Delicious! This is the place to come to if you want to treat yourself to something sweet! What's the amount of options, wow! We've traveled quite a bit, and been to many bakeries across North America, and Linda's bakery is up there with the amount of options they offer! We absolutely loved our wedding cake and cupcakes catered from Linda's Bakery! Their cake design team was so accommodating of my vision. We dropped off edible pressed flowers the week of the wedding with some inspiration photos, and they truly blew me away with the outcome! We received rave reviews of our cupcakes - white buttercream frosting with lemon cake/lemon filling and almond cake/raspberry filling. The tasting kit and consultation were very helpful in guiding us to a decision, and we felt the prices

We had Linda's Bakery cater our wedding with cupcakes and a couple's cake. They are reasonably priced and will fill the cupcakes. Their tasting package for purchase helped us determine the flavors of our cupcakes and our couples cake. The small delivery fee is well worth it as they delivered the morning of at the venue.

Who ever did my nephews cake, you did an outstanding job! I had put in the comments asking for paws and a panther to be added & when I saw the cake I was SO happy! Thank you for helping make his big day that much more special for him!

We chose Linda's Bakery for our wedding and they made a DELICIOUS wedding cake and cupcakes for us. They were very easy to work with and professional from trying out and explaining their options to adjusting our order quantities a month before our wedding. Their prices were very reasonable. Anytime I'm in the area I'll make a stop. What a local gem!

Famous local bakery. It is probably the best bakery in the area. It has great selections and pricing is good. They have cakes, donuts, breads, etc. And even dog treats! We had a flip and donut and they were both excellent. We also got a cake for later but that was normal, not particularly outstanding. Like it was better than a typical store bought cake but not much else to write home about.

My husband thinks they have the BEST bread anywhere!! Good pastries and desserts, too! Very helpful staff. Clean and spacious. One of those "favorite" bakeries that are really hard to find! Don't miss it!

They were so thoughtful when I asked for low salt bread for a relative that requires it. The salesperson was only able to find one particular product that fit the bill for us, and it happened to be a very popular item, the oatmeal bread. When I asked how much salt was in it, the salesperson took it back into the bakery and had one of the bakers do the math. Having worked as a baker once, I'm thinking to myself, who else does that at peak hours? I appreciate you guys.

This place is the gold standard for local bakeries. Huge selection of delicious donuts and pastries. Very popular for wedding cakes. Other baked goods like rolls, bread, and buns are the preferred option for every local I've spoken with

My wife and I travel between our home town and LaCrosse, WI (about 50miles one way) at least once or twice a month. When we do, we make it a point to stop at Linda's Bakery in West Salem along the way. Every thing is so fresh and tasty and the customer service here is above and beyond (super friendly people). The prices are reasonable for the quality of baked goods you get. I'd much rather buy one good quality thing than a dozen bad or mediocre things! Linda's Bakery made our cupcakes for our wedding and they were delicious!! We had so many compliments! And at an affordable price!! We had chocolate with chocolate buttercream. vanilla with vanilla buttercream, and carrot cake with cream cheese (my favorite!) We had over 300 cupcakes with only maybe a dozen left for us to freeze! The delivery and service was amazing, and our consult went so smooth. Would highly recommend!

I used to come here all the time to get a glazed donut they had the best glazed donuts ever. However the last few times that I have went in to get a glazed donut they have tasted so bad like old grease or they've been stall like they made a whole bunch up and froze them and then took them out as they needed. I used to work in a bakery I know when donuts are fresh and they weren't fresh and I know what donuts taste like when the oil isn't getting changed properly. A real gem! We ordered a Mother?s Day cake last minute from Linda?s bakery and it was delish! While we were there, we picked up some scotcheroos and a donut. It was the most popular place in town!

We used Linda's bakery for our 10/05/24 wedding, and had a personal cake for the bride & groom and a selection of cupcakes for guests. We had a chocolate cake for ourselves and then chocolate, vanilla, and lemon cupcakes, all with delicious buttercream frosting. Our cake was relatively simple by choice, and it came out exactly as I envisioned and then we added our own topper! When we cut it and had the first bite my husband and I both looked right at each other and went "oh, yes" because it was so delicious

Just the smells are worth the stop! We only get there when we are heading home from Lacrosse it's just of the interstate a little bit but so worth the stop in! Everything is awesome!

We purchased donuts for our wedding on July 29th, 2023. Working with Linda?s Bakery was great! Our initial meeting was very informative and we were able to sample a few different kinds. The staff at Linda?s was very organized and detail oriented. Delivery of the donuts went smoothly the day of our wedding. Guests seemed to enjoy them quite a bit :-) We purchased all glazed and they looked very aesthetically pleasing on the board. We also ordered gf donut holes- these went very quickly on the dessert table.

Fell in love with Linda's on the first visit. If pastries are your thing, then this is the place. Fresh daily. I only wish they were closer to where I live. Oh, I recommend the Eclair's.

Awesome bakery! We were on the way home from the dells and needed a birthday cake for my son on a Sunday. They were open until 6pm. Unheard of!! The donuts were fantastic, along with the milkshakes and cakes!

I was searching the web for a bday cake for my 18 yr old. She LOVES Halloween...but I wanted an adultish cake, kind of elegant. I found one on Pinterest. Perfect with a few minor changes. I was so excited to pick up that cake! And when I saw it I actually cried out! Was just gushing over it! That cake was out of this world!!!

The crew at Linda's is top tier. We have ordered several cakes and they never disappoint. This cake is my best idea yet, and the decorators nailed it. I gave them the pictures and the words and they did the rest. The flies on the poop were the perfect addition that I did not expect. Awesome job, the family all loved it.

Amazing! All the cakes and donuts are delicious. The pecan pie is on another level, the best I have ever eaten. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. We will surely return before the Christmas holidays are over.

This bakery is so helpful and easy to work with. I ordered a cake to be delivered to my son. My son is a pilot on a cruise ship that travels up and down the Mississippi. They had a small window to deliver the cake while he was docked in Lacrosse and got it done as promised. I am so grateful they made his 28th birthday special. I live in OH and can't thank them enough. My son said the cake was delicious! Wish I could have been there to eat it with him. But the crew enjoyed it.

My husband and I visited Mindoro WI from IL for our baby boy?s first birthday. We originally had an idea for our son?s birthday cake but due to our schedules we left it for the last minute. Linda?s was perfect as always! Were flexible and accommodating, even with unique dietary needs (gluten and lactose free and low to no sugar). The process of ordering and having the desserts delivered was smooth, with quick communication from Linda?s about anything we needed to check on. Have always gone to Linda?s for dessert and bakery needs and will continue to recommend them!

I have been searching far and wide for the best carrot cake and I found it at Linda's Bakery. It was delicious, as was the caramel nut cluster and s'mores mocha frappe. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Halloween cake pops too. I will definitely make another stop at Linda's the next time I'm in the area!

Excellent bakery with lots of unique baked goods including German Onion Rye bread that I have nowhere else in Wisconsin. The German Onion Rye is still excellent as were the Charlie Brown cookies and Soft Molasses cookies.

I came to Linda's to check out their selection of bakery items and ended up buying 12 donuts, 4 cake pops and some dog treats. The lady who helped me was amazing I wish I knew her name. She was very patient, friendly, and helpful.

Every year we head to Neshonoc Lakeside. I swear, though, the trip is really all about Linda. With the way my husband talks about this Linda, I should be jealous. She, however, has built an empire that I can never topple. I highly recommend the cinnamon bread...and the sourdough....and the cake doughnuts.

I have never picked up something from Linda?s I did not like. The baked goods and variety are absolutely incredible! Definitely make the stop if you?re anywhere near West Salem/La Crosse.

The variety will surprise you from the moment you step in the store! My son and I make frequent trips for the donuts alone! We have never been disappointed!! I also had some custom cupcakes made for my son?s birthday and they turned out perfect. My mom has to stop anytime she?s in town for the cookies. Definitely a must!

I placed an order for a couple hundred buns, hamburger and hogie, for a wedding catering. Placing the order was a pleasant expirience as all my questions were addressed competently. I received a friendly phone call reminding of my pick up. And Linda's definitely delivered! The quality, the cut, and the bulk packaging was spot on and exceeded my expectations. Thank you all!

We ordered cupcakes through Linda's Bakery for our wedding and they were just absolutely delicious! So many people commented on how good the cupcakes were. Sam was so helpful in our initial consult and made sure that we had all the details covered! We ordered a mix of chocolate, vanilla, and carrot cake. We were also able to offer some gluten-free cupcakes for our friends and family, which we really appreciated.

Can't go wrong here. Something for everybody. Gluten free/fat free/sugar free items available. Ordered a baby shower cake 3 weeks before the party. I picked a decoration style from their photos. When I picked it up the image was plain. Not decorated in the same style. It was suppose to have flowers and butterflies with a baby elephant. Instead it was a plain flat elephant with 4 clouds. I told them it wasn't the way I ordered it. For our May 24, 2024 wedding, we had ordered several dozen of different cupcake flavors, and a small 6? cutting cake. Everything was exactly as discussed, and so unbelievably delicious and fresh! We barely had any cupcakes left, even ordering way more than we needed, as guests kept coming up to us saying how delicious they were!

Every time we go out to Sparta, we have to go to Linda?s. I typically buy a ton of pastry and cornbread muffins and bring them to Milwaukee and throw them in my freezer! The best!

My disabled elderly Mother went there to ask a few questions and to see about the availability of a product for a wedding. She was treated coldly. She was understandably distraught and disappointed. ?We?re in the business of selling cakes!!? Considering both Linda?s Bakery and my mother have been a constant in the community. A man treated her coldly and disrespectfully, absolutely uncalled for. Publicly embarrassed my Mother. I will never be a patron in this establishment again.

Linda?s Bakery made pies for our wedding desserts and donuts for our late night snack and they were all a hit! We had a lot of people say how great the pie was and I must say my French silk pie was amazing. They were also so great to work with so I definitely recommend them for any event!

We ordered a baby shower cake and it was not what we had chosen for a design. I did complain and Bob called me apologizing for the mistake and offered a full refund. With such a respectful quick response to our complaint we will give them another try in the future.

We had our Gender Reveal and asked for a Carrot cake if it was a boy or a Red Velvet cake if it was a girl. We got two cakes which were one a vanilla cake and the other was a chocolate cake. I have been getting g Linda's donuts for 20 plus years. My mom took me growing up and by far my favorite place to get donuts. They also have the best desserts and coffee cakes. I love their sugar cookies too!! There is nothing not to love at Linda's.

An delicious experience all on its own. Everything from fresh breads to gooey cinnamon rolls, cakes and cookies. I took fudge bites home and have never had better. Worth the drive. Responsible prices. Lots of samples.
