Genuinely top quality and taste! The ladies working behind the counter offered a warm and inviting presents that was beyond my expectation. I decided to treat myself for my birthday to a bacon maple bar and it did not disappoint! I knew I made a good choice when I pulled up at 9:50am and they were so busy I had to park 2 businesses down!

We are from out of town and thought this would be a great donut spot to visit. Not a friendly atmosphere and the lady at the front counter was rude and not helpful when asking about selection. We don't expect much but a smile and kindness when ordering is appreciated.

Over 6 months ago I went there at 745am to a whopping 3 choices of reject donuts no one wanted. It's always like that. For years I went there and by 730 they didnt even have a normal.glazed donut for my kids. I complained about this and was told that I was berating (nice soft customer service skills.) I went back today over half a year later and at 815am once again it was slim pickin. No if you wanted a sprinkle donut or old fashioned. But any normal.glazed or choc, you know the mainstays there is usually t

I recently visited and was blown away by the incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The selection of doughnuts is mouth-watering, featuring unique and delicious flavors. A special shoutout to the owner, Kayley, whose passion for creating the perfect doughnut shines through everything she does. She is always welcoming and genuinely cares about her customers? satisfaction. It?s clear that Kayley puts her heart and soul into this shop.

Cute neighborhood donut place ... kinda like 'Cheers' where the people knows each other and where neighbors gather. Thier donuts ??, cinnamon rolls and fritters are so light, fluffy and tasty. Their raisin cinnamon roll is the BOM??

A classic Donut Shop! Don't miss the chance to eat a great Donut. The Donuts they serve are fresh and delicious, plus there's a good variety. We have ordered from their website to be assured of getting the ones we want. Highly recommend the Apple Fritters and Persians.

Destination Bakery to me. Apple fritter had pockets of a apple and cinnamon mix with a crunchy dough that was amazing. For a 9:30am donut this was one of the best. Blueberry, more than just frosted, blueberry flavor all the way through, again a personal favorite. The frosting free Pershing had cinnamon forward flavor, well glazed. A definite repeater

Best donuts in Spokane. The maple bars are made frequently throughout the morning so be ready to catch the dripping, warm maple topping before it drops!

I got an old fashion chocolate and an old fashion maple. They were perfect! A little crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. The service was great!

It?s like stepping back 40 years into a classic donut shop, the people are awesome the coffee is good and the Donuts are Great. If you haven?t been to Mike?s you?re missing out. Alway find my way there when I?m in the that part of town.

A true classic, felt like an old diner when I opened the door. Picked up a couple donuts and a coffee for around $5. Great value, friendly people and delicious donuts. You can't go wrong with the apple fritter or the old fashioned donuts.

We love Mike's Doughnuts! One of our favorite treats. Walking in feels a bit like stepping back in time, small doughnut shop with old friends visiting, drinking coffee and enjoying great doughnuts. Always fresh and delicious. The service is always great but today our grandson wanted sprinkles so she dipped a fresh doughnut just to add sprinkles for him. He was on cloud 9!

Donuts were delicious. I had the raspberry filling and my mom had the lemon curd. Very filled with the filling!

Best donuts in Spokane Valley, fresh and so well made, every time. The apple fritters are genuinely the best I've ever had - magical.

Great doughnuts. We had an assorted selection box. Picked up to go. The old fashioned and chocolate covered are the best.

Best donuts in the Spokane area. Their apple fritters are the best I?ve ever had. You have to wait till 8 am for them. We drive fro the other side of Spokane for these donuts, so worth it.

The donuts are soo Good!!! The ladies that work there are very friendly and nice. The place is very clean. Highly recommend..

The donuts are amazing. I can?t pick my favorite because they were all so good.

V good donuts, they can even fill in jelly into a donut if you ask! Also got a free coffee because they were trying out a new coffee, thank you!

Fun donut shop with variety of offerings. I find it great that they have different types available at different times throughout the morning. Tried out the daily special of Devils Food Cake and Blueberry and was not disappointed. Great spot for old fashioned donuts. Definitely a spot with lots of regulars that are super friendly. It makes it a very welcome and inviting spot. Chatted with some ?retired old ladies? as they referred to themselves at the counter. Just left with a smile.

These are hands down some of the best donuts I?ve ever had.

If there were more stars, I would give them. We are visiting from Montana, and wanted some donuts for breakfast. We saw we were nearby this place and figured hey, why not just go here. We thought the donuts would be the standard ones you can find in any donut Shop in America. And in a way they were, they had the normal raised glazed and maple bars and apple fritters. But what we tasted was anything but standard. The raised glazed were light and despite being enrobed in a sugary coating it wasn't that swee

Very yummy donuts! Fresh and soft as it melts in your mouth!

I am a big donut fan and have found it hard to get a decent traditional buttermilk or old fashioned donut in Spokane. Mikes is a special treat for me as it is 30 minutes from my house and usually when I order it is worth the drive. However, today when my husband picked up donuts we were missing the glazed old fashioned we ordered, my glazed french crueller was thick and not airy and barely frosted, we got two persian rolls that were glazed and not frosted (as ordered), and the apple fritters were really gr

We meet as a group and enjoy fresh donuts.

love the donuts. I haven't found better old-fashioned anywhere (and I'm always looking.) really want to take the time to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut at the storefront sometime, for now, I'll just have to be satisfied with a donut to go. or maybe two.

I've been bragging about Mike's donuts to a client who's never had them. Today time aloud me to stop and oh my goodness! My client is in seventh heaven! She said she'd never purchase donuts anywhere else ever. Thank you Mike's for always being there and being the best in the world. Awesome place for coffee and donuts with wonderful staff. Love going with family and friends. Top quality, wonderful goodness and fresh every day. Love, love, love Mike's donuts and staff.

This place is the real deal, it has been The spot to get the best donuts for decades and it?s easy to see why. Donuts are made by hand each morning, rotating depending on the day, and you?ll want to get there early as they sell out of the good ones quick. More expensive than other donuts but you won?t be able to eat those again after having Mikes. Fresh, warm, and mouth watering!!!

Great donuts for a great price. This business has changed owners a few times in the last 4-5 years but the newest owner is doing the best job. Customer service is great and the donuts are better than ever. Lots of donuts are available, even without a preorder. Best donuts in Spokane!

Fresh made, no frills, simply good. Friendly service, the kitchen is open if u sit at counter u can watch all that's going on.

Delicious good Ole fashioned doughnuts. Made fresh daily. Little heavy on the greasy side. Very cute and quaint shop. This is my nephews favorite doughnut shop

Hands down the best donut shop in town. Donuts made fresh daily, good tasting coffee, ( I drink it black) , clean , and the atmosphere is so fun..... These are real donuts not fufu junk , one bite and you'll see.

Yummy donuts and good service. I was running late to a work meeting so they were willing to take my order over the phone for ?a dozen of your most popular items?. They had it ready when I arrived and were kind enough to tape the box shut which was smart because I caught myself holding the box in a way that it surely would have fallen open without the tape! It was a great variety of donuts and the one I had was delicious - I basically inhaled it. Thank you!

Mike's Old Fashioned Donuts are just that-classic, old fashioned, the-way-Grandma-intended-donuts-to-be kind of donuts. If you're a fan of soft donuts with a hint of crispness, offered up in classic donut varieties: maple bars, chocolate frosted, custard filled, cake, cinnamon sugar, and of course...SPRINKLES!, then this is the place for you. We weren't able to stick around for the Persians, which is one of their specialties, but people we're raving about them. On top of the delicious donuts, the service wa

Really, really good donuts. I went there about 10am and they were almost out of donut so I took from what was left and then realized they were cake donuts, usually not my favorite, but these were so good. Not dry like the ones I have had before. Oh my gosh I am sold. Next time I will go earlier to try their raised donuts.

Hands down, the best donuts in Spokane Valley, maybe in Spokane as well. Their apple fritter, after one bite, took me back to my childhood. It reminded me so much of what fritters were back then, and how much I have missed this style of fritter. I am ordering more for the trip home tomorrow, so I can introduce my kids to something they have never had before. I will have to edit this review and add pictures tomorrow after I pick them up.

Hot fritters, straight out of the Glazer ?.game changer!

Every time I?ve taken my kids all they have left is a few maple bars and apple fritters. They are still delicious but I don?t know if we?re just getting there too late in the day, between 9 and 10 am, or if that?s all they make. But again, the donuts they do have are freaking delicious.

I have tried many donut shops here in the Spokane area and Mikes ranks right up there in my top five shops. All the goodies are fresh and tasty. The place is clean and staff is very friendly. The only drawback at Mike?s and the reason I gave only four stars is that if you want a particular item it may not be available until a certain time, so you may have to settle for something else to satisfy your craving. So to be sure that they have what you want it?s a good idea to call ahead.

Some great donuts, sweet staff, and they gave me free coffee since they are trying out a new blend! I won't complain about free coffee, but my constructive criticism is that its quite dark and bold for my taste and kind of overwhelmed the taste of the fantastic donuts. Maybe add a light roast to balance it out. I do drink it black, so it would probably make more sense with cream and sugar. I'll be back for sure!

Thank you so much for being the Old Fashion donut shop we grew up with. They have a counter seating and booth and table seating. The best thing is their Donuts ?? brings me back to another time. Oh and you get to drink your coffee ? out of glass mugs no paper. Their coffee is very good.

Hands down the best donuts in Spokane, and its not even close. I?ve been a lot of places and consumed a lot of donuts - this is in my list of top two. Quality ingredients you can taste, quality service. Might name one of my kids after this place.

Best Apple Fritters on the planet! There's nothing more scrumptious than a warm and crispy apple fritter. These are super light and melt in your mouth unlike the dense and heavy supermarket fritters. Their selection is top notch with all of the best simple donuts you could want. I go for the fritters, my wife lives their french cruller and the kids love the sprinkles. When I'm feeling adventurous the cake donuts in blueberry or covered in orange or cherry glaze are simply amazing. The service is awesome and

This is the best place to get fresh-made apple fritters, old-fashioned and cake donuts, and French crullers. Mike and his long-time staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Very casual, laid-back, friendly atmosphere. There is a loyal following of families and senior citizens. Weekday mornings many of the same retirees meet here as a group for donuts and coffee. Some of the sane costumers sit at the counter for their 1 donut and cup of coffee. You can call in an order for pickup, to be sure you get the f

First of all, the donuts are first class. I don't know how they do it but simply, WOW. the flavors are simple, but delicious. It's always so hard to pick my dozen-to-go because every donut variety is as amazing as all. This is paired with a delightful customer experience while interacting with the quality and cheerful staff. Thank you Mike's for your Spokane Valley staple.

The BEST apple fritters, in the country. Get there early, and wait for them. Your addiction will begin. No really, great donuts, super friendly staff, and customers. I've gone for 4 years, and the consistency is there. They know their craft. If you want more then 6 fritters, you have to call a day ahead.

Insanely Great Donuts! Cool Staff, Nice friendly customer service. Maple Bar and Fritter are the best in town. Only downside...not open on Saturday or Sunday.

Absolutely the BEST donuts in ALL of Spokane and the Valley! Their cruellers are perfection!!! Their donuts are never stale and are always served with an enthusiastic smile! LOVE these guys!!!

Best donuts! Low-key vibe, amazing people, and very family oriented. Do not miss this hidden gem!

The doughnuts here are incredibly delicious!!! The customer service was excellent. And the overall appearance of the place was very clean. The doughnuts melt in your mouth if not you hand first. So soft and just enough flavor, not one of the doughnuts I got was overpowering with sugar. It was just enough. I recommend you definitely try this establishment. I will for sure be going back. Also you can make up your own doughnuts here. It?s a great experience. Try it.

I don't remember what they called it but they have the most wonderful cinnamon roll with apples in it it's a combination of an apple fritter/cinnamon roll and it's incredible!! All the donuts are wonderful, good coffee and nice folks. ????

Best donuts in town! Been going here for at least 20 years, still the same after all this time. Excellent prices, excellent quality donuts, and the owner is really nice. If you ask, they will even add favorite fillings or toppings to your donuts. Nothing crazy, but really good stuff.

Great donuts and great staff! Always friendly and never have to worry about my coffee going empty. A+ on the maple bars and french crullers. Not sure where these bad reviewers went, but it definitely wasn't to Mike's! Awesome all around.

If you are like me, and need an amazing apple fritter in your life, then this is the place to make it happen. In a world of bad grocery store style donuts, Mike's shines through with a taste of donut possibilities, and the promise of a better day. Every type I have tried has exceeded my expectations and I always look forward to the next visit.

Great place for donuts, everytime I go the place always has people enjoying donuts. Had some great old fashioned and bacon maple. From going here a few times would say to get in early for the best selection. People who work there have always been very friendly and helpful, will be returning the next time I feel like hanging some donuts.

Mike?s is the best donut shop in Spokane. Hands down, the best donuts I?ve ever tasted, a Spokane classic. Wonderful service and old fashioned atmosphere, combined with great variety and perfect donuts make it the local favorite.

Best donuts in Spokane. Period. Fresh every time, coffee refills are free, staff are so friendly, and the environment brings you back to a mid-20th century dinner. Try the Apple Fritters; to die for soft, fresh, and not gooey.

I?ve been trying to work with this donut shop for years but each time I? place a call to them, I?m treated extremely rudely. Each time I? go in to the shop, I? get the same treatment. They have very limited types of donuts. Thus, special orders are required. Special orders for raised glazed donuts? Your are a donut shop for goodness sakes. Nonetheless, I? do as I?m ?directed? to do and make a call early as the raised glazed aren?t done until 9 am. However, even with an early call and ?minding my mother?

It's a neighborhood donut shop--don't expect a Starbucks. It's clean and bright. Glazings are lighter than on grocery-store donuts. It has about five 4-person booths (corner one holds 6, or so), five or six tables that can be easily combined, and a bar with about seven stools having a perfect view of the works. The place can be full during prime-time. Pickings dwindle the closer to noon it is--call early if you want something saved.

By far the best donuts in town. The maple bars will melt in your mouth. Everything is fresh. This is a no frills donut place. Everything that they bake is something edible, unlike other places that will load a donut with topings that donut work, in order to seem original.

If traveling through Spokane you must stop here the best ever donuts in the world. The Apple fritter melted in your mouth, they are closed sun.i will visit next time I'm in Spokane. Don't forget to say hi to mike,if you have kids he will give them sum dough to play with

I have been driving by this shop since I moved to Spokane Valley but never stopped in before today, got there 5 minutes before closing time, WHAT no attitude? The gal behind the counter didn't rush me at all, answered my stupid what's this one what's that one questions - I bought a dozen donuts and I was very pleased !! They have the BEST donuts in Spokane... hands down !! Plus I think this is a family run business - BIG PLUS - There is a friendly down home vibe in the shop, oh did I mention the donuts a

Mike's donuts is a donut shop that's sells coffee, donuts and other drinks including milk. There donuts melt in my mouth, assume donuts! The one thing that I would like to see, glazed donuts coming out earlier. But there are many other real tasty donuts. There buttermilk bars look really good, but I'm on a diet:)! Lol

Best donuts in Spokane. Best crulers pretty much anywhere when fresh... and, as a child, I travelled all around with my father (then head of construction for Winchell's Donuts) getting to taste donuts from different donut chefs... So I know my donuts :-)

Most delicious donuts! Try the naked old fsshioned... but, ready, they are all delicious. My customers love it when I bring them a Mike's donuts. The staff is super friendly as are the morning regulars. Highly recommend.

My family has been going here for around 20 years since they moved here. And it is by far the best doughnut shop in town. The staff and patrons are always the sweetest and we are always blown away with the doughnuts. We can never seem to get enough. The facility is always clean and lively. Everytime we walk in it's like coming to visit some family. If I ever had to recommend a doughnut shop this would be the first and only one!

The best Donuts in Spokane. The best Apple Fritters anywhere. Get there in the morning at 8am for hot Fritters. Check there menu for days for specialty Donuts (French Krullers, etc.) as they don't make everything every day.

Mike's has the best donuts in Spokane--and maybe in all of eastern Washington! They are only open mornings (and closed Sunday), which is a bummer--because donuts this good should be available more often! I also agree about the crumb donuts: FANTASTIC!

While training for a Marathon I ran to and had a donut from every donut store in Spokane. If I could back to one, I'd go back to Mike's. It's got home town class and a personal touch, but mostly donuts that are just a notch above the rest. I highly recommend it.

By far the best donuts in Spokane, as a family we have tried many places these are tasty, fresh, and the perfect size. Super friendly, family owned, old school vibe.

Donuts were delicious! We got 4 dozen this morning for our team and everyone loved them. They were fresh and still warm. We?ll return soon for another order. ??????

The donuts are fresh and delicious! The seating area is small but has that old fashioned atmosphere! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

You cannot get a better donut anywhere. Period. You will drive miles out of your way just to get them. Call ahead for apple fritter and daily specials. Oh yeah, the blueberry cake ones are badass!!

Excellent donuts. Call ahead if you want guaranteed variety, because choices sometimes dwindle as early as 9:30. Some days, they have a decent selection, still, at the noon closing time; other days, they might be down to bare bones by 10:30.

Incredible. You have to get in early to watch Mike check the temp of the flour, making sure the humidity is right. He won't put anything in the case that isn't perfect. Mike's has the best doughnuts in Spokane Valley, and, speaking as someone who has traveled and eaten baked pastries halfway around the world, and in scores of doughnut shops across this country, he is among my top three all time favorites in the world I have seen. Thank you for your work.

So, we live on the AF Base. We drove 27 minutes to this place. Now, we've been looking for a semi decent doughtnut place for a long time, where we are from the doughnuts are divine and amazing, so we have high standards. Doughnut Parade and Casual Fridays just weren't up to par, not even close. Stale doughnuts, bad service, poor selection (especially in the apple fritter department)... But Mikes, man. We drove there hoping to get our hands on some apple fritters, and we're so disappointed to find they were

I haven't had a proper crumb donut in YEARS and boy did this place deliver! The coffee was outstanding.

Really good doughnuts, some of the best in town. Their pumpkin doughnuts are the bomb, I order them for my Halloween party every year. They have l?mited hours fyi. Get there early because lines are long and selection is limited. Seriously, get there at 6 or 7, 9am is too late. They have bacon maple bars...just saying.

Decent donuts, overpriced, sassy staff and customers, if you are not a regular prepare to take crap from the seniors. Asked about a special type they had up on a sign for a specific day said they ran out on two occasions then the third time said they hadn't made those in years, haven't been back since. Can go somewhere else and not deal with the sass.

Wasn't a lot left when we got there, but that just means they do something right! The glazed ring was really good. The fruit flavored glazes were also good.

After doing a donut tasting of local Spokane donut shops I am so happy ( and a little surprised) that Mike?s was the winner! This place is amazing! And that atmosphere is also very warm and homie!

Donuts are so yummy all made in store fresh daily. Staff was friendly, I took like 5 minutes to pick out what I wanted and she was patient and even made me a donut that they didn't have ready. The price is fair for what your getting.

Gteat service, friendly staff, fantastic donuts. There is constant friendly banter between customers, staff, and the owner, Mike. This is a good place for a morning break, enjoy a delicious donut or two, and have some great casual conversation.

They make(by hand)the doughnut right! My doughnut craving is always satisfied at Mikes Oldfashioned! But hurry! They close at noon. The earlier You get their, the better the options! My favorite: they offer banana cream filling. I also enjoy there coconut shaved glazed. There fruit flavored icing is made with real fruit shavings in it! MY FAVORITE IN SPOKANE so far!

Awesome selection of fresh made donuts! Very friendly service and a great vibe inside.

My coworkers never fail to finish off a box of donuts from this place. They're just so good!

Best donuts ever! I've had donuts all around Spokane and these beat them all. My favorite is the crueler and it is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Yum!

I can?t imagine how anyone could rate this place less than 5 stars! These Apple Fritters are straight from the throne room of God!
