Excellent small business with lots of delicious donuts. The only thing I don?t like is that they have places to sit and eat, however there?s no public restroom and that?s kind of unfair to patrons. Not sure how that?s even possible. I usually grab & go anyway. The owner is very nice.
The short girl working was rude when we first walked in and making the whole vibe awkward. We decided to eat there and her rudeness to other customers made it uncomfortable for us to eat there as well. The bagel sandwich was dry and my croissant was burnt ??. Donuts were good though.
I placed an order. When I opened it in the car, it was another order. Then I went back to the store, I discovered that they did not have my ordered sandwich. And they did not refund me my money. It was a bad service and experience for me.
These are THE BEST cake donuts I have ever tasted. And this crumb cinnamon one?chefs kiss!!
Donuts are pretty good, not super sweet, and very fluffy.
The woman behind the counter was delightfully pleasant! She had a bright smile the entire time and at 6am on a Saturday, I wasn?t expecting such pleasantries. Service was 10/10. The donuts were great as well! The cake donut was fluffy and moist, not dense and dry. The crullers were also delicious! I don?t usually like cake donuts or crullers because they are often overly dry, but I took a chance on these and they were great! I look forward to coming back!
I have never been disappointed with their fresh donuts and amazing customer service. They have been my go to donut store since they openec.
Worst service ever!! I went in at 2pm and these people said we are closing soon and they close at 3pm. They couldn't make me anything!!! Terrible service, can't even buy anything .just because the girl didn't want to work.

This is my go to for donuts for years. Never experienced a problem or issue here before. Wide enough selection and they make huge pastries as well, enough to split with someone. My favorites are: cream filled, old fashioned, buttermilk bar, cinnamon roll/twist, bear claw. The regular glazed donuts are soft and chewy, perfect texture but I prefer the cake style (old fashioned) donuts--most of the time. UPDATE: The business has changed owners but the donuts are practically the same. I now love the breakfast
The only place in Fairfield I go to get donuts. Never too busy, always delicious, great variety and quantity of selections. Good ham and cheese croissants too. They are very friendly and kind, they make sure to give me a fresh donut that is warm pretty much every time we go.
Your in for a treat. These guys are the real deal when it comes to tasty fresh donuts. Prices are very reasonable and they are open til 7 most nights and that's already a plus. My first time here I had a blueberry cake donut and a chocolate cruller. Both were moist and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. Some donut shops make their donuts way too sweet, not here; the donuts are fresh and made perfect all the time. This is my go to donut shop in Fairfield and if you ever get the chance to try

I love going to this donut shop. The owners are always very nice. Whenever I want to get donuts, this is the place that I go to. I pick some up for people at work. They also really enjoy them. It is cash only so make sure you do have cash before going in.
I was the only one in the parking lot and the only customer in the early morning on Tuesday, 6 am to be exact. Guy behind counter was welcoming and pleasant. I was going to allow him to pick the dozen, but persuaded me to choose my own. Picked what I wanted and the total came out to be $9.00. He included a cinnamon roll to make it a bakers dozen. Scrounged up enough change to get a coffee too. Bring cash.
Great family owned place. The owners gave us some fresh hot donuts while we ordered what we wanted they were really good. I recommend forsure if you want a place to get cheap but good donuts and pastries
Omg Its 3:45pm and their donuts are still fresh. I bought 3 and man with a small carton of milk. It's all gone in a flash. Happy Me happy tummy. Go there for sweet fresh donuts daily. Small shop with patking. Quite clerk but nice and cordial. Go Get your self some Fresh Donuts there any time. ??
I LOVE this place!!! So many great choices of Donuts. As well as other choices of good of things to eat. Wonderful place to sit in the morning and enjoy Coffee or Hot Chocolate and some Pastries
Good prices, delectable taste, custard was delightfully rich, raspberry jam was wonderfully tart, and the donuts were so light it felt like they could float away.

Everyone at the meeting enjoyed the selection of the donuts. The price was also reasonable. The person that assisted me helped by bringing the box to my car, thank you very much.

Accepts cash only. When we handed her the card she seemed irritated that we didn?t know it was cash only pointing to an 8x10 sign saying ?i put big sign?. The only reason a company would do this is to avoid taxes. No thank you!
Called today, 1/1/19 at 6:20 pm to ask what time they close, the lady said "You want to come in now." I said no, I just want to know when you close so I can decide if I will make it in time. She then stated "we close when it's slow" then hung up on me. What a joke.. why does it say 8 pm but you close whenever you want. Horrible customer service!!
This is the best donut place ever the kindness is felt as soon as you arrive not sure if he is the owner and master pastry chef but the chef for sure he is definitely in a place that his love for what he does gets shown as soon as you take your first bite my opinion will always be most favorable & flavorable at Luck Jelly Donut's

I've only been here to get the fish and chips and they are tasty! This place only takes cash and more than once I've been turned away because the fish maker wasn't there.
