I just tried this place yesterday for the first time, and it was super tasty! I?ve been cravings donuts so bad with my pregnancy, and saw this place being posted in a local foodies page on Facebook. Definitely hit the spot! I got a red velvet donut and i believe a buttermilk donut? I could be wrong with the name of the second one, but it was amazing and so was my iced coffee! Nice people, definitely will be back!

I never leave reviews. But oh my god lol. donut factory is amazing. It was my boyfriend and i?s first time in there and we couldn?t ask for a better experience. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The woman behind the counter suggested the Carmel nitro cold brew, and we couldn?t stop talking about how delicious it is. And don?t even get me started on the donuts. Each one tasted better than the last. Will absolutely be back again!

Nice little donut shop with drive thru window. These donuts are yummy and a lot cheaper than all these other donut shops in Columbus. Hours are limited as well as seating.

Fresh, melt in your mouth deliciousness. I was lucky enough to find this lil donut heaven, where $1.25 buys you a slice. They are made fresh daily and when they?re gone?they?re gone. They only make a certain amount each day. So, get there early!

We got a half dozen donuts this morning. Very good prices. The pumpkin was excellent! Very spicy, but not overly nutmeg flavored as many pumpkin flavored things are. The rest were good, but not great.

I love their donuts but I sure wish they?d operate on regular hours. Driving all the way there just to see the ?Sold out? sign is a bummer. Especially if you don?t live close. Also I?d wish they?d consider expanding a bit regarding online/ ordering capabilities. And they should consider a reward program! Nevertheless the service is typically fair when I?ve went.

This place has a huge variety of donuts with new and rotating flavors quite often. The cake donuts have an amazing texture with a nice outer crunch; the raised donuts are nice and fluffy. Their cream fillings/toppings are what impress me the most. You can never go wrong trying one of their signature "bloops" or buckeye donut. I recommend getting there early to have the best selection available. Lil Donut Factory has great service and is all around great place!

The best doughnuts by the nicest people! There is a reason why this place frequently sells out of doughnuts so get them while you can. They have added evening hours and selections to help offset when they do sell out and I have taken advantage of this grabbing up some doughnuts for the next day. Tried this place for the first time after seeing that Tim Horton?s had nothing to offer on a Sunday morning. Really wish we would have found this gem a long time ago. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient - and the donuts were great! We got there a little bit late, so they were about to start running out of some varieties but they are very forthcoming about this in their signage. We definitely will be using this as our go to when the kids want donuts going forward.

Loved that this place has a variety of traditional donuts (apple fritters, long johns, flavored cake, creme-filled, etc.), rather than just piling random toppings on the same basic donut base like a lot of places do now. Fast, friendly service kept a line of 8-10 folks moving efficiently in the tiny space. Donuts were reminiscent of Jolly Pirate in Grove City - fresh and tasty.

A vendor of ours brought their doughnuts into work today. They were A M A Z I N G. I had the chocolate covered bread doughnut with peanut butter frosting in the middle. It was so good, I'm going to take my kids here soon so they can experience for themselves. 100% recommend.

There is a reason this shop has 5 stars! It's a cool little spot, delicious donuts with good variety. The owner is always kind. My little girls and i stop in once or twice a month to bring donuts to their grandma (three generations of love for this place), and even when they're taking their sweet time deciding he is patient. Also, the coffee its phenomenal. I'm glad he got large cups!

The espresso drizzle donut is one of the best donuts I've ever had. The coffee was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and want to go back soon!

Love these donuts and this local place. They give it a nice local feel. The only downside is if try to eat inside and it is busy. Not many people stay inside but parents with kids like to have their kids eat donuts here instead of in the car. I wish there was a little more room. But I understand what this shop is all about as well. I love the business model of if we sell out then we are done for the day. It means the owner values more things than just money. No day old donuts here.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Everything here was excellent, great coffee, donuts, and service. The pumpkin donut was just what I needed this morning, as was the apple fritter. I've been coming here every week for months so it's probably time I post a review. It's so good that I come back every week, even though there are other options closer to my house. The cake donuts are some of the best I've ever had, and I love the buckeye as well. Give them a try!

Wonderful place. The people who work there are all nice and welcoming. They always have great donut flavors, too. The decorations in the shop are also really different and cool.

If you have never been here, you are missing out. The best donut shop in all of Columbus and surrounding areas. We just recently moved away and no longer get to enjoy these delicious donuts first thing on Saturdays. I woke up this morning craving their perfect donuts and warm inviting atmosphere. Better than all the novelty donuts and chain shops I have been to, including Voodoo donuts (Portland and Denver), Duck Donuts, and others. Give them a try, you?ll thank me later.

Donuts are great, but we door dash this place often and it takes over an hour every time. If they are going to be on door dash please have some respect for the dashers who sit there for 40+ Minutes and also the ETA from the doordash website... EDIT: So Door Dash cancelled my order... They said this was due to the restaurant and the dasher left empty handed. I don't get it.

Jordan is the freaking bomb! I love this place so much!!! He puts his blood sweat and tears into this place, and I hope he can keep afloat. This is a true gem. The donuts sell out, so if you want to place a large order, let him know ahead of time. I have even sent a Facebook message at midnight to order a few dozen to surprise my office the next morning and he has ALWAYS come through!

This Donut shop is small in size but large in customer service. My last visit the line was wrapped around the store. The employee fulfilling customer orders never stopped moving and filled all orders in a timely fashion. At this frantic pace he still managed to treat each customer as if the were the only ones in the store. On top of the great customer service the donuts are delicious. Not from around Hilliard. Was in the neighborhood getting gas and saw this shop, so we decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. Loved all the music posters, the Simpsons memorabilia, the Superman photos, etc. The donut holes were fantastic! Freshest donuts I've ever experienced. I've been hearing about the Lil Donut Factory on Scioto Darby Road in Hilliard for quite some time and decided to bring in a few dozen of their donuts for a work celebration. WOW - the best donuts ever! One of my co-workers even described them as life changing!

Today is Father's day and the Little Donut Factory is open until 1pm. We went in at 9:30am excited to have dad try the donuts! They had maybe 15 donuts and only 3 different types. The woman said sorry that's all for today guys....I am confused as to why they would be open until 1 with only that amount of donuts. We drove 30 minutes for nothing! It did let us find another donut shop that had a variety and isnt a chain, so at least that happened! I will review their donuts once we try them!!
