MADDY'S DONUTS

Husband grabbed us donuts this morning. We?ve tried a few in the area and this one isn?t great. The chocolate donut tasted like the way nail polish smells and we didn?t finish it because I felt like it may have chemicals in it. Rest of the donuts weren?t bad but they tasted a little stale. Very sweet lady inside tho just wished the donuts weren?t better

Spend $28 for chocolate donuts and pigs in blankets and croissant, the chocolate donuts ALL tasted terrible, like metal, chemical of some sort. My son and I had to split it out and throw all away.

Stayed at a hotel within walking distance and decided to give this place a try. Walking in, none of the guys in my group were blown away by the selection or appearance of the donuts (we're all used to more extravagant options at trendier places). We all decided independently to grab a donut to tide us over until we could drive to someplace flashier. The pig in the blankets was overdone. And the donuts, I was truly disappointed because those were not the donuts I remembered from way back then. It was a total failure. I will try them again, when? I don't know yet. That was about 25 minutes away... almost an hour round trip in total. We all have bad days and maybe this was just one of those days. But most definitely not what I remembered them tasting like.

Went 4/23 @7am to get donuts for my baby birthday and the donuts were awful, it was 7am and the donuts were stale and crunchy...also tasted like nail polish and acetone from the nail shop next door.... I purchased a dozen donuts and a dozen donut holes this morning, and the nice lady threw in a few extra donuts for me. OH MY GOD they were so delicious! I've been thinking about them all day! Soft, sweet, and melt in your mouth, which I didn't expect from a donut, but I absolutely loved it. If I lived nearby I'd come here all the time!

Maddy is a great owner and very gracious. She's always very friendly and gives lots of freebies. Having said that; the donuts have an off taste. Like maybe the frying grease needs to be changed out more often.

The owner was SO friendly! The original glazed and cronuts were so good. We weren't fans of the chocolate glazed but the other donuts were delicious! And the sweet owner makes me want to give them lots of business!

She is the sweetest, most cheerful person! She will definitely put a smile on your face bright and early in the morning! The donut holes, are simply amazing!! They are so light and airy, I don?t even know how to describe them! A piece of heaven! And the sausage rolls are delish!!

Best cro nuts I've ever had and cheapest ! She's always so sweet to me and always throws in something free! Prices are best around and the donuts are better than the more expensive shops, even when moved to Euless , still come to beach street just to go there!!

These doughnuts were nasty still had uncooked doughnut dough in the middle other doughnuts tasted like grease. The lady there didn't know how to use the app to process a card payment.

My co-worker brought donuts in today for us. The chocolate glazed ones had a bad taste to them. They where all tossed in the garbage. I would like to add that another co-worker has been to the restroom 4 times.

The best customer service and I love the sausage rolls! The lady at the counter will always give you some donut holes free of charge. She is really sweet AND THE PRICES ARE BETTER than everyone else in the area!

The lady that runs the store may be as sweet as her donuts! Everyone is greeted like an old friend that she hasn?t seen in years. The donuts are A+ good, and I?m a truck driver that has ate a few donuts in his life!

It's always so wonderful to be here. The first time I stopped by was because I had a really bad night, and once I stepped through those doors early in the morning I felt all that pain wash away. The prices are beyond affordable, but the customer service is what really makes this place worth visiting. It's so homey and warm, I love it so much!
