We drove down from Pennsylvania. I was hoping to see a new batch of donuts being made. I guess we arrive between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. and they were washing down the machines. Other than that the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly and the staff was very friendly as well.

Their glazed donuts are the best I've ever had. They were warm and just melted in your mouth. Plus the service was great!

Why are there items on your me u that are never available? The Cinnamon Rolls are one of your highest price point items and is never available! I don't care if it's morning, noon, or night. The Hot Sign is never on! Get better management sell all items available or close your store! I don't like Dunkin Donuts, but the customer service is better and at least what is listed on the menu is available.

Tried Hershey?s chocomania specialty dozen yesterday. It was one of the best collections from Krispy Kreme. The employee I met yesterday was very friendly and kind, so I gave my tip directly to her.

Has anyone else watched donuts go in the trash at this location? We stood at the window 37 minutes and literally counted more than 200 donuts go in to a recepticle that we thought may be storage but we were told was the trash. The employees acted as though it was a normal occurrence.... I asked the manager and she said, "well it's just something that happens at the end of the day." It actually wasn't the end of the day, the restaurant was scheduled to be open another 4 hours. Why not just halt production?

This day, I was in an area where the Krispy Kreme sign caught my attention from a distance. Rather than passing by, I decided to stop and see what was cooking. I do not like KK donuts. I came for a Fundraiser and the manager was very helpful! I even watched her (the manager) deal with a very entitled customer very well. She tried to accommodate the customer but instead was told she was terrible at customer service. ??????? Absolutely love krispy cream donuts, But this location needs new staff/management. The customer service is poor and they rarely make original hot donuts. Almost all the staff members seem to have attitudes every time I've visited which is not on brand for krispy kreme. And I can see why this location closed down the first time. If they continue down this path, they'll be closed a 3rd time.

The overall experience was good. The donuts are sometimes however too sweet but the good thing is they freshly made and if you ask the customer representative, they will give you the fresh ones as well. Would recommend!

Undoubtedly the slowest customer service operation I have experienced in recent years. There were three people working the drive-through window And the line of cars was around the building. The woman working the cash register for customers who walked in, seem to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I have visited this location a few times! Today definitely wasn?t a normal visit. My donuts literally have no glaze on them, or was melted off Fromm the warm temp on the store. We kindly waited patiently to be serviced and was very kind. Just to get home and see what we had purchased. 20min ride for nothing. Glad we only got a 3pack. There is a major difference buying Krispy Kreme doughnuts Freshly made then anywhere else they are sold. The quality of the products and customer service from the staff makes it worth the special trip of driving half way around the 695 beltway for this level of quality. Keep up the level of excellence.

3 stars for the customer service, however the four doughnuts with their new Biscov flavors and caramel latte coffee we purchased were sadly awful and after one bite/sip we threw them out, no one could finish them. Facility was very clean, inside and out. Seating areas were very inviting. Donuts were sweet and DELICIOUS. Drink was good but cup size was small compared to like competitors.
