I really had high hopes but was disappointed. There was a very tight awkward line inside, which is understandable due to how small the shop is. The young lady behind the counter was rude to the guy in front of me. She came out of the back and stepped up to him and said loudly, ?what can I get for you?? And before he could respond she stated again even louder, ?I said, What Can I Get For You!? Granted they were busy, but that was not called for. He looked embarrassed. The sausage rolls are Not good.

I really hate to give a bad review. Customer service wise maybe it was a bad day we went about 730am a few weeks ago and it wasn't good. It was on a weekend though. The donuts weren't good either and got weird within a couple hours. The sausage blankets i was super hopeful for but omg terrible. And customer service was definitely lacking, but I can also understand these people don't make a living wage. Would be insanely surprised if they made even 12 an hour and it shows. The wait in the drive-thru was about 5 minutes per car. The staff was friendly but the donuts were stale and tasted like they were a day old. A delivery van delivered donuts to the store as I was waiting so it made sense why they were not fresh. The total for 2 regular donuts was almost $3 and then I was asked if I wanted to tip.

Was there this morning for opening found out they no longer have the sausage squares (best item on menu). Plus no sausage rolls either... I know it's a donut shop but come on man. This was the best place to go for me.

I was disappointed to discover that this isn't an independent donut shop but rather one that just sells mostly Daylight Donuts. Don't get me wrong, Daylight Donuts aren't bad, but I specifically chose this place hoping to try something new. Maybe they have a few recipes that are their own? I think for the most part- it's just Daylight donuts.

This used to just be a donut shop and I would stop for coffee on my way to the climbing gym. It?s now owned by new people I think and serves really great specialty coffees that are way cheaper than chain places. Really nice people too! Stop by!

Wonderful to work with to order a variety of donut holes for our daughter?s birthday brunch. Made it so easy and had amazing communication (mostly email). Love that we could pick up from a drive thru! Donuts were delicious and so nicely decorated. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

The decor inside is a lot of fun, the drive-thru is super convenient, but the overall quality of donut is lacking. This place scores higher than a 2 or 3 for me because of the fun colors and great customer service.

Beware! Glad this place is busy, but new management is not keeping up. Have to get there early, before 6am, in order to get specialty donuts, or else they sell out and are not replaced. New management needs to run the business better.

Do not bother going unless you go around 8am. I have gone around 9/9:30 about 4 or 5 times and they are always out of sausage rolls & donuts there is never a line so I'm not sure how that happens. I'm not sure what the point of being open is if they're always out of everything.

No fried sausage rolls at this location ?? very disappointed! They only have baked sausage rolls and the taste was mediocre at best. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as entered. When I asked for the restroom, they stated they don?t have a public restroom. I may be wrong but I understand if a person has a public dining room, they must provide a public restroom per state law. I found their prices to be a bit high compared to other shops in the area.

The best thing that I can say about this place is that they have a really convenient location. The donuts are frequently not the best, and I even question if they are more than 2 days old... The counter help, while friendly, are not very knowledgeable. I went in and asked them what kind of bismarks they had. I was told that one of the options was lemon filled. I don't buy sweets very often but I live close to this place. Friends sometimes have me pick them up things before they close for the day. The employees are always very friendly and eager to please, no matter how close to quitting time it is. It's nice to have a place like this in the area.

After a year and a half of coming here I decided to update my review. This is a great little stop for morning coffee and sometimes breakfast. I got there at 9am on Sunday and they were pretty much out of most. They had 4 options left which were all basic or sprinkle. I did get one butterfinger and a sausage roll. Sausage roll was good just not fresh. Maybe 9 is too late at this location

My old fashioned donuts were not glazed. That made them taste like the oil they were fried in. I also had a maple glazed donut that was very tasty. I did like the drive thru. The wait was reasonable. Staff at the window were cheerful and helpful. I will probably give them another try in the future.

I have known about this place for 30 years and just now went there to get some donuts to thank my former coworkers for their references allowing me to escape retail. I got there around 9am. I wanted 12 glazed, but they only had 7 or 8 left, thankfully they gave me an option to fill the rest with another type or with an assortment, thus saving the sale. I appreciated that. My former coworkers found the box to be cute, too.

As I live just up the street, I come here often. Friendly staff and clean environment. The prices here are good and the donuts are great. My only thing would be that the coffee is a little weak, but the I usually drink very strong coffee. Always happy to go here. One thing to remember though, come early to get the best selection.

Donuts were fine but not something I would usually leave a review about, 3 girls working this morning, two were friendly but the girl in the drive thru with the face piercings WOW. Maybe someone before me in line had upset her but she took it out on me big time with a terrible attitude and a look on her face that said F you , first time here and I think the last.

Yesterday was the first time I've visited, but it won't be the last. Parking near the front door, bright, clean store, and smiling faces greeted me. I ordered a sausage roll and two maple donuts. I did share half of the sausage roll, but I kept the donuts for myself. Yum yum.

Every single time I go here they are out of something. I don't go late either, it's always before 9am. Today they are out of jalapeno sausage rolls, napkins and boxes for half a dozen. So I was given 6 donuts all in a small bag. I got napkins and no mustard. I spent over $20 and will never go back.

Super cute location. I loved the interior and the total feel of the place. They have a nice selection of classic donuts. I didn't get to try a huge variety, but the two I had, in addition to the coffee, were tasty and worth the stop.

My parents and I have tried to talk with them about catering donuts for my brunch wedding next year. I called and was told someone would be in contact with me... never happened. My dad went into one shop and was told that the donuts are just whatever they had in their cases. A client of mine referred us to Livi Lee's and I simply called and ordered assorted donuts expecting just run of the mill donuts. When we picked them up I was SUPER impressed at how cute they were!! Stopped by today for the first time. Picked up a dozen glazed, dozen mixed, apple fritter, and a sausage roll. All were delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I went here with my mom at 11 and it closes at 12, well all they had were long johns, and they wouldnt give us 12 of them for the original price of a dozen my mom was very mad and so was i, so all we got were sausage rolls then we left but the sausage rolls were pretty good

When you pay with a card, they ask for a tip. They use the same verbage every time I?ve been there. ?Oh, this just pops up when you use a card and signal for you to select what tip amount to choose. So awkward, but nice hustling!

How disappointing!! We come to Tulsa twice a year to visit my brain-injured son and where we stay is close to Liv's. Today our server needed aome serious lessons in customer service and personality alterations. What a nasty person she was. PLUS when you run out of something, please do NOT take out your frustration on the customer. I provide the income that creates a job for you. Staff is very Friendly and food is excellent. Highly suggest their Biscuits & Gravy and their Sausage Rolls. They're amazing all the way around.

Place short changed a me $10 and when I went back for it they magically couldn?t find it and ?had no way of checking? to see if it happened despite the cameras above the register they refused to look at. So someone got a $10 tip and the end of my business and everyone I know.
