Friendly service. A bit frustrating though was they didn?t tell us they had no Reuben sauce and still made our bagel and gave it to us. Other than that it?s a great place to stop for the whole family. Amazing New York bagels with great meat(boars head) and atmosphere.

Out of the coffee shops and local bakeries, Loose Brick is the best by far. Minority friendly and the baked good there are worth the trip every single time. Comfortable seating with lots of sunny windows. Not easily accessible with a wheelchair but a walker would have no issue. Staff are friendly and knowledge about their products and what is in stock. You can purchase local sweatshirts/ tshirts as well. Outdoor seating lets you enjoy a great view of the downtown area, great for when your family visits.

First time here! I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Deanna. She offered great suggestions and made my visit so easy. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese on an everyone bagel. Hit the spot!

I?m from idaho and I am in the area at Fort Rucker to see my husband. I wanted to try a local coffee shop and decided to try Loose Brick, I was not disappointed at all! Bought everything, poppy, blueberry bagels par baked frozen. Brought them home to finish the baking so I can have warm baked new york bagel. Well worth it. Nice job Loose brick coffee shop. I would highly recommend.

The real measure of a coffee shop is the regular hot coffee. Mine was great! I got just a little cream to take the edge off for when it cooled. But it was so good I drank it before then. Mango pastry was delicious, and an interesting shape haha. Good music inside, too.

If you are looking for fresh NY bagels, I highly recommend this place. Atmosphere is a downtown cafe with seating. Coffee is not bad but the bagels are the bomb. Could not get in my area so drove 20 min to check them out. I love garlic bagels and could find them anywhere until now. A little pricey for a dozen bagels but worth it.

Noticed the billboard on 231 and decided to stop on our way home to Ohio. And we are so glad we did. Service was friendly and super fast. Coffee was exceptional. Sandwiches were filling and delicious. We have already saved this in our Google Maps as a favorite for our future trips to Cape San Blas.

We visited here on our way out of town, and I can still remember the shirt I should have bought (an astronaut holding a coffee cup). Hubby bought a plain coffee, Son a breakfast sandwich, and I got a coffee with honey in it. That was different, but once I got used to it, I liked both the taste and how it wasn't overly sweet. If we ever return to Ozark, we will get our coffee here!

My boyfriend and I always make a point to stop by Loose Brick if we drive through Ozark! The bagels are delicious, and all of the drinks are amazing. Their drink menu is great! I love their Red Bull refreshers, and my boyfriend loves their iced lattes. Great location AND friendly staff that aren?t snobby like some coffee shops.

After finally trying this place I am very impressed! The staff was so polite and patient and the bagels and coffee are so high quality! I do wish the pricing was posted however I will say even though a little more expensive than I expected you definitely get what you pay for! Great quality food! Great quality coffee! This was my first time going to this shop. I will certainly go again. Great selection of coffee and pastry. Employees were very nice and helpful gave it a home type atmosphere. There is free Wi-Fi for those that need to get out of the house or office and keep working or attending classes.

I was disappointed to find no visible prices, even on the printed menu, which made it difficult to shop comfortably. We chose not to buy anything to avoid the embarrassment of asking for prices and potentially not having enough money for everyone in our group. The store smelled wonderful, though. Originally, I rated it three stars, but after their response to my review, I?ve lowered it to one. Their reply came off as sarcastic rather than addressing my concerns.

Love this place! By far my favorite coffee shop in the general Novosel area! Great coffee and coffee drinks, the energy drink mixed things are as good as anywhere and the food is great! The front window area with the kids toys and books is a couple points in their favor from me as well. Best of all though, the people are friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to be around!

My first time and probably only time coming to this shop. The young girl with glasses and short blonde hair who rung me out was very rude and seemed like I was bothering her. I kept telling her this is my first time so I might not know how to order it and she just walked away. Very nice employees and quick service! My BEC bagel was HUGE, tasted fantastic, and absolutely love they made crispy bacon without even asking. Their mocha also hit the spot and was delicious ?? This adorable coffee shop is nestled in downtown Ozark and is the perfect place to grab a coffee and get some studying in, or get together with a friend. The staff is highly considerate and eager to please. I moved here at the beginning of the year and they have made me feel right at home. Their menu is still coming together, but I?ve never been disappointed with anything I?ve ordered.

Pam & Steve have done an outstanding job turning there building into a inviting coffee shop. I do not drink coffee but they have worked on offering cold teas and refreshing drinks for us non coffee drinkers. The bagels are perfectly prepared, with new options added often. The French Toast is amazing!! So if you love a good cup of coffee/tea stop in relax and see what else they offer. You will not be disappointed!

Love love love Loose Brick!! I?m a huge fan of their Red Bull refreshers or their Bee Sweet latte. It?s usually my Tuesday morning place. The owners and employees are so nice and sweet and the lemon squares and brownies are top notch.

Besides having the best coffee and a great atmosphere, the employees and owners are what makes this place my favorite. One employee Bryan paid for me and my girlfriend?s order the morning of my mother?s funeral and I will never forget that act of kindness.

Loose Brick Coffee is a huge asset for downtown Ozark and Ozark in general. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and they are community-minded. They offer free Wi-Fi to anyone who wants to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while they work or study. I love seeing a table full of students studying together. It warms my heart. We saw the billboard from the highway and decided to go. It?s in the cute downtown area of Ozark, AL with plenty of parking. Coffee was delicious and the Boars Head breakfast sandwich was warm and fluffy! Great place and decor too with all the filled coffee burlap bags!!! It?s coffee time!

We stopped in for a coffee and a croissant. Husband got a double espresso latte, and I got a chai latte. All were delicious however why does there have to be mostly ice in your cup? To me that was too much ice for the costs of the drink that you get. All of that ice takes up volume that could have been replaced with the actual chai tea. I am happy that we finally have a sit-down coffee shop in Ozark because having somewhere to study outside of the house can really help. They have a wide selection of coffee and other drinks to choose from along with an assortment of baked goods and breakfast items. I would recommend checking them out as I was pleasantly surprised to find that we now have a coffee shop that can compete with the ones in Dothan.

I would love to say we enjoyed it. But we?re here on a Saturday and sitting in front of a locked door. The signs say they should be open and there?s no signage saying that there?s low staffage or anything to validate us driving out of our way to try a place that is closed.
