Main Street Donuts

We visited Main Street Doughnuts and tried the Boston Creme, Jelly, and Churro doughnuts. The Boston Creme was our favorite, with balanced flavors and a fresh texture. The doughnuts seem to focus more on the fillings than the dough itself, which worked well for the Boston Creme. Overall, a good experience.

Absolutely amazing donuts!!!! I have Celiac so gluten free along with cross contamination is huge for me. They prepare the gluten free donuts separate from the other donuts. And so many donuts can be made gluten free! I got the gluten free churro, french toast, and triple chocolate and my friend got the black and white cookie donut!!! Sooooo good, friendly staff, adorable shop!!! Will definitely be back!

I go to Main Street Donuts every once in a while to pick up donuts when I?m out marketing for work. They are always loved by everyone I bring them to and Joe is super nice. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often for myself because they are delicious!

Excellent place! The owner makes the donuts right in front of you! So many creative designs and flavors. And they are delicious!! A hidden gem. She could make you a very unique dessert for a party or event. No seating on inside; this is a to-go or pickup place.

I placed an order for 50 donuts for our last minute party, and they were amazing! I actually always went to a local donut shop who is known for their specialty donuts but for me this place is worth the 35 min drive! The donuts were executed perfectly and on time. Everyone was raving about them at the party, especially the raspberry filled, maple glaze and eclairs! I am a lifelong customer now!

So I visited the Belmar location on Sunday 3/19.. the two girls there first off were amazing!! The young lady making my donuts was very helpful with answering all my questions about the products.. her 2 recommendations were the best one?s in the box!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would.. even a day later the donuts are fresh and delicious.. I recommend you go try them you won?t be disappointed!!

Artisanal donuts ?? that are appealing to the eye and the tummy! They offer a lot of elaborate varieties with many toppings, glazes and fillings as well as the traditional donuts. The owner was working in the store when I was there which was great...I love when someone loves their business instead of just owns it. So much to try!

A truly magical experience this morning. I ordered a dozen donuts and was treated like royalty. The staff was super attentive??and were like artists painting a masterpiece as they made the donuts. The donuts?..they were insane. Absolutely the best donuts I have ever tried. You owe it to yourself to go there and indulge in their magical creations.

I have Celiac Disease so I cannot have Gluten and there are gluten free donuts here! They are delicious, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my last order I got "Glutened" Either the donut was not gluten free or from cross contamination. I will go back eventually. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the donuts. The batter was light and flavorful, not greasy at all!! The stuffed donuts were different and just as delicious! I definitely would recommend to try!

So easy to order as everything is clearly marked as gf and safe for celiac disease - I asked to confirm. They have their gluten free donuts in a separate section and I was able to watch as they made them. We even enjoyed our cappuccinos!

Lol I could not eat these gluten and vegan donuts fast enough. I got the brooklyn blackout, the french toast, the somoa, plain, and chocolate powdered. Great donuts! I swing through here every time I?m in town. On the last trip I was shocked to overhear three other customers discuss how they were able to avoid any charges for beating their wives. They were all Belmar police officers, and when I asked them why they felt compelled to beat their wives they said it was because of smol eggplant energy.

Was just here for the first time today, the donuts were delicious! A friend recommended them to me and I?m glad I stopped by. The service was even better, the girl with the braid was extremely helpful and sweet! Glad to know there are still nice people in the service industry today. She helped me with my decisions and was very quick with making the donuts. Very kind girl, will be back again!

Ordered online this morning for my doctors office that I go to, when I went in with my son I had to get some for my other kids Joe made them right in front of us and they were absolutely amazing! Woke up this morning craving a cinnamon roll and looked up where to get one online and came across this awesome donut shop! Customer service is great! When I went in they said they make all their donuts fresh, I was super excited for this but what they meant was we have all the donuts pre fried then dress it with the toppings you like to order. Non the less they tasted pretty fresh but I wasn't crazy about the texture. They are cake donuts which are more dense than ur classic light airy fluffy donut. And I wish the cream fillings and jellies were made frssh

The owner Joe was so sweet and friendly and you can really tell he makes all of his donuts with love and care!! Donuts are iced and topped fresh on the spot, and daily specials are creative and exciting. Joe was happy to make custom donuts for us as well. The donuts were perfectly moist and chewy and the toppings added just the right amount of sweetness. Can?t wait to go back very soon!!

This place is amazing! The ultimate donut experience. Any type of donut you want, they can make and the varieties they offer daily are so creative and delicious. Joe & the team at Main St Donuts are wonderful!! They're super friendly, every donut is totally customized to your preferences and prices are very reasonable. I'm gluten free and as you can imagine, it's difficult to enjoy the treats I once did. Their gluten free donuts are soooo good, my personal favorite is a vanilla with french toast topping :) My husband is so addicted, we can't near Belmar without him asking if the donut shop is open!

This place is AWESOME....Donuts are fresh, delicious and creative. The staff is friendly and fun. I picked out a dozen different donuts from their menu (it was very hard not to pick every donut on the menu) and they were all prepared in front of me...It was fun to watch and you know the donuts are fresh. Greeted at the front of the store by a very friendly man who handed us a little clipboard with all of his donuts. Filled out the little form with what we wanted, handed it to the folks behind the glass, and they made us a nice fresh batch of specialty donuts. Excellent & flavorful with friendly service. Tasty unique donuts, made fresh. These are not your mass produced chain store donuts. You can watch them put your donut together when you order. I had the 'Boss'ton Cream. It was delicious. Wife had a special of the day with Nutella on a chocolate donut. Coffee was good too. Owner was super friendly. We sat and ate outside. As we sat down, another couple sitting nearby told us how much they loved their donuts. Highly recommended!

I am so sad about how we were treated at this place. My kids were so excited to walk up here and get a donut and we were just immediately a problem in their building. Their was one lady who was so rude to us the second we walked in. We ordered coffee and practically ruined their day that we wanted coffee. Best donut I?ve ever had! Hands down! (I got the lemon Girl Scout cookie donut which was one of the daily specials. I don?t remember the exact name of the donut, but the lemon glaze was AMAZING!!!) What I loved about it was that it tasted so fresh and not ridiculously sweet. So tasty.

I'm in Belmawr this week for vacation and think I found my breakfast spot! As someone who has consumed a lot of donuts (some would say too many) I can confidently say that these donuts were my top three, if not the best I've ever had. The iced coffee was served with frozen coffee cubes, which is ingenious as well as delicious. If you're in the area, definitely stop by for a gourmet donut treat!!

It?s very hard to find a donut place that will do donuts that are both vegan and gluten free, but Main Street Donuts delivers, and they?re delicious as well! Combine that with extremely helpful and friendly staff who resolved some confusion around boxes on the spot with no extra charge and I can?t recommend them enough. I have to say I tried this place because of all the great reviews. I was expected fresh, warm donuts out of the fryer. They were decorated to order but they certainly were not fresh. They tasted old and almost gummy. We couldn't even eat them. Maybe they are better during peak season. It was rather slow when we went. On a positive, they were decorated nicely and the flavors were unique. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Stopped in, on the recommendation of a friend. I kind of felt lost, theres no menu. They have me samples, & I bought the ones I liked. They take a donut, say chocolate. They cut it in 1/2, and put filling in it. I got salted caramel. Then they add drizzle. It becomes a small donut cake! I couldn't eat the whole thing, but it was yummy! The owners are very helpful once you ask, "so, how does this work?" Lol!!

Joe (the owner) is a wonderful person and his love for making delicious doughnuts radiates through all his creations. My family has tried many of Joe's specialty doughnuts and every single one has been a perfect balance of flavor and presentation. Maybe even more importantly, the doughnut-to-icing ratio is always spot-on!

I am but a stranger in strange land. I moseyed in off the street in the middle of december. Cold day No line. In the middle of all of the fancy-schmancy offerings...I asked for and was given a plain doughnut with vanilla icing. The lady at the counter was glad to do it. I sat in a bench and took a bite.
