We drove almost an hour to try their donuts and it was not a wasted trip! We bought two dozen. The cream they use for filling is great. Sweet and delicious, but not crazy sweet. The dough of the doughnuts was perfect. My favorite was their apple fritters. Wow! So good and so big! They had great customer service. The young lady behind the counter helping us was sweet and patient while we hemmed and hawed over what we wanted.
The old lady working here doesn?t know the difference between a chocolate donut and chocolate frosted donut. Which seems pretty basic for a donut shop. Also they make it sound like they have a big selection. But they don?t. They have vanilla cake or vanilla raised, and that?s it, glazed, chocolate frosted or sprinkles. Round or twisted or what looks like a hockey puck but it has a hole you can?t see. There are also some filled ones but probably shouldn?t ask the lady working there because she probably does
AMAZING!!! The toasted coconut doughnut is the best I have ever had! The staff is friendly, helpful, and they decorated the place beautifully. It?s clean, cozy, and cool! Love Maggie?s - and I will be returning!!!

I'm just gonna be honest here. These donuts are a piece of sweet and savory heaven. All other donut places will never be the same for you. These donuts change you. You'll be a better person after eating these donuts. All joking aside, these are the best donuts I've ever had. Perfect balance of sweet and savory; super fresh. The service was amazing. My family and I will be back
Come early! These are amazing donuts and if you want your pick don't wait until they close! Just went 9:41am Sunday and all the apple fritters were sold out! Not gonna lie, so worth the trip!
I wish they had gluten-free. I recently found out I have celiac disease and I miss their donuts terribly ??
The donuts were all awesome!!! I called ahead to order a dozen donuts so that they were ready for me when I got there and I could just go. When I got there the worker did not have them ready and on top of that made me wait approximately another 5 minutes while talking to another customer about something that wasn't even relevant. She gave me an extra donut to make up for my time but was that really enough to make up for things not being ready and still having to wait another 5 minutes?? I dont think so. It
Customer service was wonderful. She somehow even snuck an extra donut in without me noticing. I had one of the best cream filled donuts I have had in a very long time. All of the donuts are all topped and filled generously and very fairly priced. This was my first time in but we will definitely be back! The place itself is very comfortable and somewhere you would actually want to sit down and have a cup of coffee while you eat your donut.
Stopped in yesterday (Wednesday) woman behind counter very friendly - wanted cinnamon buns, sold out, so decided on 4 chocolate long John?s. Very disappointed , they definitely were not fresh, wasn?t end of day, like 10 am when stopped. Even pooped in microwave- ehhhh no help.
Love their lovely fresh doughnuts... Some like the casada and key lime specials are culinary works of art! They even served us during the power outage! Maggie is a treasure!
First time at Maggie?s. Asked the cashier/donut dealer (not sure title) for recommendations. I was interested to hear her thoughts. She didn?t have many and I started to be become disinterested. Then the customer that was before me jumped in and raved on and suggested multiple donuts to try. He should be a spokesperson. I got the maple bacon, maple cinnamon roll, sprinkles, and a bunch others for the family and neighbor. Overall the donuts were ok for the price. A little hard which was a bummer. I?ll try
I ordered DoorDash and they gave me the wrong donuts. I called, and after I told them the woman on the phone told me I could get a refund. Even though they were the wrong donuts, they were still top notch. The woman on the phone said that the machine printed the wrong donuts, which I believe. She was very polite about it. Great donuts, great staff, bad DoorDash. Thanks y?all!
Ordered 4 donuts and the first one was raw.
Had heard so much good about Maggie's apple fritters I got one for my husband this morning. Maybe when they're fresh they're good but the one I got this morning certainly wasn't fresh. Even a short time in the microwave didn't help. Not worth $1.75 let alone the $3.75 I paid. Very disappointing.

This location is not as good as Middlefield. We come here at least 1 time a month to every other Saturday for the kids. The last two times I came to this location the donuts were hard and tasted like day old donuts. The glaze crumbled off the donuts and had a bad oil aftertaste that I usually notice from dunkin donuts. Unfortunately, I do not think the Chardon location compares to either in Middlefield.
Had these for the first time this summer at a graduation party. Our family has been obsessed since. I am not a donut person but the fritter and the croissants are just as excellent as I hear the donuts are.
Walked in at 1030 on a Saturday morning and they had 3 kinds of donuts to choose from-none of which were "kids" donuts (sprinkles, chocolate frosted, glazed....the simple ones) for my littles. I mean, I know theres no magic number. But too often we would stop at this donut shop in the morning for donuts, and there are very few left, which is crazy considering all they make are donuts and are supposed to be open until 130. So theres that. Ok donuts tho, a step above Dunkin I suppose

Have always enjoyed their creations. The people are friendly, and customer service is very good. It does get busy, but with the quality of the products, it is to be expected. Highly recommend!!
