miller Farms is roughly 13 miles from where I live, so I make it worth my time going there and shopping. The place has great foods, meats, sauces, fresh vegetables, etc., so it's worth the extra miles to shop there.
We always go for their donuts but leave with so much more. The cherry and peach ice creams were amazing!!
went to go purchase some plants asked if I could bring my dog inside the outside plant section they stated ?Yes? I said awesome went in and immediately another associate told me no dogs allowed in the plant section. I quickly dropped my items and headed out to Lowe?s.
Good quick lunch and now serving breakfast during the week.
Miller Farms is amazing. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Best fresh Apple Cider donuts. Amazing ice cream with seasonal flavors. Super family friendly. EBT accepted on grocery side. This place is awesome. We are generations of customers. My wife's parents took her there as a child, and now we take our children here. It's the only place to enjoy local fresh produce, baked goods, and hay rides in the fall. They also sell their freshly made ice cream by the quart. So Awesome!!! 1 dozen fresh donuts wil
Always a great time at Miller's Farm!!! For the ice cream, small groceries, to the beautiful flowers. Go with a purpose and stick to it or you will buy up the joint!!!
