Cheaper than the other donut places but wasn't impressed with the service or the donuts..they did have a good variety though

This is a local place and does not inflate their google reviews by offering freebies like some of the other local places. Donuts were really good and at a good price.

I got a Boudin Croissants, Cinnamon Twist Roll, Vanilla Cappuccino and a Sausage egg and cheese Croissant. Everything is so good and they have great customer service. They had only one young lady working there and it was 10 people there at one time, she got us out less than 10 min. She was on it, ringing up people, packing food, warming up food and making drinks!! ??

I got here right around 9-10 in the morning. The donuts were really good but they were already out of apple fritters. I asked if more would be made (since they didn?t close until around 2, I believe) and the server just kind of looked at me. I would come back though.

If you are reading this review, its a sign from the universe you need to come get donuts here: Their donuts are far and above the best in the county. They also have excellent breakfast sausages. They are extremely kind and helpful and their staff are always working hard and showing grace to even rude customers. We never step foot in any other donuts shops when we're near lickin good donuts.

On my first visit, I ordered a dozen mixed donuts and two dozen donut holes. When I got to my car, I tried one of the holes and went right back into the store. The young man who had helped me just seconds earlier was afraid I was going to complain about something, but I just wanted to get another two dozen holes! Great donuts at very reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

Mmmm, donuts. Okay, I'll admit it -- I actually don't like donuts that much! But the fam sure does, and so I found this spot so we could get our donut fix the first morning of our getaway. It was a torrential downpour when we arrived Friday morning, but there was parking near the entrance so we ducked right in. These are the best donuts ever! Bigger than Krispy a Kream and more affordable. We always get the blueberry cake donuts and they are so big and moistened and tasty.

The donuts are decent, nothing to write home about. The woman working the counter may have been new. She looked miserable and didn't know where the different donuts were in the case despite pointing to what I requested. I wonder if it's under new management as the prices are almost doubled what you see in the pictures.

Amazing cheddar sausage kolaches, donuts are damn good too. Coffee was basic- Go next door for the best coffee. We got 1 coffee, 3 kolaches, 1 boudin, & 6 donuts for $20. They were pretty much out of most donuts when we were there (9am). But this place was a good experience.

This place was busy. That's a good sign that it makes good donuts. We got 3 dozen and they were assorted, and our whole crew loved them. The apple fritters seemed to be the favorite.

Great donuts and a great price! My local donut shop charges $16 a dozen for a variety. This place was only around 10 bucks a dozen! They have breakfast sandwiches too. Mmmmmm.... you can't go wrong with donuts. There was a line already out the door when we got there at 8 am on a Saturday... that's saying something. The line went fast!

Wow. Just wow. Words can?t describe the deliciousness! Try the maple bacon, it?s to die for. The Kolaches are also incredible. I?m sure everything is awesome. I loved that there was a coffee shop right next door so I could get a latte to enjoy with it!

Boudin was good. Vanilla eclair was good but didn't have enough filling. Raspberry was good and filled properly.

Love, Love, Love these guys I imagine they might be a family. I really don?t know but it makes me happy to think it is! Reminds me of my step fathers Bakery , the smell. BUT THE BACON MAPLE DOUNUT !! I?d just give anything if he were still alive to see and taste one! He would be impressed!

Excellent donuts! They open at 5:00 a.m. and you want to be there early to get the good ones! Some of the best donuts we've ever had. Reasonable prices, most donuts around a dollar to a dollar and a half a piece. Price about $10 per dozen.

Ordered their kolaches and a biscuit. It was about like a gas station and the biscuits were not as good as a QT breakfast. They had everything room temperature and heated it up with microwaves in front of you.

These are REALLY good donuts. Some of the best I've had anywhere. I love that they also offer hot breakfast sandwiches if you want something savory. My favorite item was the kaliche with boudin.

We went @12:37 on 7/3/22, so 20 minutes before closing and nothing tasted stale! Probably THE best doughnuts I've ever tried. And I like trying different doughnuts everywhere. Looking for good donuts and the reviews led us here. They didn't let us down. They were flavorful and light. They didn't taste greasy. As a bonus they were fresh and were constantly refreshing the case so that you always had a large selection to choose from. The staff was friendly and very quick.

It?s hard to come close or beat the local donut shop in my town but I think this place has done. I prefer softer/cakey/gooey donuts over the dry donuts that taste like bread. These donuts were exactly what I look for in a donut. They have a big selection, and every donut I tried was 10/10. Even the breakfast was good. This will definitely be a staple stop for us when we come to gulf shores

Very honest people! I forgot my purse and they had already closed .... we asked all the shops around and thankfully got in touch with a worker and they came back opened the door and I was able to get my purse and it was just as I left it! They have all my respect! My kids enjoyed their donuts as well!

This is the perfect traditional doughnut shop in the Gulf Shores area! Glazed and chocolate ones were delicious but my favorites were the cream filled powdered sugar doughnuts. Sausage kolatches were also really good. I will definitely make this a yearly vacation tradition from now on!

Some of the best donuts I have ever had and I travel a lot and have tried a lot of donuts. We even went late in the morning both times and they still tasted fresh! The glazed donut is so light, crisp and fluffy. Perfection!

The place was so clean. We stopped to have breakfast. The kolaches were so fresh and different choices. They also had sandwiches. My husband had donuts, which were also fresh, soft, and tasty. We sat outside and enjoyed our food. I recommend.

Kolaches were good, coffee was pretty good, service was efficient but not especially friendly. Can't really speak much to the atmosphere other than to say it's not really place you want to sit and eat.

Part of our Gulf Shores vacation is breakfast one morning from Lickin' Good and a stop at 5:30am on our way home...they've never failed us! The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are delicious and there is the most delightful staff of young people.

Tasty donuts and great, fast service is what you'll find at Lickin Good Donuts in Gulf Shores. We had an apple fritter and an eclair chocolate covered donut and both were delicious. Check the hours before heading there - I think they're only open until noon or so. Would definitely recommend you stop by for a sweet morning treat!

This small donut shop packs a big punch on flavor. While the line was out the door, the customers were moved through quick and timely by a super courteous staff. The small wait provides a golden opportunity to look over the shelves of delicious donuts just waiting for consumption. Love their donuts. Today I stopped in around 11:00 and they were out of donuts with chocolate icing. No problem the lady behind the counter said, she had me pick a donut and then when in the back and put chocolate icing on it. Now that?s service.

Go EARLY if you want a good selection. We got there a little late on a Sunday to choose from a good selection of donuts so there was only 3 or 4 kinds left so that was a little bit of a bummer. We really liked the cinnamon twists! Its a cute shop with friendly staff and good prices. Even though we were there later in the morning it was still very busy and obviously a local favorite.

Donuts were made on site, fresh, warm, and delicious. They were as good as KK to me, but not quite as sugary, which I enjoyed. They were very soft in texture. We also picked up the ham, egg and cheese bagels and we're pleasantly surprised at how good they were - even when reheated. The girls working the counter were kind and patient. We will definitely go back next beach trip!!

Visited this shop on the way out of town. I do NOT eat donuts but I got a maple glazed. My kids got the sprinkle donuts and husband got a cake donut and a vanilla filled donut. And let?s just say I am thankful I don?t live near this place because on the 10 hour trip home I ate not 1 but 3.5 donuts because they were by far AMAZING!!! Best yeast donut I have EVER had if your in the area definitely a place to stop by and try!

Best donuts I have ever eaten. The buttermilk cake donut was amazing and the apple fritter was hot and delicious. The ladies in there were friendly and fast and it made the family thrilled when I brought these home on Mother's Day. This place is awesome. Will be back

We visit this donut shop in Gulf Shores often and the staff always greets us with a smile. The donuts and coffee are always fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place over their neighbors at Southern Shores Coffee anytime you want to get fresh food and friendly service for a decent price!

Oh my gosh this place is so good. Was so glad we hit them on the way out of town. Donuts were delicious and fresh but also they had great kolaches, croissants, and breakfast sandwiches. I will definitely go back every morning for breakfast. Check out southside coffee next door to pair with you wont be sorry you did!

I had a regular kolache heated up and it was delicious. I tasted the chocolate iced cake donut and the glazed cinnamon twists and they were tasty. The building was clean and the service was great. If you are craving donuts don't skip this place.

You can tell a place is good by how many cars are in the parking lot. So hard to get in and out of the lot. The varieties of donuts was so great. We got a dozen each different. So fresh and the donut filled ones had plenty of jelly and pudding. Very clean place and serve was very fast.
