Came for the donuts, kept coming back for the breakfast hand pie ? easily one of the best things I?ve ever ate. Beautiful space. Awesome fun variety, friendly staff, amazing quality in donuts! Love this place.

Cute spot and adds such a bright offering of coffee/donut shop classics and unique originals on their menu. They recently added a few lunch items but heads up - the menu leans on the vegetarian side. But they do have meat options for breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommend the doggie donut for your pup, and check out their drink/food specials of the day. A bit pricey but makes sense for quality and unique offering. Such a great addition to Red Hook!

Unfortunately a little disappointed considering how much attention Mighty Donuts has gotten this year. We tried 3 yeast and 2 cake varieties. None were warm, and although they seem to be made with decent enough quality ingredients, all 5 were lacking flavor. The yeast donuts were fluffy, but chewy. I don't have a problem with the chewiness, but it can be a devisive texture for some. My husband and I have found coffee and breakfast and lunch and donut, nirvana in Red Hook! Positives: the Mighty egg sandwich was delicious. The donuts have unique flavors, they?re okay, but too greasy for the prices they charge. Negatives: vibe killer. The service was frosty and uninviting. We ordered our sandwiches to go and they gave them to us on tray, ordinarily not a big deal, but then we asked for a box to put them in and was told, ?we don?t do that,? and had to deal with wrapping our sandwiches in napkins that became soggy. Red Hook finally has a cool hang out. Atmosphere and architecture is over the top. The staff is well trained and very welcoming. The egg sandwiches were great. The coffee was good. We didn?t have the donuts but maybe next time will try one. If you live in town or just passing through this is definitely something you should experience.

Disappointed for the price. It cost $12 for 4 donuts. The baked donuts were a dark brown and over cooked. Very dense and dry. The flavors were mild on both the lemon and cinnamon donuts. The fried donuts were chewy. The flavors on the glazed and Bailey's were fine. Hopefully things will improve with time. It's a cute place.

I can't get enough of Mighty Donuts. Everything is wonderful every time--great service, amazing food, clean, so well organized and order is always perfect. Seems like they are on to something big here. The donuts weren't as hot or as fresh as I'd like them to be, but the presentation and efficiency of the staff was fantastic. I drove a long way to go there and will definitely give them another try, I'd love to see them add items like chocolate chip cookies too. I also thought their prices were very reasonable for a high end doughnut.

I have a funny & Delicious story about Mighty Donuts. I had a few appointments on my day off. On my way back I wanted to go new Mighty Donuts ?? as I had never been there. I checked their hours and would not have made it in time. I called and talked to Mia, she took my order and told me that they would wait for me. The first Sunday morning they were open I was in line. It was bustling with excited customers, and everyone behind the counter served us with a smile. The donuts were amazing. I had brown butter which tastes exactly like what I'm always hoping a glazed doughnut tastes like; my children were happy as they chowed down through half each of their two shared picks: blueberry & tea and chocolate glazed. A GREAT ADDITION TO RED HOOK. we have followed these folks from farmers market to pop ups as they were building out their space. the space...it's beautiful..modern, clean, stylish. 4 donuts cost nearly 13 dollars. Expected to be wowed for that price. The glazed donuts were extremely chewy and taste like day old zeppoles from the Dutchess County Fair. The cake donut was dry and dense, not cake like at all. Good for others, not for me. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I know that it has been a rough road for the owners. But not a great start, went at 11 o?clock and signs on the windows, donuts sold out. Wouldn?t it had been better to have donuts left over at the end of the day, than to sell out in the morning.

Specialty donuts are excellent. I recommend the Boston cr?me especially. The elderberry donut is very good as well. The vanilla cake donut is solid, but it loses a bit of moisture in the middle. Coffee is good and the matcha latte as well. They also provide great coloring sheets for kids. Overall, it?s a great donut and coffee place. It has a very cool aesthetic and is usually pretty busy. Definitely worth stopping by!
