LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! From the coffees to shakes to mini donuts to amazing waffles and most of all the amazing service! From the moment you open the door, you feel right at home. The entire staff greets you so kindly and if you?re having a bad day, you literally forget that you are! This place is so cozy and most importantly very clean you wont want to leave! It?s about a 40 minute drive for me but I don't mind at all. if I were closer I would definitely be there everyday! Def 5 well deserved stars!!

Absolutely loved my visit to Main Spot! The protein waffles were perfectly cooked?crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavor. They were a delicious. We meaning to visit this place for so long , finally got chance today . Super nice atmosphere, I?ve tried the chew shake - Omg it was a perfect blend of caramel and coffee , not only that I also tried their donuts , they were melting in mouth. Definitely there?s some magic behind the bars . I absolutely love this place!!!!! The atmosphere and decor is amazing! I love to go relax, enjoy the music and my favorite shake and tea! I have been to several nutrition clubs this one by far makes the best shakes! The customer service is the best! Everyone is very friendly and warm. My daughter had a ?special request? for a drop-off lunch at school today from Main Spot Nutrition. I hadn?t been to this restaurant before but was impressed with its quaint atmosphere & decor. The menu was straightforward & HEALTHY, to-go prep was relatively fast. Service was very kind, restaurant is well-maintained & my daughter LOVED her A?a? Bowl & protein donuts! We will definitely revisit! ??

Loved this spot, I went for the first time today and am shocked I hadn't been here before. Nutritious food and a community feel, I love it. Lots of options too! Low sugar, cal, and high protein - say less lol. I have had the protein coffee with white chocolate, the everything waffle and the acai bowl and it was all delicious. Update - I go all the time now, it's my new spot!!!! Must go to.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend. I had to write a review before even finishing my coffee here. Staff is very kind & food is delicious. We ordered 2 mini donuts (cinnamon sugar is my fav), The Cubanito Waffle (not overly sweet and a nice texture) and 2 protein coffees. I really appreciate the table games like Uno and Jenga and their tables don?t feel cramped. Will be back!

I was super impressed with their white chocolate protein coffee. I loved it! It had 15g of protein and only 2 g of sugar. Also tried a mini donut the pecan flavor and I regret not getting more. I think they were short handed when I went as it took an abnormally long time for it to be ready but worth the wait :)

When we started our keto diet last September our breakfast become quiet hard. Once we found the main spot it became our spot. Not only were the owners, Carlos and Katherine, super welcoming but the food was delicious made the keto experience so much better.

Super cozy spot for a healthy and yummy snack. The mini protein donuts were delicious and guilt free since they?re low in sugar. My son and I really enjoyed them. My cappuccino with oat milk was also great and much needed! I always do my best to support small businesses especially during the holidays. Their decor and ambience was also really cute! I cannot recommend this place enough. I usually stop in once a day for a protein shake after the gym. Not only are these shakes helping me achieve my fitness goals, but also Carlos and Katherine always make my day. Very nice spot to come hang, talk and chill after a workout or to come work and get away for a bit. Beautiful cafeteria like place and the staff is extremely nice and attentive. This is the best house for waffles hand down and their shakes and teas are just what u need to get your energy and protein going. This place is a real treat, plus I get all the proteins I need!... The food is healthy but really good tasting, and the menu is full of many great options. (I will miss the 3 leches mini doughnuts though... Please bring them back!) The people that work there are attentive and caring. You can see the effort and love for what they do.

Their honesty is appreciated but it's unfortunate that they won't wash their food service area nor their blenders. Stay away from this place if you have allergies. Response: Thank you for your response, however I have 2 questions. Why does that also apply to counter tops, is it not possible to clean out peanut fragments from a flat surface? I've been to other smoothie shops and they use hot water and blend with soap to clean out their blenders, plus they also use more than one blender (they usually have 2)

My teenage son and I ordered a protein shake and protein waffle from here a few weeks ago and it was sooooo delicious. I had an amazing experience the first time. I came back the next day to try the waffles. One of the employees wasn't friendly and it made me feel like I was bothering her. The food was good but please don't put a paper under the waffle, I almost eat it.

This place is amazing. You will not believe that it's low calorie, low carb and high protein and still tastes delicious. But I promise you this is the best "healthish" smoothie/shake you will ever taste.

Main Spot Nutrition is the best place to get healthy and just be happy. Carlos and Katherine are great people. Great customer service. The shakes and refreshers are excellent. They have guilt free delicious shakes. The refreshers give you great energy without that bad crash you would get from traditional coffee. They have different flavor refreshers. They also have the best healthiest waffles. They are fluffy and filling. They have donuts that are even more delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I just recently found out about this place and went there yesterday with my mom for a lunch smoothie and donut. We loved it! This place is so good and the food tastes freshly made. The smell alone as soon as you walk in makes you never want to leave. If I could live here I would. I recommend the birthday cake waffle and add strawberries.

Went here for the first time and not only was it a very long drive?. It was a long drive for no reason. Paying $9.10 for a small caramel iced coffee that tasted so bad I had to throw it out and drive another distance to one of my fav coffee shops really made me upset. I wanted to try something new, but sometimes it?s good to stay boring. Really upset at wasting money and gas. The iced coffee was terrible. Protein iced coffees are usually super good so I?m shocked at how bad this was.
