Upon entering I was impressed with the atmosphere. I'm not sure who the guy staring at his phone behind the secondary counter but he didn't smile or even acknowledge me when I nodded to him. The donuts are a quality product for sure. They're different from regular donuts in a good way. The staff was extremely nice and I didn't see a tip jar. This is a plus in my opinion. Great place, just tell that guy that he isn't doing anything for the atmosphere.
What an absolutely delightful find. Stopped to take a fall walk-through Longmont, Colorado. I had never walked to Main Street in the 30 years. I?ve lived here. This is the most amazing coffee shop. The owner John was so hospitable. There is plenty of space and a beautiful retro decor. The donuts are made with potatoes and the brown sugar is out of this world. Make it a point to stop here whether you?re traveling through or a local you won?t be disappointed. They serve Ozo coffee, and it was delicious as we
OMG! I love this place. The donuts are so worth the calories. The atmosphere is perfect for sitting and enjoying a good cup of coffee and the best donut you've ever had.
Donuts were amazing. Atmosphere inside is awesome makes you want to hang around. Illl definitely be back. Support local businesses avoid chains like voodoo (I got food poisoning from voodoo before) this place is super clean my new favorite donut shop!
?????????? Landline Doughnuts in Longmont is a sweet gem that you don?t want to miss! Walking in, you?re hit with the aroma of freshly made doughnuts, and it?s like you?re transported to a place where everything?s just a bit brighter. The team is friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in every doughnut they make. The flavors are creative yet perfectly balanced?each bite is pure joy. Whether you?re trying a classic glazed or going bold with one of their unique creations, every dou
From out of town and stopped in to grab some donuts for breakfast. Incredible atmosphere and incredible service. Employees were very personable and helpful in guiding us on what to order. First time having potato donuts; they were fantastic! 10/10 highly recommend.
One of my favorite places on Main! John and Jody have created such a sweet place to hang out and visit or get a little work done. The donuts are incredible, but donut forget the monkey bread, apple fritters or Dole Whip. Love the music that plays in the background. Such a great vibe raiser! The staff are super sweet too!
Best donuts in Boulder County! Just the right texture and shape, and good glazes that are original without being gimmicky like a certain occult donut shop we all know. Very reasonable prices too!
Come here for the atmosphere, not so much the donuts! They have a ton of old phones, including one landline that really works. My kids love it here. It's always been packed when we come, but worth it.
Landline Donuts is my favorite place! Cute decor, friendly service, and donuts! We love to take a quick drive up to Longmont to see what delicious flavors and special things they have that day! Tip - get there early on Saturdays as they sell out (they aren?t a commercial operation with unlimited capacity) but with a little planning or a weekday trip, a dozen is easy to come by! ??????
Mmm donuts? My first time at Landline Donuts was a stellar experience. I tried the brown butter and lemon orange donut and honestly I didn?t know what to expect as I have never tried a potato donut. They were absolutely amazing! They had the perfect amount of sweetness, light crunchy shell, and fluffy on the inside. A delight for the palette for sure. I really enjoyed them and will definitely be back for more. I ordered take out but the inside was cute and inviting as well with old school telephones and ar
This place is a treasure! An iconic atmosphere and great people. Coffee is great. Love the historical wall art, as we had just finished the Walking History Tour offered by the Longmont Museum folks.
What an absolutely delightful experience! The only thing I was sad about was that this was the first time finding this beautiful spot. Such a sweet nostalgic atmosphere for me. The Fisher-Price people took me right back to my childhood and my boys were boggled to understand how landline phones actually used to work. The donuts were incredible and I was able to get a gorgeous latte in an actual cup and saucer, not the usual disposable to go. The counter attendees were friendly and welcoming. I would highly r
Top quality donuts! I got there about 8:00 this morning. There a lot of people ahead of me. This is because Longmont is lacking donuts right now. This is definitely a quality donut they are not cheap at almost $3 each but you get what you pay for as they say. You can definitely tell that they use potato. It does taste different than a traditional donut. That's not a bad thing. They're delicious! I think posting a review on somebody when they're closed and not open to defend themselves is very poor judgment
One of the best coffee shops in all of Colorado, incredible baked goods, kind and caring staff, great coffee, and impeccably curated decor. It?s so rare now to find somewhere that has so much unique character and passion put into it. It?s really a delight, so if you?re nearby or even if you aren?t, put this on your list of places to visit!
Have been a fan of this place for a while. It is so much fun watching older generations teach younger ones about the rotary phones while they enjoy their treats. Seeing the little ones' eyes light up when they get to make a phone call on the working one is priceless. The nostalgia is super charming, right down to "Back to the Future" themed wall paper.
Was not a fan of the four donuts for 14 bucks. Not the best donut I've ever had but definitely close to the worst. Would not recommend if you want a true donut that taste like your childhood. Very dry, old and just not good????? nice staff but very much sounded like a broken record player when they spoke. I understand they are young but much better ways of speaking to customers and just overall customer service.
What a fun experience. Not only were the donuts delicious, the atmosphere was SO fun. And the staff was super friendly! It brought back SO many fun memories from my childhood. I will most definitely be back!
Great tasting, fresh donuts and a one of a kind atmosphere. It's like stepping back in time in the best way! They've put a lot of thought and care into their set up and it shows. Really friendly staff too! Definitely worth the stop.
OMG! Until now, I never considered myself to be a 'sweets' person. But the Brown Butter Potato Doughnut has converted me! It's a thick, dense chewy doughnut with crackling, delicious brown butter frosting. You should try it...no, really! This place is going to be an 'item'. There are sweet friendly associates and the decor? Well, there are old Formica tables and rotary phones all over the place! I LOVE this place! ??
Donuts are great. It?s wild to me that the owners clearly aren?t interested in making money though. I?ve never seen a donut shop closed on sundays, and one that doesn?t open until 8am, which is very late for a donut shop. Quite strange. Perhaps the owners should spent less time replying to reviews and more time focusing their business.
My favorite donuts in town! My spouse?s favorite flavor so far is the Brown Butter and mine is the Lemon PoppySeed. We?ve also tried the Triple Berry and loved it too. The donuts cost $2.65 a pop, and they?re pretty small(they?re 3-6 bites), but they taste great and worth it to me. I?ve gotten there at open and the line was to the door, so go early or call ahead to check if they haven?t sold out. They also have seasonal flavors like peach pie, Huckleberry, Lemon Guava, fruity pebbles, pumpkin spice.
Landline Doughnuts is such a fun place to visit, with great tasting donuts and treats. Love the idea of ?potato donuts?. The atmosphere is fun with the vintage phones and toys and the staff are very kind.
This is my favorite spot for coffee and sweet treats in Longmont and the surrounding areas! Absolutely the best donuts, sweetest decor, and most wonderful staff. It is a joy and I'm sure to go whenever I'm in town ??
Their donuts were well made. Crispy on the outside soft and chewy on the inside. I enjoyed the flavors (I tried Tri-Berry, Choc, & Straw-Rubarb). The stand out was the Triple Berry, it was fresh and sweet. The decor of the shop was perfectly on theme and well thought out. I dropped 1 star for the price point, if you're going to charge 2x the price of the other stores in town you better be amazing. I just didn't feel I was getting 2x the Taste, 2x the value or 2x the service (service I expect that will get
The employees were kind, and the doughnuts were good.(comments from my elder one)
Words cannot describe this one-of-a-kind spot in Longmont Colorado. My son phoned me one day and shared his thoughts with me about this awesome retro doughnut spot in the city and explained how much I would enjoy it, my Mom was a doughnut enthusiast and I have followed in her footsteps, I only wish she was here to enjoy this place, as you enter you are immediately drawn into Landline and when you see the neon saying ?call your Mom? take the time to pick up the pink line on the wall of phones and give her
Wonderful doughnut shop with great coffee. We have a weekly date with my toddler here. The ambiance is very nostalgic for anyone who grew up in the 80s. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Such a neighborhood gem. We can?t wait to order doughnuts for our toddler?s birthday this year. Such a neighborhood gem!!!!
Very friendly staff! Feels like you walked back in time inside. These are the best donuts ever! Truly?.I'm not a donut person but these are an exception to the rule.
Super fun place to checkout with excellent service and delicious doughnuts. We appreciated the young ladies who helped us with joyful smiles. I would definitely recommend people to check this place out!
The atmosphere in this place is one of the most chill and delightful in Boulder county. The colors, fresh baked donuts smell, the vintage phones and fisher price toys. The donuts are great, drinks good and places to sit, comfortable.
One stop shop; the BEST doughnuts, coffee and nostalgia in town! Doughnuts are perfectly cooked, flavored, shaped and iced, EVERYTIME! With a bright and welcoming atmosphere, we find ourselves stopping by at least once a week for a sweet treat! Definitely recommend!
Excellent donuts! Great location in downtown Longmont. Fun atmosphere with a landline phone theme, hence the name. They offer a good amount of seating inside with a couple of tables with umbrellas on the sidewalk. Staff are friendly. During my visit, someone accidentally spilled their coffee. The staff was very gracious and quickly offered to remake their drink. They cleaned up the spill and made every effort to help the customer not feel bad.
My sister and I went there for our first time a few days ago because I had a free 2 doughnuts coupon to try it out. When we walked it the place was just so cute takes us back down memory lane with the phones and decor. We picked out 2 super yummy doughnuts and bought 2 coffee's as well and was all so delicious. Will be back again soon
Amazing donuts and coffee shop. The place is full of vintage telephones and Fisher Price little people toys! A fun place to visit for a delicious donut. Get there early cause once they're gone, they're gone until the next day!
Cutest donut shop- fun for nostalgic grown ups and curious kids alike. The huge collection of landline phones which kids can play with is so fun, and the fact that some work for calls is a bonus. Potato donuts are surprisingly good and you can grab your favorite coffee drink too. My kids are already asking to go back.
I love this place! The potato flour donuts are superb, the atmosphere is delightfully laid back, and the decor is the perfect mix of style and nostalgia. I can't recommend it enough!
Best doughnut I?ve ever had!!! They hooked us in with freebie coupons, but we can?t wait to back. The fun, nostalgic atmosphere was a pleasant surprise. We?re telling all our friends!
I attended this shop a number of times. This last time I went in, I asked if they had any bagels because they?ve had them in the past; the male working the counter scoffed at me and acted like I asked a stupid question. The variety and selection was limited, the coffee was not the same as it was when the shop first opened. The service and quality have declined majorly in the last few months. Maybe it?s just an off season for them, but I will not be returning.
This donut shop actually came up on my instagram the other day, so I had to try it! I got the chocolate sprinkles, lemon poppy seed, Cara Cara orange and brown butter donut. All but the chocolate were absolutely delicious!!!! ?? The chocolate was just kinda of bland. Other than the donuts, the service was good and the inside of this shop was super cute too. Will definitely be back when I come to town!!!
A great little place to check out! The decor is phenomenal. Service was friendly and we loved trying a bunch of different flavors. Would recommend as a great donut place in Longmont!
Such good donuts there perfect I like the Java chip donut so far it?s my favorite the brown butter is very good too! The taste and texture are the best! The atmosphere is inviting and happy, my new favorite donuts! ??
This has to be one of the cutest and sweetest (pun intended) places in Longmont! They make their donuts with dough that is partially potato, which intrigued me. Turns out it makes the most AMAZING donut. The consistency is great. I had a the brown butter donut, which I will be returning for several more times. The shop itself is very thoughtfully decorated with 50's diner tables and rotary phones of every color. This would be a great place to grab a bite and read a book.
Always amazing doughnuts and coffee! Looks love the vibe here!
Located on Main Street in Longmont, CO - Landline Doughnuts & Coffee features a unique twist on doughnuts. Their doughnuts are made from scratch with real potatoes. How more authentic could you get? Upon walking into Landline Doughnuts, you will be welcomed with a blast from the past. Their landline phones and vintage decor is bright and inviting. Every single feature in the store along with the light blue and white colors complimented the 1930s atmosphere they were aiming for. The doughnuts themselves ar
I LOVE Landline Doughnuts & Coffee shop! I tell everyone to check them out. I love their Brown Butter donut and absolutely adore their "phone museum" - got to show my kiddos what my phone use to look like & showed them how to use a rotary phone lol
Just had a great experience? went in and people in front were taking a long time so the man behind the counter just said we can have our donut for free :) and! It was delicious!!!
These potato donuts aren't bad. I saw on another site someone had compared them to mochi donuts and said they were similar...umm totally not similar. Mochi donuts I feel are lighter and has more of a chewier texture. These potato donuts are denser and crunchier. But who doesn't love an extra crunch in their bite?!? The whole ambiance of the bakery is adorable. They've got a retro feel and friendly environment for everyone to enjoy. I like that there was options for coffee and ice cream. I'm happy I tried it
Great doughnuts and vibe! I usually go for chocolate doughnuts, but I had a brown butter one and DID NOT regret the decision. Welcome to Longmont Landline!
This new spot in Longmont is great!! We tried all of the flavors and my personal favs were: cinnamon sugar, chocolate sprinkles, & the berry one! They do not taste like potatoes and the donut itself isn?t super sweet - which I loved! But if you like sweet, get the cookies and cream or brown butter - those were the sweetest imo! We loved the small crunch to the donut too! We will def come back!
Amazing donuts!! My sister and I picked up six to go but we?ll definitely be back to dine in. The decor is SO cute and all of the donut flavors we 10/10!! And like most LoCo businesses?. they have the nicest people ever!
This is the best sweets shop I?ve seen in a long time! The name says it all as far as atmosphere. Colorful Vintage telephones are displayed like museum pieces. And touch is encouraged. There are old wall phones of all colors that are actually landlines you can use. Their donuts are amazing, my favorite is the brown butter, but mocha chip is a close second! Service is fantastic! Even the bathrooms are adorable! Can?t wait to go back!
We went in today to use our free donuts coupon. We got two of the brown butter donuts and they were ABSOLUTELY delicious. Best donuts in longmont, hands down. We will be back for sure!!!!!
These doughnuts ?? are OUT OF THIS WORLD. So fluffy, delicious, just perfect! Stop by to try them, you?ll get hooked! The owner John is very personable, and fun to chat with! I will definitely send everyone I know to try their doughnuts ??
The donuts are the highlight here as well as the 60?s decor. Their mocha was very good, but only comes with whole milk or oat milk. It was the tasty version you only get with whole milk (or whipped cr?me). Go and enjoy the donuts, and the decor.
Very cool spot! Right on Main Street in Longmont, the design is a lot of fun, and potato style donuts are a thing I didn?t know existed, but I?m very glad I know now!
Landline is the bomb ?? This spot is the best addition to downtown Longmont in the last few years. Fantastic coffee, incredible donut's, as well as natural & delicious healthy options like Dole whip (as opposed to soft serve ??). Landline provides an ambience that truly bridges the gap across families - where some members still remember life without the internet ??
The doughnuts here are delicious! They have a few regular flavors interspersed with seasonal varieties. Also the building is exquisitely charming, love that they?ve leaned into its history with the furnishings.
The atmosphere is 5 stars plus! A fun and enjoyable place to chat and enjoy some wonderful donuts. The furniture and phones and toys brought back wonderful memories from growing up.
11/10 recommend. Friendly owners and delicious doughnuts! I am a huge fan of their browned butter glaze but today I tried a Huckleberry and it was fantastic. I?m bummed it will only be here for a little longer. Also got an iced brown butter latte which was to die for. I wish I wasn?t on a diet or I?d be here every day just for the latte. This place is a hidden gem and absolutely need to try it!
The donuts are delicious and beautiful. Love the atmosphere inside the shop, and the staff is incredibly kind. Will definitely be back!
Such a fun and friendly environment with lots of goodies from the past! Want to know what I mean?! Go check it out for yourself! You will not be disappointed!! Also, the donuts are absolutely delicious!! GO! GO CHECK IT OUT!!
Love this place! The donuts are DIVINE. I love the retro atmosphere and will be back plenty more times, I?m sure.
This place is so cute. The donuts are delicious. The woman at the counter described them perfectly?sweet, but not overbearingly so. You can tell they are made with care. The pumpkin spice donut was delicious!
Such a sweet local store. Please get a donut here. Your mouth with thank you
This place is a great little find in Longmont. The donuts are just as great, as everything to look at inside. Would definitely go back again!
These doughnuts are the best in Longmont. Hands down, Tried this seasonal one today. Peach ?? ?? cheesecake? It was out of this world. 5 stars! Their brown butter is the best of their standard ones in my opinion.
What a fun and delicious place for a doughnut and coffee. I always try to go whenever I'm in town. This time I had the peach pie doughnut, yummy!
Love this place-not sure if potato donuts are better for you but they're good! Wish they had more that 1 option of baked, as opposed to fried. Had 1 employee that wasn't very kind but I've been back and the others have all been great! The atmosphere is so fun for kids and it takes me back to my childhood.
Great donuts! I think the orange glazed was my favorite. Good chai as well (it's from the Boulder tea House!). I loved the decor and it looked like plenty of space to sit and enjoy.
Love the eclectic nature of this donut/coffee shop, and the care they take to craft great coffee and donuts. The phone wall reminds me of simpler times :). I prefer sampling a variety of yeasty and cakey donuts so the offerings here feel limited to me, but should not scare off anyone. Because their flavor choices come primarily in their toppings (base donuts are uniform), sometimes the intended flavor doesn?t cut through or transcend the normal donut itself.
This place is such a vibe! Great atmosphere, fair pricing, awesome food. I found parking to be easy and am excited to come back!
This was a beautiful sentimentally decorated place. When I went on a Saturday late morning, I still found the most delicious, fresh donuts I have ever had. I had brought my 2 free donut coupon with me but couldn't resist to buy more! The place was buzzing with customers of all ages, families and singles. I will go back again and again because of how wonderful the donuts were!!! They are well-crafted and oh so good! My favorite? Definitely the Berry Donut. Loved the phones!! Keep it up. Will you eve
Loved it! The atmosphere is so fun. The drip coffee was just right and the donuts were so so yummy! I can usually pass up a donut (I'm more of an ice cream gal- which they also have!) But the donuts were delicious. Definitely won't be passing up these donuts ever! Take em to go, or come in, sit a while and take in the intentional, well put together atmosphere of the place! It's pretty cute.
The donut I had was LOVELY (sweet potato) and the staff was very attentive and kind. The vibe of the place was super cute too, it felt very festive.
The owners are very generous and friendly customer oriented people. Their donuts are unique and delicious. They have carved out a successful niche. The atmosphere is cool and nostalgic and appealing to all ages. For the older crowd it brings back fond memories and for the younger crowd they learn that a phone sat on a desk or a wall and you had to memorize phone numbers back in the day??
Such a fun place! The doughnuts are amazing. My grandchildren were fascinated by all the old telephones. Very friendly place!
So fun! Great donuts (including vegan!) and a full coffee bar. Comfy atmosphere and a variety of seating options. My kids loved the new and vintage books and games. The staff is really nice and helpful (and patient with kids picking donut flavors). Love that it's walking distance to the library!
Super cute atmosphere, delicious donuts, friendly staff :) I got the Brown Butter and Cinnamon Sugar donuts and both are amazing.
They offer delicious vegan donuts at this shop! This morning there were three vegan varieties to choose from! Lovely decor inside, very cozy!
I love the shop the atmosphere is very retro and comfortable the staff is friendly and energetic. And the donuts are delicious. They also have different flavors of donuts that I love we had the maple bacon and the peach I guess peach cobbler using the palisade peaches from colorado. Absolutely delicious
My first time at Landline Doughnuts and it was AWESOME!! The place is so clean and charming. The doughnuts melt in your mouth. The service was very quick and extremely friendly. I recommend everyone go! 4 generations of us from 87yr old to 1 1/2 year old loved them!
Amazing donuts and very friendly customer service. Some of the best donuts I've ever had. Literally.
Every single doughnut I've tried has been so delicious! A great spot downtown!
Such a sweet shop! We were delighted by this little donut bakery and will be ordering donuts rather than picking up the usual fare from the grocery store when we have a family birthday brunch soon. Definitely a new favorite! They suggested that we try the brown butter, and though I doubted it would surpass the chocolate, I was wrong! A definite favorite for both my husband and me. The kids weren?t as sure, but chocolate and cinnamon sugar were the other favorites.
Absolute best donuts I've had in my life! These are so delicious. An associate brought them to our dental office and lets just say they didn't last long. I will be bringing friends and family here when they visit Colorado. Great job!!! ??
Landline has some really great doughnuts and I am so grateful that they have several vegan varieties! I would obviously love to see more vegan options! My only feedback is that I have tried twice to say the magic words to have a pump of flavor in my latte, but not the full amount and it has still been too sweet. But that is personal preference and not a big deal!
Was visiting main street of longmont the other day when I came across the cutest shop addition to the town. Vibes inside are amazing and fun with different seating choices across. The donuts are amazing!! The Brown butter one is my favorite, coffee is also amazing here!
