Classic donuts with a local shop atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and the donuts are excellent. They also have some convenient store items (chips, drinks, candy) and is family friendly. I recommend the fritters, red velvet glazed or red velvet donuts holes.

I?ve been to Lucy Donuts a few times and they let me down every time. For being part deli, the cook is never around and or I can?t get a breakfast sandwich even he is there. The owners are nice and the store offers a lot of options but I would rather go to a different shop that has sandwiches and the donuts don?t have that weird glaze taste.

My donut was okay. The lady behind the counter was super nice and very kind. My sister ordered black coffee. She said it was horrible tasting and tossed it in the trash after one sip. It?s a little messy in there with boxes and their supply backstock. If you?re just looking for a quick donut without the bells & whistles then I think this place will do just fine.
I loved this place! Have been once while in town and the donuts were delicious and the staff was so kind. If you are in the area and are looking for a sweet treat I highly recommend giving it a try!

The Bavarian cream chocolate donut was good. Got to enjoy a cup of coffee with donuts with my dad. They are so delicious and soft. The guy actually made us a fresh cup of coffee. Very good customer service. For being our first time we like this place.

I called the donut shop before church and asked them to save me two lemon filled donuts for my mom for Mother?s Day. When my husband went to pick them up they gave him the two donuts and of course he picked up more. I was so impressed and my mom was so pleased and surprised when she opened the box and found two HEART shaped lemon filled donuts. This place has all the classic flavor donuts and more unique flavors too. They are made fresh and are delicious!!! Reasonably priced they take cash and cards. Plenty of parking. Entrance is on the 2nd floor. Open early. Service was outstanding.

Came in for a quick stop off the freeway and ordered a raspberry jelly donut, Boston cream donut and a milk. I got in my car and got back home the freeway. Raspberry donut was empty and had no fruit feeling. Milk although it is not the stores fault was the worst milk I have ever tasted in my life! Evidently it is some type of shelf stable milk that does not expire for 7 months from today.
These are the best donuts for the value you can get. I personally love the apple fritters and Boston cremes.
We went at the end of day, so not a huge selection (to be expected). Really nice, friendly staff! Donuts were delicious and still soft and fluffy. We got a chocolate sprinkle, maple bar, and glazed donut holes. I asked about the jelly filled- they have lemon, blueberry, strawberry and raspberry. They ended up giving us a raspberry to try. It was great, too.

This is a GREAT little donut shop! The lady is always friendly, the donuts are fresh and the shop is clean and well stocked. If you?re spending Under $10 - bring cash! Grab a coffee, hot chocolate, fridge drinks, and a dozen donuts on your way to work. They even have a little spot out front to sit and enjoy your treat and parking is always ample.
I was driving down the road, thinking that every donut place was closed needing is fixtures and sugar and I just happen to stumble upon like a doughnut in Mira Mesa like you?ll have to stop here this place is the bomb donuts are the best I think I?ve ever had and the service was amazing. People are nice, friendly, helpful, and they know how to bake a damn donut check it out.

The donuts are fresh, delicious, and they have a huge variety! Their prices are the best I have ever seen!! We got a dozen mixed variety donuts with premium choices mixed in. They didn't charge us extra or anything! They have breakfast sandwiches and SO much more. Check them out! You won't regret it.

Very good donuts. I can call it hands down the best donuts I've ever had in america, and that's saying a lot since I've eaten new york donuts, cincinnati ohio donuts, cleveland donuts, detroit donuts, and chicago donuts. This donut store, al though it may look messy, has the perfect tasting donuts. You can't go wrong with the donuts here.
I came later in the morning so they were a little bare for my taste. But that didn't stop me from getting 48 donut holes for work. After the first wave we're devoured I knew these were made of the good stuff. Then I finally tasted some for myself And I have to say they are just shy of amazing. The red velvet cake was really tasty.

Decent donuts but if you go later in the day they're usually very picked over. One of the few options that's open past lunch time though. So they're a good option if you're not an early riser.
The same lady who rung me up was also the cook and made an excellent croissant, egg, and cheese sandwich. She was also very friendly. Their donut when blueberry filling was excellent too. They have a $5 credit card minimum though.

Chocolate glazed Boston cream filled donuts, better than Krispy Kreme. WAY BETTER!! The guy who fills these does them right. You actually get cream in every bite. Unlike other places where there's only cream in one bite. And the prices are really fair. Whole dozen under $9.00. The Enclairs are really good too. Warm friendly family place.

Absolutely THE BEST doughnuts I've ever had! I definitely have an addiction to doughnuts. If I'm craving doughnuts, I'll eat the first doughnut I get to. Sometimes ill tolerate crappy doughnuts just cus I don't have a choice but that one. And then one day my mouth was tasted the most tasty doughnut with the perfect amount of frosting and the softest and fluffiest bread ever. Lucky doughnuts are better than Winchell's, yum yum and Krispy Kreme. Go to lucky doughnuts for the best doughnuts in the world!!!!

Lucky Donuts provides all the donuts at Maranatha Chapel for Sunday services and I've never tasted a donut ever are good as your donuts. I just get the frostef ones with sprinkes. Yummy ??
