Shout out (Rave!!) To the sweet man running the case at Mad Natter's Donuts ?? this morning. He was very sweet and kind, and the donuts were SOOO yummy! And the cup of coffee was super good, too! They remind me of my childhood. And aren't the Donuts ?? pretty?

Was up in the area playing disc golf with the Big D crew and as holder of the Dong I was obligated to supply the crew with donuts when I happened upon Mad Natters. Wow! Fantastic. These donuts were amazing. Soft, fresh, melts in the mouth. I consider my self somewhat of a donut snob and I?d put these donuts up against any donuts in the country, they were that good. I had a lemon filled glazed and Cream filled chocolate iced. The crew had maple bar, chocolate bar, cream filled powder and an Apple fritter. 10

I went to the location in Magalia and I was so unimpressed. The guy that was working was nice enough but he went so slow, I was in the shop for 15min just trying to get 4 donuts and a dozen donut holes. I even tried to jump in to help him close the lid on my box but he insisted he do it and It took sooo long, he struggled just folding in each side, let alone getting them all to stay folded so he could shut it. Ive never been in a donut shop for so long unless theyve had a line out the door, and I can assure

I don't know how this is not 5 stars. Great little spot I mean when a doughnut shop has biscuits and gravey and it's good. Come on folks all I know is the service was great food was great ?? was so good. I wish they had a spot where I live this would be part of my morning routine. Definitely will be back anytime I'm in town

We loved it! And we will be back! We got a bakers dozen (thank you for that!!) and each donut was perfection! I even got a ?custom filled? donut which was such a fun experience! They had some great flavors to choose from for the filling! Overall, it was a great experience and the donuts were amazing!

Donuts are great but too many times I've had to either go to the location in Paradise to find a note on the door that they are closed (because they don't post it on Facebook) or showing up at the Magalia location and waiting for 30 minutes past opening hours for them to not open. No note left on the door up here. I won't keep coming back if they keep yanking my chain like this. I miss Dolly-O's

10 out of 10 Donuts I love the friendly and fast service and the cleanliness most places you go they never wash their hands she constantly washed her hands it was greatly appreciated and not to mention she even gives stickers to our kids I highly recommend

This is a good donut, not just any old donut but the kind of donuts you remembered as a kid. Great service and smiles, I'll be going back... And it's two hours from my home, thay are that good.

Amazing donuts, but you need to get there early as they sell out quickly. Bear claw with almonds and maple buttermilk bars were our favorites.

These guys have by far the best donuts I?ve ever had ?? from the dough to the glaze it?s perfect and has that homemade love put into everything they make. I called in an order one time and had to wait like 7 mins due to a slight miscommunication on my end and the owner gave me my order for free!! I highly recommend this place if you get a chance but come early the sell out every day

Love this place! The owners are super sweet. The doughnuts are perfect! Not a coffee drinker, but my partner says the coffee is a wonderfully flavor, dark roast.

The place could use some sprucing up but I love that you can see them making the donuts. I've only tried their donut holes, I get in early so they are always fresh, taste great and I like the price. I love supporting local and I love it when the business trys their best for their community which this one does. I've read some of the negative reviews and hope they are willing to give this place another try, sometimes things happen but doesn't mean it's always like that. Only issue is hours seem to not follow

Way too expensive I paid $2.50 for a plain cake donut nothing fancy just plain. I could taste the oil that they use. I just wasn't impressed. I went to the one on Clark road about 6 months ago to see how they were and the same problems. I could taste the oil. I'm just looking for a plain cake donut that taste good. Something local.

Very delicous all around. I had the biscuits and gravy, my fiance had the sausage breakfast sandwich and we got both got donuts and it was very delicious. The coffee was excellent too. We will be back. We highly recommend. We finally moved back in May after being gone since the camp fire and are very glad to have a donut shop again??

We picked up a dozen today with high hopes since it was highly recommended by neighbors. I?m so disappointed the donuts have a weird taste to them and the dough was raw and gooey in the middle of the larger donuts. I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely fabulous came in and got a dozen donuts, (small dozen box) ham & cheese croissants & donut holes. Everything was absolutely delicious. Both the owner and her husband were phenomenal. Will continue to go back! Support this local business ??????

The new location on the Skyway! I love to support local businesses, so decided to try the Skyway location today! Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The place smelled of new paint, not a deal breaker, and needs some more fixing up, also not a deal breaker. The deal breaker is the taste of the donuts, at first bite seemed good, but then the horrible bitter taste hits you, not sure if it?s the oil used or something to do with the dough, but could not finish the doughnut. Lastly, the price for 6 doughnut

I'm sorry but there donuts are terrible. Sometimes they aren't fully done and have a real heavy grease after taste. I just can't give this place any more business. Wish I could give a better review.

Donuts were delicious. No prices listed, so wasn't prepared to pay 16 bucks for 4 Donuts. Very slim choices. One employee an he didn't appear to be in a good mood.

The donuts were fresh and still hot. We loved that! And they smelled so good. But the overall taste was basic and they were expensive. But I would definitely go back!

Store hours should be 6am-1pm on the day I tried going. Posted hours say this as well as Google, they were closed. All I wanted was to get my 2 year old some birthday donuts?

I loved all three donuts I tried (raspberry, lemon, and maple). They look a little non-traditional but great flavor, GREAT texture. Recommend!!

Their donuts are so good they sell out quickly!! Hubby had a glazed filled cherry donut!! Reminded him of the Canadian Bakery we visited in Burns Lake,BC. Delicious and very soft!! Go early and you won't be disappointed!!

I liked this place, the old fashioned chocolate donut was a little different than most I have had. I will be trying more options. Now don't get me wrong. This is only for constructive criticism. I don't even want it to be a criticism. When I went in one of the workers was helping someone with an order, however it didn't seem that way. We visited Madd Natters doughnuts this morning for the first time. Our experience was great! The owners are very nice people. I got an apple fritter and my husband got a cinnamon roll. We came home and cut the two doughnuts into little squares so we could share the doughnuts. And I gotta say, they are better than Crispy Creme!!! The doughnuts are so light and airy, so soft and scrumptious!! I would definitely recommend this doughnut shop to everyone!! We will definitely be back. Their doughnuts are even bet

Literally the BEST DONUTS IVE EVER HAD. You deserve more than 5 stars. All the 1 star reviews clearly don't have anything to do with the quality of your product, if your product is so good that you sell out in 30 minutes, that's not your fault! In fact it just speaks to the fact that you have such an amazing product (in your case it's donuts) and people actually love them!! WORTH WAKING UP 45 MINUTES EARLY!! Thanks for the delicious treats you produce!!!! WOW!!

Don?t let the reviews fool you I went in on a Thursday around 9 AM and they had plenty of donuts on the display. They had plenty being made in the back no way they should close so early. The donuts were so good they were soft and delicious! Thank you for making my day even sweeter

My wife and I visited Madd Natters doughnuts for the first time today! I must say their doughnuts are absolutely delicious! So light and airy. Yummmmy!! I work at Jiffy Lube and the guys up there just love these doughnuts as well!! Apple fritters actually have apples in them!! So many doughnut shops just use apple flavoring!! Their cinnamon rolls are to die for. The owners are very friendly and pleasant! We will definitely be back to try some more doughnuts!! Don't change a thing!

The Donuts are good, the only draw back is they?re open until they sell out. Which is usually by 8AM because they don?t make alot to start with. I would recommend they stay open longer to serve those that don?t wake up at 6AM to get donuts on the weekend and to make more donuts. Everytime they sell out I go directly TO CHICO to get mine and my families donuts at The Donut Wheel on Esplanade. Donuts are waaay too greasy. They need to figure that out. The food is awful. Had a few breakfast sandwiches that were made by some kid. Total mess, smashed and greasy. Totally bland and small portions for the price. I?ve tried them a few times. Never again.

Honestly, I had probably the best tigerstail donut I've ever had. Paradise is fortunate to have such a great donut shop. Making them on site is a big plus.

Please change your oil. It taste rancid. When the oil is fresh I love your donuts. This is the 3rd time I've had your donuts with rancid oil.

My sister and I came in around 10am. The case was pretty much cleared out from the early am crowd, but the team was busy making more. We had chocolate butterflies, I think she called them. Sold out of donuts in an hour and didn?t open until 8??? My wife and daughter wait outside for an hour and a half. You think this place would have half brain to continue making more. First day back and already lost a customer for good. What a joke of a restaurant business.

They run out everyday. It?s been a year since this donut shop opened and they ran out of donuts. You?d think they?d plan ahead for the late comers. Not going there again.

Excellent donuts. We have now made 2 special orders for our girls to take to school for their birthday's and they're always ready to go and super delicious!

We came at 9:40am and they were already closed on a Thursday. The hours are 6-10am Tuesday to Sunday. Might call ahead to see if they will be open before you drive out there.
