This place just became a part of the "Too Good To Go" app, this was the first time I ever got anything from here. I got a good amount of bread not ready a variety and not fresh either. They just started it might be better next time... ?????? Even though Too Good To Go it's an app to save food I've received fresh food, bread, fruit, veggies, etc., 95% of the time.
The Music is ALWAYS Fantastic at this store! Been coming to this location for the last 8 years, but that maybe coming to an end. I am not sure why, but the other "Reynera Bakery's" always charge me per pound, but the Freddy location charges Per Piece. The bread is also not as fresh as the McAllen/Pecan location, who Always has extremely Fresh pan dulce. I will continue to drive to the McAllen location as long as the Freddy store continues to charge per piece, and as long as the McAllen continues to provide

Very upset and disappointed with the management I ordered the cake that is in the picture red and only the middle had the frosting and on top I wanted it to look exactly like their picture I even showed the girl and told her the only difference would be the flowers and no chocolate as I went to pick it up it looks nothing like what I ordered and then the lady stated that I called and changed the order which I did not due to I specifically wanted the heart shaped cake like I showed the other girl I do not li
Do not order custom cake ever here at this location. The cake was absolutely low quality and low effort. The worst cake I have ever tasted in my life?
Working in the area, and some of the best pan dulce I've ever had!!
First off, the cake is off center and lopsided. These are not the colors we asked for. We asked for writing and they put this hard pice of edible print that looks so bad. It is also caving in the center. Who knows what the inside will look like or taste like. Very unsatisfied with this cake, do not custom order from here.

First and last time coming to this bakery. Service is horrible 2 women working don?t greet when you enter just give you a blank stare as if they are annoyed by there job. I asked a question and there response was arrogant. I bought a few pieces of bread. When I checked out the woman just raised her voice to give me the total. The bread was not fresh it seems it had just been sitting there for who knows how long. I won?t be recommending this bakery to anyone I have never been to a bakery with such rude emplo

Sometimes overcharged and other times sold expired food like hard bread, spoiled smelly barbacoa from the day before and flour tortillas with mold. UPDATE: Doors got closed in my face at 8:45pm by this rude lady on 11/28/23 because she said the new closing schedule was no longer 9pm. Typical liars at this place and it never got any better.
Customer service is abismal. I bought some bread from this bakery, only for them to charge me more than my friend who bought the Exact same bread. When I called to complain the staff was EXTREMELY rude. They kept changing the reason as to why I was charged that much. She also kept hanging up on me when I was trying to speak to her, and had such a haughty tone of voice when she?s the one that scammed me out of my money. Wow just wow. They didn't make my cake and they're blaming me. Still 4 hours till party time and they didn't offer to make it right. It's a simple 8 in cake with piping and no decorations. They will never earn a cent from me ever again!!! The manager Luis refused to give me the owner's number!!! He said I didn't have a reason.

All I wanted was info. Messaged bakery for info on a cake. ( saw this bakery had good reviews ) well who ever handles the bakery Facebook acct has no customer service at all. Automatically assumed I didn?t have the $300 for the cake I was asking about. To top it off I asked a simple question about the cake In question. To have a very snide reply from the person. Uh, no thank you I will not waste my hard earned money on their products. EVER. I highly recommend Cory?s Bakery.
They are very unsanitary when it comes to their ingredients. They smoke while handling and kneading the dough. Also if the dough falls on the floor they continue to use it for your consumption! That is so disgusting. Health department should check on them more often. They also take advantage of their employees. They tell them that they are going to "test" them out for a day to see how they do and they don't get paid. This is very WRONG! What kind of a business is this? My money will not go to this p
Great service, and great pastries. Their tamales are pretty good, too! One time i forgot my card to pay and the woman let me bring the pastries home even before i paid for them!
They overlooked FOUR DOZENS OF CUPCAKES that I ordered 2 weeks in advance. Worst experience EVER!!!! on my 4 year olds birthday, I was forced to rush to HEB and buy just any cake... Beyond irritating.... My son was so sad, he was looking forward to his cupcakes he picked out and helped order.... Do not order here, UNLESS you intend on backup ordering elsewhere.
i was greeted so well by a handsome young man. this is the place to be. their pan is like an orgasm in my mouth. you will not be disappointed from the hours of 8 AM - 1 PM. If you're not from the valley definitely don't come here cause cmon this is the safest mexican place to be and i urge you to get tacos NOT from taco bell. if youre from the valley, its ya boy Roen956.
Who doesn't love pan dulce?? And this place stays open late. They have a huge variety. They even have Cokes from Mexico in glass bottles. Mmm..so good.
We just moved closed to this Bakery and we were really happy but the bread is horrible. Too old and when we want to eat next day, they were like paper. Horrible horrible. We never will buy there again.
Went at 7 pm...all the pastries were still so fresh! A large assortment available everytime. So delicious!
The pan dulce here is really good, and they have a great selection. Service is okay. I also tend to think they're a tad bit pricier than other places, but generally the pan is really good.
I ordered a cake 3 days before, paid it all & even sent a picture to the "baker" all in vain because when I went to pick it up it was TOTALLY different & SUPER SLOPPY. They tried selling it to me cheaper but it was so ugly I didn't want it all. They ended up giving me a refund but it was still EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING that my son's 2nd birthday was ruined because they're so UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't recommend this place at all ??????????????

I took my friends girlfriend, Natalie, and she enjoyed this bakery so much. The baker is extremely friendly and funny! Will come again and buy at the dip.

Sweet bread is their specialty. Everything is displayed nicely and prices are great. Lots of variety when you visit early in the morning.
Easy to get in and out, nice people and awesome sweets. Also Saturday and Sunday morning they have to go menudo and barbacoa.

The Reynera sells spoiled cakes check your cakes before you leave they cover the mold with Jelly and then they banned you from their store.
