I have never had a problem with service and freshness. The best that I?ve ever had. I read that several customers have had problems. Perhaps these customers were having a bad before they started their day.
The young lady running the counter at 5:30 am is not a morning person. Very rude customer service and refused to put donuts in a box. I walked out with 8 bags some of which had multiple donuts and a big bag to carry them all. So they all ended up smooshed. Pricing was higher but worth it for the quality of donuts. Unfortunately, after one experience I would go elsewhere.
The donuts were good. Plus she gave me two extra free ones???? came around 12:30pm looked pretty sold out but at least they still had glazed ones
Best place for doughnuts. Definitely recommend coming here. The prices are worth it. Come early to get them before they are sold out
We used to love coming to Liv's donuts. They were some of the best around. I am not sure if it's under new management, but over the last 6 months it has gone downhill. Donuts are no longer available, the donut quality themselves has gone down, icing either no longer stays on the donut or it is dripping off the donuts, and inside of the store seems to the a bit run down now. The front staff is very different than what was there before. I spoke so highly of them, but now I don't think we will be going back. I
Great donuts but almost more importantly it's just the type of place everyone wants in their community. They're personal and professional. We have been sending our 6 year old in to buy himself a donut for a few years and they know him by name and talk to him like he's family. We all love Liv's. Thanks for creating a truly special place!
Wouldn't recommend this place at all went to try out for the first time and the women there didn't acknowledge me in any form looked at me and after a good awkward while she said waiting on u ...handed me my sandwich in a rude way and seemed like she hated being there or maybe she isn't a people's person but her service completely made me never want to come back
Young girl in front was rude, and laughed when I asked the prices of each individual donut (because they were so expensive), after tasting the donut they weren't that good. Won't be going back
I love the donuts here. They have the right amount of sweetness for me. They do sell out and have to close early. I've gone at 8:30am and have been able to get some of the classic donuts as well as the specialty ones. Donuts are always fresh. Only donut place I will go to get my sugar fix.
WHERE DO I START SO I JUST MOVED HERE FROM LAS VEGAS THIS PLACE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT TASTING DONUTS THEY R FILLED DONUTS NOT A BIG VARIETY BUT VERY GOOD FRESH TASTE GOOD VALUE I DIDNT KNOW WHERE TO GO HERE I USUALLY WOULD DO DUNKIN OR PINK BOX BUT THIS WAS GREAT AS WELL I HAD AN EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE AT JUDYS WONT GO THERE AGAIN.
Great donuts and always fresh. Love coming in and out before work and getting a quick bite to eat. I have been coming here for the past 7 years and the customer service is always excellent.
Very bad customer service!!! I went in just to get 2 donuts on my way to work. I was in a hurry as it is. They started filling up a box for a dozen donuts and didn?t even acknowledge me. I ignored it and thought maybe I will be helped right after that but no she grabbed another box and started filling it up! I wouldn?t be so upset if they would have at least said they would be right with me but I didn?t even get that! I won?t be back!!!
Awesome little donut shop kind of expensive but it's a specialty store. Usually good selection in the mornings early. The breakfast croissants are also pretty damn good.
Liv...I'm sorry. I promise to never cheat on you ever again. No one compares to you!!! All jokes aside, I just went to another donut shop in downtown Fresno (they shall remain nameless), and I knew I should have spent the extra 5 minutes to go out of my way and go to Liv's. This other place was on my way to work, and yeah...never again. Sorry Liv's! You guys are the best!
This place NEVER has donuts passing 9:00am ?? I've gone at different times and they barely have some left. One time they didn't have eggs. The staff is unfriendly and they get bother that you're asking for the "good donuts." I'm not asking for them to be extra happy but at least be polite.

Very disappointed in this donut shop. Their hours of operation clearly state 5am to 4pm. Two days in a row they were closed due to being sold out at 3pm. I had promised my 7 year old all week I would take him there after school and both times they were closed at 3. Poor guy was looking so forward to trying an m & m sprinkle donut. They should seriously consider changing their hours of operation and avoid disappointing customers.

It's a donut shop without donuts! Unless your there when they open there's a good chance by 7-9am they will be out of what your looking for. The donuts are great but never in stock leaving only the less popular donuts left
Very good, they sell out fast so I try to be early lol even when the ones that are left they are still fresh
They have a wide variety and even put cereal on them! Really great product. They open at 5am so it's a perfect stop if you want to stop by before work ??????

The lady in the front was rude the last thing you need after working a long night shift is dealing with bad customer service. She didn't even give me all the donuts I asked for and she charged me ??
Disappointed! I called at 1pm to place a birthday order for the next day (must order 24hrs I'm advance) but they were already closed. Web site and hrs on window says they are supposed to be open until 4pm!

It's nice that they accept card payment. Most only take cash so if you don't have cash this is a great place to go. And the donuts are good ;)
Great donuts and I know donuts. They have some Specialty's like maple bars with bacon. Down side is they some times run out of donuts if you don't get there early.
The place says it is open untill 4 pm. But unless you go to this place before 6am you will only have 2 types of dounts to chose from. If your looking for a dount shop in the clovis area it is not this one.
