Let me start this review by iterating that I've had A LOT of donuts in my life. As far as sweet treats go, they're typically my go-to if I need to satisfy a sweet tooth. I've tried all the national chains, lots of grocery store bakeries, and then good old fashioned mom and pop shops. Longview Donuts is in the latter category, but with a welcomed fresh vibe that makes you feel comfortable and confident with your decision to either dine-in or grab and go. The lady that worked this morning was absolutely rude. The customer service was lacking and the attitude was absolutely below anyone's standards. We asked for a red bull Italian soda. She asks what flavors and my husband was unclear on what flavor to get. She says "they are right there" and points to the board. Then judges him for adding no flavor. Came end of day. Lots of doughnuts to select. Doughnuts were fresh and tasty. We devoured them before I could take a picture. Cozy atmosphere, great customer service. Ladies were very patient and nice. We ordered mango with green apple jellies and Thai iced tea- defiantly recommend. So yummy. Will definitely be back.

The food that I've received here has been excellent the couple times I've been there I ordered the sausage egg and cheese crescents. they were large with the ingredients pouring out there was so much. Very delicious. I also ordered a donut and espresso or whatever they're called. It was good what ever it was. All of it. Place is very clean, people were nice and beautiful and it didn't take but a couple minutes and I was on my way.

I would give no stars if possible. I cannot believe this place charges you an entire DOLLAR EXTRA for no ice in your boba tea. I mean, the boba is decent but literally, they fill your cup with ice unless you pay an extra dollar?!? They also nickel and dime you for every topping or additions to your boba tea. They have reasonably priced donuts and black coffee. Good selection of smoothies. If you come here for the coffee know that it's mainly black coffee and some mixed stuff. It's not a bad spot but compared to Heavenly Donuts or Starbucks both serve most needs better.

Did you know, if you pay 75 cents you can get a really cool rewards card that can get you free donuts, AND drinks?! I love it! Their milk tea and italian soda is great, they also put really fun sealed lids on them. I haven't really tried their donuts yet so have no comments on that subject. I wanted to love this place today. The staff was exceptional. However, the donuts tasted like old oil and the seating area was so dusty and tables were dirty. Maybe it was an off day/week so I will give it another try, but was dissappointed today.

I went to Longview Donuts for the boba and a donut and ended up with a disgusting excuse of a cinnamon roll. The boba was not too bad! I got the strawberry lemonade with blueberry popping boba. I love their fruit and cream cheese pastries. You definitely have to go earlier in the day before they run out. There is a large selection of bubble tea drinks. I also really like that it has a drive through.

Donuts are soft, the filled bars are filled full, not skimpy! Love that! The bacon maple bar I didnt care for, the bacon didnt taste like typical bacon but I like how to sandwich it! They have a drive thru which is rare to find at a donut place! Wonderful little place! The milk tea is awesome too!

Started going here about 3 years ago and am so happy with how much they have improved with their boba!! I do think the charging for light ice or no ice is a bit annoying, but everything is fairly priced otherwise. Their donuts are also amazing and so soft. If a soft and fluffy is your desired donut, definitely make sure to pick one up.

Been wanting to stop here for awhile. I love local businesses and my friend loves this place so I decided I'd give it a shot. Plus I like that they have a drive thru. I really wanted to like it but the product I recieved was not very good at all. I ordered a large Taro smoothie with boba which cost me $7. It didn't taste like Taro at all. It actually had a sort of soapy taste and wasn't good at all. Very disappointing. I was hoping this might be my new bubble tea spot.

First time stopping by this place nice green building, However, change your sign or add DONUTS to the side of your building. Almost, gave up on finding you, thinking you were part of that weed store. Prices are high for the quantity you get. 4 donuts for $11.00 is steep Probably won?t stop by this place again, we will stick to our Donut shop we normally go to.

Stopped by for a Bubble Tea which was great. Donuts looked yummy so we ordered 2 Cinnamon Buns and they were super soft and tasty. Love our little find of the afternoon.

Maybe first thing in the morning the donuts are better. Fritter tasted stale and burnt. We ordered our drinks and one was made incorrectly. Instead of just rectifying the issue, the lady behind the counter was not very nice and tried to tell me I ordered wrong. I was not there alone and the other person heard me order correctly. The only thing that made me give service 2 stars versus a 1 star is because the girl who remade the drink was very nice.

It is sad how the quality and customer service is horrible at this shop. This establishment we will never return to. If you are looking for people that like to argue and bicker with their customers this is the place for you. They refused to give our money back when my daughter?s drink spilled all over her and she had not even put her straw in yet. I am beyond horrified at how many signs read no return on food everywhere. Transcendent. That is the word that comes to mind when describing their donuts. This establishment objectively sells the most delectable donuts on this plane of existence. Please let me be clear, this is not an opinion but an irrefutable fact. My only caution in recommending that you partake of this establishment is that once you do, you will experience a donut that definitively ruins all other inferior donuts. 6 / 5 stars. Used to like this place. Recently went there and had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. First off the experience alone disgusting, and the customer service thereafter was atrocious. First off I ordered a raspberry coconut redbull and got all the way home before putting the straw in and trying it. Immediately my mouth and nose sensed the distinct smell and taste of MOLD/MILDEW. Customer service is not good and every time I have been there, they were out of boba. It?s literally in their name. And they are always out of it.

Definitely a hidden gem in a place where you don't expect the best of milk tea and boba to be served. After having tried at least 30 different boba shops, my favorite (green) milk tea here easily beats out 95% of them. The boba is always properly cooked and consistent, never are they too hard or too soft. I have been to this shop multiple times throughout the month and I can say that they really do have great drinks and doughnuts however whenever I come in the staff is always rude and unfriendly they will make faces at you and argue about who has to take the order and then whoever ends up taking it looks really upset about it and will be short with you the whole time. Love this place! They have the best bubble tea. All there breakfast food looks amazing and the donuts are delicious! My husband the kids and i stoped by yesterday for bubble tea and the lady gave us a whole box of donuts. The owner and workers are all the sweetest people. If you have not tried this place you are missing out.

Interesting, and really excellent take on the traditional raised glazed donut. Pillowy, but still elastic dough, with just the right amount of glaze, and a delightful flavor with a hint if something unusual ? orange perhaps? The chocolate frosted old fashioned was not quite as good, so 4 stars, but really, with prompt, cheerful service, good price, and drive through option, it?s a 4.8.

Looks like it should be a run down dump inside, but looks can be deceiving. Inside it's nice and freshly painted (smelled like it when we were there too) and clean. They have a great looking doughnut counter and even offer specialty drinks like bubble tea and Italian sodas. They do have a bit of a lacking doughnut selection for my desires, but maybe it was just the time I came (about 3pm) and the good stuff was already gone. Fantastic little shop. The donuts I had were fantastic. You can really tell the difference between these and more mass produced donuts from chain stores. I'll definitely remember them for the next time I am in Longview. I highly recommend a visit to satisfy a sweet tooth craving.

A very interesting interpretation of coffee. I ordered a white mocha with half the usual sweetener and was treated to what tasted like pure syrup over ice. The Italian sodas would make the Italians roll over in their graves in horror. And the "breakfast biscuits" could've been straight from the cafeteria of my elementary school. Overall fascinating experience though, it's always fun to try the local foods when I travel abroad.

Decided to give this place a try and got their cinnamon sugar donut holes and let me tell you, they practically melt in your mouth. They were so delicious it got my whole family hooked! Their mocha frappes were also so yummy! Definitely giving this place another go!

Went through there to get a smoothy and was told I had to order the large because they were out of the small cups . Then they turned around and changed me an additional . 75 cents per cup because they had to use them . I won?t be coming here again. 14.75 for two small bobas and they sold it to me like this . Nothing was drank out of it . So , I got myself and my son drinks that look already drank because they sold me the small but put it in a large cup and still charged for the cups .

The workers had bad attitudes and acted like they didn't want to be there. My kids were excited and new at boba, there was no communication from the workers who seemed annoyed and we didn't like what we got. It's the 3rd time... And probably the last time. 3 strikes.

Their glazed donuts are the best donuts I?ve ever had. They are still good and soft even after almost 48 hours of sitting at room temperature! Highly highly recommend this place.

Decided to try a matcha drink since that has been my go to lately. 100x better than any matcha in town! As a family we love their bubble teas!!! I love this place. I wish they would gift me a dozen crossaints with chocolate filling. I try to go every week at least 2-3x just for a special treat. Everything is so fresh and nicely displayed. The staff is so kind and friendly. The best place to go in town for donuts by far.

Wanted to try this place so bad but probably had the worst experience of my life! The owner what had seem, seemed very unprofessional to her employees and the employees themselves seemed a little rude except for one did not catch her name unfortunately. The drink I had order was terrible tasted like pure syrup. The donut was awful as well. The prices are way to high for these things as they do not satisfy or meet great quality!

Luke warm coffee. Very old doughnut. Sausage egg and cheese burrito was the worst. It was microwaved so bad that the tortilla was stuck to the paper. Burrito wasnt even rolled in on the ends. Just seperating it from the paper made a total mess. I want to like this place but obviously the owners dont eat the food they serve. Deserves 1 star but i aint trying to be mean here. Just an honest guide.
